Abstract

E-commerce adalah aktivitas jual beli yang dilakukan secara daring melalui media elektronik. E-commerce telah berkembang menjadi salah satu sektor dengan pertumbuhan tercepat, khususnya di industri fashion dan pakaian. Toko Apparel menjadi contoh usaha yang memanfaatkan e-commerce untuk menawarkan berbagai jenis busana. Meski begitu, banyak toko masih menerapkan metode penjualan konvensional yang dianggap kurang efisien oleh pelanggan, terutama karena keterbatasan akses bagi pembeli yang tinggal jauh dari lokasi toko. Oleh karena itu, perancangan sistem e-commerce bertujuan menyediakan informasi produk secara lengkap dan memungkinkan pelanggan melakukan pembelian kapan pun dan dari mana pun tanpa harus mengunjungi toko fisik. Penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode observasi dan studi pustaka. Sistem e-commerce dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel berbasis PHP, dengan Bootstrap untuk tampilan antarmuka, MySQL sebagai basis data, dan Laragon sebagai server web. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah situs e-commerce berbasis web yang dibangun dengan Laravel, yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan toko pakaian dalam hal promosi, pemesanan, dan transaksi secara online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi yang mampu melakukan penilaian kinerja sales secara lebih efisien. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk menghitung persentase pencapaian target penjualan, melakukan klasifikasi kinerja sales secara otomatis, serta menyajikan laporan dalam bentuk visual maupun cetak. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan pendekatan Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang dikenal efektif dalam mempercepat proses pembuatan aplikasi melalui tahapan iteratif dan partisipasi aktif pengguna. Ke depan, sistem ini dapat ditingkatkan melalui integrasi dengan sistem ERP atau manajemen penjualan perusahaan, sehingga data penjualan dapat diperbarui secara real-time tanpa bergantung pada input manual, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan akurasi laporan. Penerapan fitur peringkat kinerja juga dapat memperjelas performa masing-masing individu. Lebih lanjut, sistem ini berpotensi dikembangkan untuk memberikan rekomendasi personal terkait pengembangan kinerja setiap sales, serta versi aplikasi mobile guna memudahkan akses informasi kapan saja dan di mana saja. Untuk mendorong keterlibatan pengguna, fitur umpan balik dan kolaborasi juga dapat ditambahkan, memungkinkan sales dan manajer saling bertukar ulasan atau saran mengenai penggunaan aplikasi. Selain itu, penggunaan grafik, diagram, dan heatmap interaktif dalam visualisasi laporan akan meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap hasil evaluasi. Dengan berbagai pengembangan ini, aplikasi diharapkan dapat menjadi alat bantu yang sistematis dan efektif dalam mendukung proses evaluasi kinerja sales.

Abstract

Official travel is travel carried out by individuals or groups within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia or abroad on orders from authorized officials. An employee from a company goes on an official trip as an official work assignment sent by the company. Various types of documents must be prepared when going on an official trip, namely an Assignment Letter and an Official Travel Order. The Indonesian Ministry of Health, Directorate of Immunization Management, still uses a manual system in managing its data. In manual data management, errors in recording official travel and costs incurred for each official trip can be found, there are clashes in official travel schedules between one employee and another employee. For this reason, based on the existing problems, a system is needed that supports this process so that it becomes easy to manage. data management. This research method uses the Waterfall method, based on the existing problems a system is needed that supports the process, namely by creating a web-based official travel application system. Abstract

Attendance and employee leave are important factors for an agency or company to achieve goals, this is related to discipline and has an impact on the performance of each employee. Therefore, it is necessary to have special data collection to record employee leave, employee overtime and attendance and absence so that work activities can be recorded in real time and properly. There are many ways that can be done to achieve a good attendance information system, one of which is using personal computer technology where its application is website-based attendance software. At the office of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi system used in the attendance process is still manual using daily attendance papers, leave and overtime which have an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of data collection, data search as well as data recap calculations which take a relatively long time. Meanwhile, the risk of errors and loss of attendance data is getting bigger. Based on the above problems, an information system for attendance, leave and employee overtime was made at the PT. Pinus Merah Abadi. The research method is the method used in data collection which includes: research methods, interviews and literature. While software development using waterfall which includes: needs analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. With the production of employee leave applications, employee overtime and employee attendance based on the website, it can provide convenience in the process of employee leave, employee overtime and attendance, data search and recapitulation of employee leave, employee overtime and attendance, as well as minimizing losses and errors in recording employee leave data, overtime employees and attendance at the office of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi.

Abstract

Sistem bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sebuah perusahaan. Salah satunya adalah sistem yang mendukung kebutuhan karyawan dan sumber-daya manusia yang berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas bisnis. Membuat sistem yang ideal untuk karyawan dalam menjalankan proses bisnis yang menghasilkan keuntungan dari bisnis perusahaannya dibutuhkan dukungan teknologi dan sistem informasi . Maka dari itu peran karyawan untuk kelangsungan bisnis juga cukup penting dan perlu adanya pengembangan satu sistem khusus. Sistem tersebut masuk kedalam bagian modul Human Resource (HR) karena berkaitan dengan segala informasi terkait karyawan.Untuk mengimplementasikan modul Human Resource (HR), perusahaan bisa menggunakan aplikasi Employee Self Service (ESS) bertujuan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada sumber daya manusia serta manajemen informasi kepegawaian melalui website secara online. Aplikasi Employee Self Service (ESS) memiliki manfaat yang akan didapatkan seperti data yang disimpan akan lebih terjamin keakuratannya karena langsung tersimpan di basis data, kemudahan akses karena sistem berbasis website, dan bisa mengurangi penggunaan kertas karena semua dilakukan secara online.Kata Kunci : ESS, Kepegawaian, Website, Aplikasi  System can be used to improve the quality of a company. One of them is a system that supports the needs of employees and human resources that have the potential to improve business quality. Creating an ideal system for employees in carrying out business processes that generate profits from the company's business requires the support of technology and information systems. Therefore, the role of employees for business continuity is also quite important and it is necessary to develop a special system. The system is included in the Human Resource (HR) module because it deals with all information related to employees. To implement the Human Resource (HR) module, companies can use the Employee Self Service (ESS) application aimed at improving services to human resources and managing personnel information through an online website. The Employee Self Service (ESS) application has benefits that will be obtained such as the data stored will be more guaranteed for accuracy because it is directly stored in the database, easy access due to a website-based system, and can reduce paper usage because everything is done online.Keywords: ESS, Personnel, Website, Application

Abstract

The payroll system is a series of business activities that aim to complete all payments for services that have been made by employees. Payroll is a process within an organization/agency that is prone to problems. Data processing that is still done manually can result in slow preparation of salary reports which results in delays in payment of salaries to employees plus if there is an error in calculating the salary it becomes inaccurate. In this study, the author tries to design a web-based payroll system at PT Suryamega Jaya Steel, which until now has not been computerized. This web-based system was written to simplify the payroll transaction process so that salary calculations are more accurate and employees can print payslips. The author designed a web-based payroll information system using the PHP programming language. The method used in designing the software for this payroll application is in the form of the waterfall method, data collection techniques, observation, and interviews. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company. A computerized system is better than a manual system because a computerized system can run more safely than the system used before.
