Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced information technology can provide many benefits for completing work quickly and accurately. One example that requires the delivery of information quickly and accurately is the field of library, this is in accordance with the function of the library which is the heart of education. Most libraries are still many who adhere to a conventional system, of course this will result in disruption of the continuity of the process of managing books in the library. Therefore, the author takes the theme of this study regarding Library Book Management Information Systems Based on Websites by using the waterfall method on software development as well as methods of observation and literature on data collection. This Information System is the best solution for problem solving in managing library books. With the use of managed computer data technology becomes faster, reducing inefficient time and reducing the occurrence of errors in processing data.

Abstract

Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) is a radio whose broadcasts are intended for the benefit of the nation and state. In carrying out work management, the Public Broadcasting Institution (LPP) RRI Purwokerto can still be said to be not optimal enough, where the preparation and management of reports is still done manually. This causes employees in the planning and broadcaster divisions to experience difficulties when compiling a list of broadcast events. Therefore, the right solution is needed to overcome these problems, namely by designing the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the broadcast program list application. The method used in the preparation of this research is design thinking and the use of the Figma application for UI design. The results of this study aim to provide a UI/UX design for the broadcast event list application so that it can help the preparation and management process to be faster, more efficient, and user friendly.

Abstract

Digital wallets are one of the fastest-growing types of fintech. Digital wallets are just like real wallets. Users can make transactions either online or offline to be more effective and efficient. It is important for the development team to pay attention to the comfort and satisfaction of its users. The purpose of writing, to find out the rate obtained by each application and will be tested using the usability testing method. This is done to evaluate the usability of digital wallet applications based on the responses given by users after interacting with the product system. The research was conducted in the DKI Jakarta area using 3 digital wallets and involving 150 digital wallet respondents, including: 51 Shopee pay Respondents, 52 Go-pay Respondents and 47 DANA Respondents. The results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the Shopee-pay Digital Wallet is in the Very Good category with a score of 4.35, the Go-pay and DANA applications are in the good category with the Go-Pay application score of 3.98 and DANA 4.16. This shows that the three applications have fulfilled the five aspects of usability testing: learnability, memorability, efficiency, errors and satisfaction.

Abstract

PT Inti Jasa Kreatif is an Event Organizer company that relies heavily on the quality of information systems to maintain smooth operations, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This company uses websites to convey business information. To improve the quality of design and user interaction, PT Inti Jasa Kreatif uses the WebQual 4.0 method in analyzing website quality. This study will analyze the quality of the service information system www.intijasakreatif.co.id with a focus on the aspects of usability, informativeness, and trustworthiness, measuring client needs and satisfaction with services using the Webqual 4.0 method. The Webqual 4.0 method is a method developed to measure the quality of web-based services with the data used being the respondents of the questionnaire that has been distributed. The data collection method uses primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to 102 respondents. Based on data processing, it can be seen that in the validity test of variable X1 (Usability Quality) the results show that variable X1 correlates with the potential quality of website usability that respondents find it easy to use the website application. From the results above, the author concludes that variable X1 has more influence than variables X2 and X3 on user satisfaction.

Abstract

PT Minarta Dutahutama is a national-scale company engaged in architectural and construction services. Since 2022, the company has implemented a web-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) that integrates essential modules, including employee data, attendance, leave, performance evaluation, and HR reports. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the HRIS in supporting personnel administration performance at PT Minarta Dutahutama using the Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM 3) framework. The system is expected to enhance operational efficiency, ensure accuracy in data management, and accelerate decision-making. The research applies a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and direct observation. The sample involved five active HRIS users selected by total sampling due to the small population. Evaluation was carried out on six constructs of TAM 3: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, output quality, subjective norm, computer anxiety, and behavioral intention to use. The findings indicate that HRIS is highly useful, easy to operate, produces good output quality, and is supported by a positive work environment. The study concludes that HRIS is effective in strengthening personnel administration processes, with recommendations for improved training and continuous system development to optimize user adaptation.
