Abstract

In the area of East Jakarta, especially in the Medika Clinic, the public can examine the initial symptoms of ENT. With the initial inspection that must be queued, can cause a long time. As a result, many people who do not know clearly the type of illness suffered and how to treat it. Because ENT disease is very related to organs where if not treated immediately, it will be difficult to move daily, therefore, the need for diagnosis of complaints from patients. These patients can directly access the website of a website where patients can diagnose without having to go to a hospital or clinic. By comparing previous studies or literature reviews, the problem to be discussed is to add more symptoms and diseases, then a solution for the disease. So that the website to be made is more detailed and clear, the results of this research is to produce an expert system website that can easily examine the symptoms of the patient and provide the patient's illness and solutions to overcome the disease.

Abstract

Yadika 4 Vocational School is a vocational secondary education institution that was established in 1996 and is located on the highway Raden Saleh No. 11 Karang Tengah. Creative school that provides three majors namely Office Administration (AP), Accounting (AK) and Computer Network Engineering (TKJ). In the learning process Yadika 4 Vocational students get subject matter materials according to their competency skills. Another problem that is when the exam is still seen is cheating, such as cheating, this causes the class to become noisy. The thing that makes the writer take this online exam case study is to prepare computer-based examinations held by the education office. Other problems, namely the values that come out of each subject will be entered manually from each class by the subject teacher concerned, sometimes the teacher feels tired to count and match the answers and the scores of each subject tested. Errors when matching cause repetition of entering data into Microsoft Excel tools that are used as learning evaluation reports to the homeroom of each class. The solution to overcome this problem is by making an online test application with questions and answers on online exam applications to be random in order to minimize fraud. In the making, it is expected that online examinations in schools can provide students with an overview of computer-based exams that have been held by the education office with advantages in terms of time correction, resources from teachers (teachers or employees). The results of this study produced an online test application that has been tested, so that users in this application can be helped as the results of observations made by the author in conducting this research. i.

Abstract

Health problems of pregnant women is a national problem that needs to get top priority because it will determine the quality of human resources in future generations. Attention to the mother in a family need special attention because the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still very high. During pregnancy, maternal health conditions will determine whether or not the growth of a healthy fetus. But in fact, pregnancy itself can cause a decrease in maternal resistance which then triggered the emergence of some diseases. In this study an expert system application program by using the method of forwarding Chaining, to assist in the search for conclusions about the disease affecting pregnant women and prevention or solutions to overcome them without having to ask directly to the specialist.

Abstract

Public service is one of the most important things to ensure the goal of creating good government in a work arrangement between all components. One of the most important parts in an institution is often measured by the community through the success or failure of an event that is held and every event or event held must have infrastructure or infrastructure and facilities that are sufficiently supportive or qualified, currently at the West Jakarta Youth and Sports Office. still managing infrastructure and facilities data manually, this is what results in infrastructure management being less effective and efficient, for that by making the design of the Infrastructure and Facilities Management system is an effective way of managing infrastructure to be stored in the database This system is designed using the prototype method. This system can search for data on complaints about existing problems in infrastructure to be faster and can present data to be effective and efficient because it is website-based.

Abstract

Abstract— The progress of a city can be seen from the compilation of population data for the area and the equal access to facilities and usability obtained by local residents. Currently, the government is consistently trying to develop a community empowerment system starting from small steps, one of which is by developing the Dasawisma system. Dasawisma is a PKK (Community Welfare Development) work program where one or two residents in each Rukun Tetangga are tasked with collecting data on local residents, disseminating information about government programs, conducting inter-member counseling and several other socialization activities. In general, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has released the "Carik Jakarta" application, but cadres still need a system for manual data collection, because sometimes the actual data in the field is not the same as the population data in the government-owned database, that's why a system is needed to facilitate the performance of PKK members. This information system is made website-based with a waterfall design method. It is hoped that with this information system, the performance of PKK members will be more effective and efficient.Keywords: dasawisma, waterfall, web based Abstrak— Kemajuan sebuah kota dapat dilihat dari tersusunnya data kependudukan wilayah tersebut dan meratanya akses terhadap fasilitas dan daya guna yang didapatkan oleh penduduk setempat. Saat ini Pemerintah secara konsisten mencoba mengenbangkan sistem pemberdayaan masyarakat mulai dari langkah kecil, salah satunya adalah dengan mengembangkan sistem Dasawisma. Dasawisma merupakan program kerja PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Warga) dimana ada satu atau dua warga di setiap Rukun Tetangga yang bertugas untuk melakukan pendataan warga sekitar, menyebarkan informasi tentang program-program pemerintah, melakukan penyuluhan antar-anggota dan beberapa aktivitas sosialisasi lainnya. Pemprov DKI secara umum telah merilis aplikasi "Carik Jakarta", namun para kader tetap membutuhkan sistem untuk melakukan pendataan manual, karna terkadang data aktual di lapangan tidak sama dengan data kependudukan warga yang ada di dalam database yang dimiliki pemerintah, karna itulah dibutuhkan sebuah sistem guna mempermudah kinerja para anggota PKK. Sistem informasi ini dibuat berbasis website dengan metode perancangan menggunakan waterfall. Diharapkan dengan adanya system informasi ini maka kinerja para anggota PKK menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci: dasawisma, waterfall, berbasis web

