Abstract

Generation Z faces great challenges in maintaining healthy sleep patterns due to lifestyle changes and high exposure to technology. This study aims to identify the sleep patterns of Generation Z as well as the main factors that affect their sleep quality using the K-Means algorithm. Data was collected from 300 participants through an online questionnaire that included variables such as sleep duration, difficulty sleeping, caffeine consumption, electronic device use, physical activity, and freshness after waking up. With a clustering approach, the results of the study showed that there were three main patterns: irregular sleep patterns (45%), healthy sleep patterns (35%), and poor sleep patterns (20%). The cluster with healthy sleep patterns had an average of 7-8 hours of sleep, high physical activity, and low caffeine consumption, while irregular sleep patterns were less dominated by the use of electronic devices before bedtime, high caffeine consumption, and low physical activity. These findings highlight the importance of lifestyle management in improving the sleep quality of Generation Z and provide a basis for the development of more effective interventions. This study concludes that data-based clustering is a useful method to understand the sleep patterns of a particular population in more depth.

Abstract

Inventory management is an important element for agencies as physical economic resources whose existence and maintenance are needed to support the smooth work process. At the Kubu Raya BAPPEDA Office, administrative activities involving the use of consumables are still carried out conventionally, so they are prone to file damage and data loss due to paper-based manual recording. This research aims to overcome these problems by developing a web-based consumable control application that can manage data on goods, employees, requests, rooms, users, incoming transactions, incoming goods reports, and handover of goods pick-up. The research method uses a waterfall software development model, supported by the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. The result is an innovative application that enables centralized, automated, and real-time data management by all parts of the organization. The main advantages of this application over conventional systems are its ability to reduce the risk of data loss, improve recording efficiency, and simplify the reporting process. It also supports more transparent and accurate inventory management, while reducing the time it takes to process requests and report consumables. Thus, this application has a real impact in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of goods management in the government agency environment.

Abstract

CV. Damar Abadi transaction data processing and financial reports still use a manual system, namely recording still uses manual writing even for writing reports recorded in the ledger. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based cash receipt and disbursement management information system using the waterfall model for software development. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and literature studies. This application can help CV. Damar Abadi in managing inventory data, sales and purchase transactions, to the process of making financial reports automatically. This is very helpful for the company in managing its business.
