Abstract

The digital economy is a new engine of sustainable development, high quality economic growth and fintech are key player in global financial markets. The goal of this study is to analyze a technological angle to better understand how digitalization has influenced the growth of the Islamic economy. Focus on literature and descriptive analysis methods, this study takes a qualitative approach to examine Islamic fintech peer to peer lending in Asia. According to the study’s findings, SME (Small Medium Enterprose) are becoming more likely to use these services as the Islamic economy becomes more digitalizes and reliant on Islamic fintech funding.

Abstract

The misunderstandings of the Indonesia people often lead to conflicts and controversies. Critical thinking skill is defined as the process of analyzing evidence in analyzing all forms of information to find a decision so as not to be carried away by negative currents. One of the special solutions needed to improve critical thinking skills can be done through educational programs, namely by applying appropriate learning methods and models. The PBL models offers learning that is able to solve problems in applying freedom to students in developing communication skills and problem solving skills to face the world of education. The purpose of this research is to analyze the PBL learning model can improve critical thinking skills. The method used in this meta-analysis. The research begins by collecting relevant data through Google Scholar for analysis. Research from the 30 data obtained, 10 relevant articles were obtained. Based on the results of the search data, the PBL learning model was able to improve students’ critical thinking skills. Keywords: The Problem Based Learning, Critical Thinking Skills, Learning.

Abstract

Carrying out sacrificial worship by slaughtering sacrificial animals after the implementation of Eid al-Adha and Tasyrik Day prayers is a form of embodiment of our taqwa to Allah SWT and of course with this we are bestowed blessings on the worship. in providing acceptance to the distribution of sacrificial meat, of course, it must be guided by the Qur'an and as Sunnah. The process of slaughtering sacrificial animals carried out by the At Taqwa Mosque, Sumberbulu Village, Tegalsiwalan District, is basically in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law, from the process of receiving sacrificial animals, the slaughter process, the distribution of sacrificial meat to the use of sacrificial animal skins to be worshipped. Buying and selling sacrificial animal skins is in accordance with the provisions of sharia economic law, one of the conditions is that the object of the contract must be valid or not something that is haramed by the Islamic religion. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran semua jenis akad dalam inklusi keuangan Syariah melalui pendekatan studi bibliometric dan tinjauan literatur. Dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer, penelitian ini mengevaluasi tren penelitian, kolaborasi antara peneliti serta topik-topik utama yang muncul dalam literatur terkait. Studi ini mencakup berbagai jenis akad Syariah seperti mukhabarah, muzara’ah, musaqah, murabahah, wakalah, ijarah, istishna, serta menganalisis kontribusi masing-masing dalam mendorong inklusi Syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan minat terhadap topik ini dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, dengan banyak studi yang berfokus pada aplikasi praktis akad dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan partisipasi dalam sistem keuangan Syariah. Studi ini juga mengidentifkasi kesenjangan penelitian yang masih ada dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut yang dapat memperkuat inklusi keuangan Syariah secara global.

Abstract

The health issues faced by communities are often caused by a lack of knowledge and awareness of healthy living practices. This study aims to enhance community awareness and participation through an education and empowerment-based service program. The methods employed include training, workshops, and outreach activities that involve active participation from the community. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in community knowledge and behavior regarding health issues, evidenced by the rising participation in health check-ups and the adoption of healthy practices in daily life. The implications of this research demonstrate that collaborative and participatory approaches are effective in empowering communities and supporting the sustainability of health programs. Additionally, these findings serve as a foundation for developing more relevant and responsive community service programs that address the evolving needs of society in the future. Abstract

