Abstract

This study examines the development of an application-based sales information system for Koperasi XYZ to enhance operational efficiency, financial transparency, and decision-making. The cooperative's manual system presents challenges such as data loss, recording errors, and delays in financial reporting. The research employs a qualitative and quantitative approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and document analysis to identify system requirements. The system is developed using the waterfall model, covering requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Key technologies include Java programming and MySQL database, ensuring stability and usability. Black-box testing is applied to validate system functionality, focusing on transaction accuracy, role-based access, and financial reporting efficiency. The findings indicate that the new system significantly improves transaction speed, data accuracy, and managerial decision-making. This digital transformation strengthens Koperasi XYZ’s competitiveness, enabling better financial control, inventory management, and service quality, ensuring sustainable growth in the digital era.

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a computer-based system that can be used to help someone improve their performance in decision-making. By using the DSS, are expected to help decision-making in solving problems to determine the majors at SMK YMIK Joglo Jakarta Barat. In this research will be developed using the method of a decision support system that can solve the problem of Fuzzy Multiple Atrribute Decision Making (FMADM) which is proven to have a very effective performance against data whose value is the form of a specific value within the reach range. DSS method used in this research is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). This method determines the value weights for each attribute, followed by a process of rankings. So will result in the best alternative of many alternative calculation which is quite appropriate. The alternative a new prospective student there in SMK YMIK Joglo Jakarta Barat which will be selected based on the criteria specified.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of application-based information technology usage on the loyalty and retention of Gojek partner drivers in Jabodetabek. Employing a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire from 100 active drivers selected via purposive sampling. The constructs measured include ease of use, system reliability, information quality, and user interaction as independent variables, with loyalty and retention as dependent variables. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to assess measurement validity, reliability, and structural relationships. The results show that application-based information technology usage significantly and positively affects both loyalty and retention. However, loyalty does not significantly influence retention, and mediation analysis indicates that loyalty does not mediate the relationship between technology usage and retention. These findings suggest that technology’s impact on retention is primarily direct, highlighting the need for continuous improvements in usability, reliability, and transparency to sustain driver engagement in a competitive ride-hailing market.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan keterampilan guru-guru HIMPAUDI Cempaka Putih Jakarta Pusat dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi Microsoft Excel sebagai alat bantu administrasi dan pengelolaan data. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan ceramah, tutorial, dan praktik langsung agar peserta mampu memahami fungsi dasar hingga lanjutan dalam pengolahan data pendidikan. Program ini juga dirancang untuk menjawab kebutuhan peningkatan kompetensi teknologi di kalangan pendidik PAUD agar dapat bekerja lebih efektif, efisien, dan mandiri dalam kegiatan organisasi maupun sekolah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta dalam mengoperasikan Excel untuk berbagai keperluan administrasi. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada penguatan kapasitas guru HIMPAUDI menuju transformasi digital pendidikan anak usia dini yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mempermudah pengelolaan bisnis, termasuk inventory. Toko Kosmetik XYZ di Ciputat Timur, Tangerang Selatan, menghadapi masalah pencatatan manual seperti kesulitan mencatat barang masuk dan keluar, ketidakakuratan laporan stok, dan risiko barang kedaluwarsa. Penelitian ini merancang sistem informasi akuntansi stok berbasis Laravel untuk mengotomatisasi pengelolaan inventory. Metode penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen, yang terbagi dalam pra-penelitian, inti penelitian, dan pasca-penelitian. Sistem ini mencakup modul login, pengelolaan barang masuk dan keluar, serta laporan stok, dengan desain menggunakan ERD dan framework Laravel. Hasilnya menunjukkan sistem mampu mengatasi kendala pengelolaan inventory di Toko Kosmetik XYZ, memungkinkan pencatatan transaksi lebih cepat dan akurat, memudahkan pengelolaan stok, serta menyediakan laporan real-time. Implementasi sistem diharapkan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis Laravel adalah solusi efektif untuk mengelola inventory di Toko Kosmetik XYZ, dengan saran kerjasama karyawan, pelatihan pengguna, dan perawatan rutin sistem.

Abstract

Delays in system completion, continuously evolving requirements, and ineffective communication between developers and users are common challenges in information system development. This study aims to implement the Scrum method in the development of an Academic Information System for Senior High Schools (SMA) to address these issues. Scrum was selected as an agile software development framework that emphasizes iterative, adaptive, and collaborative processes. The research methodology employed is Action Research, in which system development is conducted through multiple sprints, each consisting of planning, execution, review, and retrospective phases. The implementation results indicate that the Scrum method successfully increased development progress transparency by 40% and reduced feature deviation from user requirements (scope creep) by 30%. In addition, the developed system was completed 25% faster than the estimated timeline using the waterfall method. The resulting system has been integrated with core academic modules, including student admission (PPDB), scheduling, grade processing, and reporting. This study concludes that Scrum is not only effective in accommodating dynamic requirement changes but also enhances stakeholder satisfaction—particularly among school administrators and staff—through their continuous involvement in sprint review activities. Overall, the implementation of Scrum proves to be a viable solution for information system development in educational institutions.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki risiko bencana tsunami yang tinggi akibat lokasinya di Cincin Api Pasifik, sehingga menuntut adanya sistem peringatan dini yang akurat. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model klasifikasi potensi tsunami yang valid secara metodologis. Berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang sering menggunakan data "bocor" (leaked features), penelitian ini menerapkan strategi feature engineering mendalam yang menggabungkan fitur fisis (seperti is_shallow) dan fitur kualitas data (gap, nst) pada dataset Cincin Api Pasifik. Lima model machine learning (Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, SVM, Random Forest, XGBoost) dievaluasi menggunakan 10-Fold Cross-Validation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan feature engineering adalah langkah paling krusial, meningkatkan F1-Score dari ~0.38 menjadi 0.86. Random Forest teridentifikasi sebagai model paling seimbang (F1-Score 0.8636), sementara Naive Bayes menunjukkan performa paling "aman" (Recall 0.9808). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa feature engineering yang tepat lebih berdampak daripada pemilihan model, menghasilkan model prediksi yang valid dan robust.
