Abstract

Demam merupakan salah satu penyakit yang sering diderita oleh anak dan pengobatan sering dilakukan secara swamedikasi dengan antipiretik. Antipiretik yang banyak digunakan dalam bentuk sirup namun karena terjadi peningkatan kasus gagal ginjal akut yang banyak menyerah anak-anak menimbulkan keresahan di masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat dalam memilih alternatif sirup antipiretik anak di Apotek Chandani Medica Pemogan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 47 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Karakteristik responden terbanyak pada usia usia 26-35 Tahun sebanyak 20 orang (42,55%), pendidikan terakhir SMA sebanyak 23 orang (48,94%), jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 30 orang (63,83%).Tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat berada pada kategori Baik sebanyak 46 orang (97,87%) dan kategori Cukup sebanyak 1 orang (2,13%). Tidak ada faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat dalam memilih alternatif sirup antipiretik anak di Apotek Chandani Medica Pemogan.

Abstract

Community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian utama pada anak-anak diseluruh dunia. Antibiotik merupakan terapi utama pada pneumonia dan diperlukan studi farmakoekonomi dengan metode cost effectiveness analysis (CEA) untuk membandingkan biaya pengobatan dengan efektivitas terapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas biaya antibiotik tunggal Seftriakson dan antibiotik kombinasi Ampisilin+Gentamisin pada pasien pneumonia anak di instalasi rawat inap RSUD Kabupaten Klungkung. Pengumpulan data secara retrospektif menggunakan rekam medis. Data biaya menggunakan biaya rumah sakit (healthcare perspective) dan biaya Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) (payer perspective). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar menerima terapi kombinasi (78,4%), dengan terbanyak kombinasi ampisilin dan gentamisin (52,8%). Nilai Average Cost-Effectiveness Ratio (ACER) berdasarkan payer perspective menunjukkan Kelompok tunggal adalah sebesar Rp 1.162.081/hari, sedikit lebih tinggi dibandingkan Kelompok kombinasi yang bernilai Rp 1.100.689/hari. Perspektif healthcare provider, Kelompok tunggal memiliki ACER lebih rendah yang bernilai Rp 908.449/hari dibandingkan Kelompok kombinasi yang bernilai Rp 906.053/hari. Nilai Incremental Cost-Effectiveness Ratio (ICER) dari perspektif payer adalah Rp 609.551 /hari dan perspektif healthcare nilai ICER Rp 886.880 /hari. Tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan dari efektivitas biaya dan efektivitas terapi. Kelompok terapi tunggal memiliki ACER payer sedikit lebih tinggi, tetapi memiliki nilai ICER yang lebih rendah dan LOS yang lebih cepat dibandingkan kelompok terapi kombinasi.

Abstract

The appropriate and guideline-based use of medications is an important factor in providing optimal pharmaceutical care to outpatient patients in the Pediatric and Obstetrics and Gynecology clinics at X General Hospital. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to evaluate the suitability of prescriptions. This study aims to evaluate the suitability of outpatient prescriptions in the Pediatric and Obstetrics and Gynecology clinics with the Formulary of X General Hospital (X General Hospital Formulary). The research method used in this study was prospective observational research. The collected data were analyzed descriptively. The study was conducted at X General Hospital in April 2023. The sample of this study consisted of 69 prescriptions from the Pediatric clinic and 50 prescriptions from the Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic, which were selected using purposive sampling technique and met the inclusion criteria while not meeting the exclusion criteria. The results of the analysis showed that 88% of the prescriptions in the Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic and 88.41% of the prescriptions in the Pediatric clinic were in accordance with the X General Hospital Formulary. The suitability analysis based on drug items showed that approximately 91.43% of the drug items in the Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic and 93.24% of the drug items in the Pediatric clinic were in accordance with the X General Hospital Formulary. Some drug items that were not in accordance with the formulary in the Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic were Utrogestan, Folamil Genio, and Folac, as they had not been requested by the attending physician, while in the Pediatric clinic, Nasacort, FG Troches, Opicort, Prednicort, Ceftik, and Salbuven were not in accordance due to being rarely prescribed (death stock), rarely prescribed in patient therapy (slow moving), and not requested by the attending physician.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce business competition in the pharmaceutical industry requires pharmacies to continuously improve their strategies to retain and attract customers. This study aims to analyze the influence of product types and promotion on customer loyalty at IFarma Pharmacy Kebo Iwa Denpasar. The research method used is quantitative, employing a survey approach with questionnaires distributed to pharmacy customers. The population in this study consisted of IFarma Pharmacy customers who made purchases at IFarma Pharmacy Kebo Iwa during March 2025. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique, totaling 222 respondents. The characteristics of the respondents obtained were 55.9% (124 people) female, the majority of respondents were between 20 and 40 years old, totaling 185 people (83.3%), the highest level of education was high school 49.5% (110 people), 196 respondents were employed (88.29%), with the majority earning between IDR 2,000,000 - 5,000,000, totaling 105 people (47.30%), and a frequency of 2-3 visits was reported by 121 people (54.50%). The results showed that the regression coefficient for the promotion variable was 0.224, meaning that a 1% increase in promotion would increase customer loyalty to IFarma Pharmacy Kebo Iwa by 22.4%. The positive value of 0.224 indicates a positive correlation between the variety of products offered and effective promotional strategies, which positively and significantly influence customer loyalty. This confirms the importance of providing diverse products and targeted promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and commitment to repeat purchases. This research is expected to serve as a reference for pharmacy managers in formulating more effective marketing strategies to maintain customer loyalty amid increasingly competitive market conditions.