The muamalat bank branch office in Probolinggo has introduced various digital financial technology-based service, such as virtual account, M-Banking (M-DIN) and ATMs to meet the needs of customers in managing financial transactions. The purpose of this research is to identify competitive marketing strategies in Muamalat banking. This qualitative field research employs interviews and documentation to obtain data. The primary data source is interviews with muamalat bank leaders, while secondary sources are drawn from written works or other types of documentation to complement primary data. Based on the research findings, muamalat bank branch office in Probolinggo rewuires sustained introduction steps to enhance the effective and efficient use of the systems, as there are still customers unfamiliar with muamalat fintech digital services.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has left considerable social changes, especially after entering the post-new normal era. Business transformation reaches out to innovation in changing lifestyles reduce physical contact with the community, especially in the marketplace sector. This study uses qualitative research in analyzing social changes in people’s lifestyles after Covid. The results of the research show that 1) Increased Health Awareness. 2) Change of Way of Working 3) Distance Education. 4) Use of Technology and the Internet in general has increased significantly. 5) Changes in Consumption Patterns 6) Mental Health Crisis 7) Concern for Social Vulnerability 8) Changes in Social Habits. The lifestyle of people after the new normal era is that people become more aware of their health. And also flexible working models (Hybrid working). Awareness of environmental issues will probably continue to grow.   And concern for social vulnerability is high. Social change due to technological disruption refers to the significant impacts that occur in society as a result of technological developments that disrupt or change the traditional ways people work, communicate and live. Among them are the resulting digital divide, the way people spend their leisure time and establish relationships with friends and family. Social change after the new normal according to Talcott Parson is not only in the health sector but also in the lifestyle of people who are described as increasingly consumptive. The current changes are in accordance with the theory of structural functionalism in this case in accordance with the theory of adaptation, goal attainment, integration, and latency (AGIL). Socio-economic changes in society according to Auguste Comte, the characteristics of social improvement are the increasing welfare of society.

Abstract

Bank Muamalat is a bank that operates on Islamic principles in its transactions, unlike conventional banks that usually operate using conventional methods. Competitiveness between the two types of banks in terms of services and products provided by banks is an aspect that needs to be considered as a focal point for customers. The Muamalat Bank was established in accordance with the Shariah with the implementation of Islamic principles that encourage a targeted approach to customers.This research method uses a qualitative method by taking some of the simplicities that have already come from some bank customers who have savings and conduct transactions.The results of the discussions the Bank evaluates and escalates to be intensive in its use. Comprenshif towards customers ranging from the middle and above adaptive with the development of the era that builds products with fully based digital technology not only the needs of transactions at the bank but also other needs are more flexible and convenience for the customers. Abstract

According to the language zakat comes from the root word (masdar) from zakka which means blessing, growing, clean and good. Zakat means thaharah (clean), growth and barakah. This is in accordance with the word of Allah in Sura al-Tawbah verse 103. While the meaning of zakat shari'i is: "a certain part of a certain property, given to a certain person who is entitled to receive it as a form of worship and proof of obedience to Allah". Zakat management in Indonesia has been regulated in Law No. 23 of 2011, where the content is that zakat management is planning, implementing and coordinating activities in collecting, distributing and utilizing zakat. Indonesia has many zakat management institutions, one of which is Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH). The Baitul Maal Hidayatullah National Amil Zakat Institute (BMH) is an amil zakat institution engaged in collecting zakat funds, infaq, alms, Waqf and Grants along with social humanitarian funds and corporate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), whose distribution is through educational, da'wah, social humanitarian and economic programs nationally which have been confirmed in 2001 by the Minister of Religious Affairs by issuing a Legality Decree. This study aims to find out how the role of Laznas Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Gerai Probolinggo in empowering the community through its programs. This research is a field research that uses observation methods and also uses library research methods. In fundraising zakat BMH, Probolinggo outlets have offline strategies (muzakki visit BMH offices directly), and online (utilizing social media). The distribution of BMH Probolinggo zakat distribution still holds the priority scale. Community empowerment programs are run through the fields of Education (scholarship assistance and school equipment for children in need), the field of da'wah (sending da'is to various regions and building several mosques), the social sector (providing basic food assistance for the poor and building boreholes in several regions), and the economic sector (mushroom cultivation in several areas of East Java). In addition, BMH also has an annual program, namely zakat fitrah in Ramadan and sacrifice during Eid al-Adha. Keywords: BMH, Community Empowerment, Zakat.