Abstract

Era revolusi industri 4.0 atau Cyber Physical System yang berfokus kepada teknologi digital ini membawa banyak perubahan diberbagai sektor, termasuk dalam memecahkan masalah serta meningkatkan produktivitas didalam bisnis dan manufaktur diberbagai skala. Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang terus berkembang menjadikan penggunaan teknologi di negara Indonesia tergolong pesat. Hal ini dilakukan dalam berbagai usaha untuk memajukan kualitas IPTEK di Indonesia. Salah satu diantaranya ialah Aplikasi Majoo. Untuk melihat tingkat kualitas suatu produk khususnya aplikasi mobile dengan mendengar langsung pendapat dari para pengguna dengan pendekatan user experience atau pengalaman pengguna dan user interface atau tampilan pengguna. Tujuan analisa evaluasi UI dan UX  ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan usabIlity terhadap aplikasi Majoo dengan menggunakan metode Heuristic Evaluation. Pengujian analisis evaluasi ini berdasarkan 10 aspek Heuristic Evaluation dengan penilaian severity ratings diperoleh rata-rata nilai pada tiap aspek 1 yaitu Cosmetic Problem yang berarti bahwa masalah tidak terlalu mempengaruhi pengguna, sebagaimana perbaikan tidak terlalu dibutuhkan jika waktu yang dimiliki terbatas. Kemudian analisa evaluasi ini memberikan hasil rekomendasi berupa gambaran high-fidelity prototype sebagai solusi kepada pihak pengembang untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan pengguna aplikasi Majoo.

Abstract

Absence is attendance data collection which is useful in order to know attendance activity in an institution.PT. Karex Indo Expresss uses employee attendance with fingerprint attendance machines, but not all employees accept the system because they are used to the manual system used before. The purpose of this study was to determine user acceptance of the implementation of the fingerprint presence system. The research uses a quantitative method approach. The model to determine the level of acceptance uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The results of this study indicate that the order of perception from the most influential is the perception of usefulness, then the perception of convenience, then the perception of the user's attitude, after that the perception of user interest. The conclusion of this study is that the relationship between all perceptions has an influence on the acceptance of this attendance system to support an activity that is almost done every day. Perception of convenience and perception of usefulness are perceptions that trigger in increasing acceptance

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan, baik yang bergerak dibidang industri maupun jasa selalu mengadakan persediaan. Tidak dapat memenuhi keinginan pelanggan akan barang atau jasa adalah sebuah resiko yang akan dihadapkan kepada perusahaan yang tidak memiliki sistem persediaan yang baik. Infornasi yang dihasilkan oleh sistem informasi yang mengelola data persediaan atau produksi harus sesuai dengan pergerakan yang berlangsung dalam sebuah perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi dan mengetahui sejauh mana sistem informasi persediaan sparepart yang sedang berjalan serta mengukur tingkat kapabilitas sistem informasi persediaan sparepart terhadap ketercapaian visi dan misi AHASS Palem Motor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, proses audit, dan laporan. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework Cobit 5. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan Nilai tingkat kapabilitas pada proses MEA02.01 sebesar 3,47, MEA02.02 sebesar 3,14, MEA02.03 sebesar 2,72, MEA02.04 sebesar 3,17. Sedangkan Tingkat kapabilitas keseluruhan saat ini untuk sub domain MEA02 sebesar 3,13 pada level 3 (Established Process) dari skala pembulatan indeks pemetaan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa perusahaan telah mengimplementasikan proses yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Sistem Operasional Prosedur pada AHASS Palem Motor.

Abstract

Pandawa Musik is a shop that runs a business in the field of buying and selling musical instruments. The store has been around for a long time and has quite a number of regular customers. The sales system that runs on Pandawa Musik is still running manually so that there are often problems in data collection and stock checking. And the sales system is still placed in shop windows, distributing flyers or word of mouth. This allows for errors in data collection, the length of the service process and the lack of sales volume. Based on the description above, the authors are interested in developing an information system that can help Pandawa Musik in making web-based E-Commerce, equipped with features that can make work easier and more systematic, especially in the field of data collection and transactions as well as postage throughout Indonesia. From this research, the authors raised the title "Online Sales Information System for Musical Instruments at the Web-Based Pandawa Musik Shop Using the MIDTRANS and RajaOngkir APIs".

Abstract

Unit Pengelola Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kelurahan Slipi merupakan instansi pemerintah yang melayani kebutuhan dan kepentingan masyarakat dalam pengarsipan surat pemakaman. Saat ini UP PMPTSP  Kelurahan Slipi proses pengarsipan surat pemakaman masih dikatakan tidak efisien karena sistem pemberkasan masih manual berbentuk file pada komputer, sehingga jika pemohon membutuhkan surat pemakaman petugas harus mengecek satu persatu file pada komputer.Dibangunnya sistem informasi arsip surat pemakaman dapat membantu pemohon untuk mencari data pemakaman dan UPPMPTSP dalam mengelola data arsip surat pemakaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah berorientasi objek dengan pemodelan web secara terstruktur, metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall, diagram yang digunakan adalah UML dan database menggunakan MYSQL sedangkan aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan pemrograman PHP dengan bantuan framework Laravel. Dan hasil dari perancangan sistem informasi diharap dapat memudahkan dalam pelayanan surat pemakaman.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Arsip Surat, Web
