Abstract

In analyzing the financial reports at PT Astra International, Tbk. using descriptive analysis methods and data collection techniques using library research. Based on data from the financial position report and profit and loss report, changes in capital and balance sheet at PT. Astra International, Tbk from 2017 to 2021, shows that the financial condition of this company is generally very good. The level of activity of this company is very good in managing its trade receivables. The level of solvency of this company in the first year is not able to manage its long-term obligations. The level of profitability. This company is very good, it can be seen from the company's ability to generate net profit and the level of market value ratio. This company can be seen very well from the company's ability to increase the value of its share price.

Abstract

English speaking is one of the language skills that must be mastered by university students. TikTok is one of the media for learning English, namely speaking and listening. In the study, the researchers emphasized the speaking aspect. The purpose of this research is to find out students’ perceptions about using TikTok to improve their English speaking skills. The study used a quantitative design. The samples in this research were USM andUNMUHA students in Banda Aceh, where this research aims to obtain information that is on the knowledge and experience possessed by these students. To collect the data, researchers distributed a questionnaire. The data obtained from questionnaire data collection showed that the participants' speaking skills had improved, namely the TikTok application helps improve their speaking wherever students are as long as connected to be internet and 90.

Abstract

Analysis of Student Learning Outcomes in View of Mathematical Ability and Ability Chemistry Class XI Science Students at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Proyek Univa Medan on Buffer Solution Material.The aim of this research is to determine the mathematical abilities and analytical abilities of students in class XI IPA Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Proyek Univa Medan on Buffer Solutions material. This type of research is cause and effect research. The data collected was in the form of mathematical ability test instruments, chemical analysis ability tests and student learning outcomes tests based on Low Order Thinking Skills (LOTS) and High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The results of the analysis show that students have an average mathematical ability of 64.00 and an average student analytical ability of 63.24. Student chemistry learning outcomes in buffer solution material have an average of 47.00. Analysis of students' answer sheets on learning outcomes tests shows that students do not have good mathematical skills and analytical skills, shown by a percentage of 57%. This data also shows that students' difficulties with buffer solution material are due to students not understanding chemical concepts. DOI: 10.23960/jppk.v12.i3.23.13

Abstract

Website merupakan bukti bahwa media komunikasi dan informasi sudah berkembang dan menyesuaikan dengan penggunaan teknologi berbasis internet. Luasnya jangkauan penggunaan internet membuat kajian yang dapat memastikan peran website sebagai media informasi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan publik perlu untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui konten atau isi website sebagai media informasi universitas pada website Ecogreen Campus UIN Raden Fatah. Penelitian ini berpedoman pada kriteria 7 aspek dari teori Website Attribute Evaluation System yang harus dimiliki website sebagai media informasi, yaitu; transparancy, interactivity, usability, website maturity, positivity, openness, dan useful information. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis konten kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa website Ecogreen Campus UIN Raden Fatah merupakan sebuah website yang memang berfokus pada konten informasi. Berdasarkan analisis peneliti, terdapat 5 aspek yang telah diimplementasikan pada website ini yaitu aspek transparancy, interactivity, website maturity, positivity, dan useful information. Sedangkan 2 aspek yang belum terpenuhi yaitu aspek usability, dan openness. Konten informasi yang ditonjolkan pada website ini berupa konten berita mengenai kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh tim EGC. Terbukti bahwa Ecogreen Campus UIN Raden Fatah sangat serius dalam memberikan informasi kepada publik. Tim Ecogreen Campus menyatakan beberapa fitur akan terus dioptimalkan sebagai media informasi yang merupakan aspek untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan publik pada website ini.

Abstract

This study aims to identify whether the use of Reading to Learn (R2L) based modules can affect the improvement of students' HOTs-Science Literacy in chemical bonding material. The population in this study consisted of students of class XI MAN 1 MEDAN who were divided into six classes. The sample of the study was 30 students of class XI MIPA 1. The instrument used in this study was a test with 15 multiple-choice questions. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a regression model, with the results of the study showing a sig value of 0.01 <???? (0.05), which means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This shows that the use of R2L based modules has an effect on students' HOTs-Science Literacy abilities. Furthermore, in science literacy abilities, a sig value of 0.03 <???? (0.05) was obtained, which also shows that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, indicating the influence of science literacy abilities on improving students' HOTs-Science Literacy in chemical bonding material. Finally, the influence of the R2L-based module on students' HOTs-Science Literacy abilities in solving HOTs-Literacy problems on chemical bonding material simultaneously shows a sig value of 0.00 < ???? Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning outcomes and students' spiritual attitudes through the implementation of spiritual value-based chemistry teaching materials with the POGIL model on Hydrocarbon material in class XI Matlanfor SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. This type of research is correlational research. The data collected were in the form of learning outcome test instruments and non-test spiritual attitude questionnaires. The results of the study were that there was a significant positive relationship between students' spiritual attitudes and increased learning outcomes after using integrated chemistry teaching materials with spiritual values in class XI Matlanfor with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.003 ≤ α (0.05) obtained a person correlation value of 0.243 indicating that students' spiritual attitudes contributed 24.3% to the learning outcomes of class XI Matlanfor students of SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Spiritual Atttudes, POGIL, Spiritual ValueDOI: 10.23960/jppk.v13.i3.32145

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant differences in student learning outcomes using Quizizz Media and i-Spring Media with the STEM Problem Based Learning model on Stoichiometry material. The population in this study were students of class XI IPA at SMA Swata Sultan Iskandar Muda Meda which were divided into four classes. The research sample was students of class XI IPA selected using random cluster sampling techniques. The instrument used in this study was a test with 20 multiple choice questions. The data collected were in the form of student learning outcome ability test instruments. The results of the study were that there was a significant difference between student learning outcomes taught with the STEM-based Problem Based Learning model using Quizizz media with iSpring media with a Sig. Abstract

The development of technology in the world of education is a demand for the curriculum, so currently technology is developing, namely Augmented Reality, which allows its use to interact in a real way with the system. The application of Augmented Reality can be a solution to educational problems that require the application of science and technology in every subject, especially chemistry in chemical equilibrium material. Augmented Reality-based LKPD was developed based on validation results, teacher and student responses. The development method used is the research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The data collection techniques used were teacher interviews, analysis of student needs, media and material validation sheets and student response questionnaires. Based on validation carried out on interactive LKPD based on Augmented Reality on chemical equilibrium material, the level of validation by media expert validators was 95% with the criteria "very feasible". And a response test was carried out on students, obtaining a percentage of 76% with the "interesting" criteria. So it can be concluded that overall the interactive LKPD product based on augmented reality media on chemical equilibrium material that has been developed is interesting for students to study for use in the learning process, especially on chemical equilibrium material.Keywords: LKPD, Augmented Reality, Chemical EquilibriumDOI: 10.23960/jppk.v13i3.32181

Abstract

The first lesson given to children in Islamic education is learning about the Koran. By introducing the Qur'an from an early age, Qur'anic values will be ingrained and make people with character. This research aims to determine the implementation of the Iqra' method in learning to read the Koran in early childhood. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to obtain broad and in-depth information related to the research objectives. The data sources in this research were the principal, class teachers, students and parents of the students at Sabbihisma 2 Padang Kindergarten. The research results show that the Iqra' method learning planning is not explained in detail in the form of a lesson plan. The teacher teaches it according to the teaching instructions in the Iqra' book. The Iqra' method learning is carried out privately, students are called one by one to come forward to read Iqra'. Students are required to be active in reading, while the teacher guides and directs the learning process. Evaluation of Iqra' method learning is carried out during Iqra' learning by the teacher and EBTA at the end of each volume of Iqra' is carried out by the school principal. Supporting factors for learning Iqra' are providing motivation to students, the role of parents who support learning Iqra' or the Koran at home, conveying the Iqra' method to parents of students, and teacher training. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are students' low memory capacity, students who are unable to concentrate, and lack of repetition of Iqra' or Al-Qur'an reading at home.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of the queuing system at the payment counter at PT. Pos Indonesia Tenggarong Branch. In this study, the analysis of the multiple line queuing system (M/M/S) was used. The problem that exists in this study is the fact that the queue conditions at the payment counter at PT. Pos Indonesia Tenggarong Branch at 08.30-10.30 is quite busy and at 11.30-12.30 it is not busy, so the application of a queuing system is very necessary to obtain an efficient number of teller services. The results of the analysis with two service servers, the time spent by a consumer in the system (Ws) the fastest is 1.39 minutes and the longest is 4.62 minutes. Meanwhile, by using three service servers, the time spent by a consumer in the fastest (Ws) system is 1.07 minutes and the longest is 3.51 minutes compared to the standard time of the post office company for 4 minutes of service. Operations become larger, with the addition of one service teller to three service tellers at the Post Office, it is declared ineffective because the Post Office must add service fees, while the number of people queuing in the system is still in the range of 1 or people queuing in the system and the time difference service is only 30 seconds to 1 minute apart.
