Abstract

The petroleum fuel crisis shows that Indonesia's fossil energy reserves are limited. It is necessary to develop renewable, environmentally friendly and sustainable alternative energy, one of which is bioethanol. One of the basic ingredients of making bioethanol is cellulose material such as mango skin (Mangifera indica). This study aims to determine the levels of mango bioethanol with the treatment of cellulase enzymes from Trichoderma reesei and Aspergillus niger. This study is an experimental study with independent variables, namely the comparison of enzymes from Trichoderma reesei and Aspergillus niger (1: 0, 0: 1, 1: 1, 2: 1, 1: 2, 3: 1, 1: 3) and the dependent variable reducing sugars and bioethanol levels. After treatment with enzymes followed by yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) at a dose of 0.05 grams with a fermentation time of 96 hours then measurement of reducing sugar levels using the DNS method, distillation, and measurement of bioethanol levels using Conway diffusion method. Based on the results of the study it was found that bioethanol levels using enzymes from Trichoderma reesei and Aspergillus niger as well as inoculation with yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) were highest at 8% in the comparison of T.reesei: A.niger 3: 1 and 1: 3 Krisis bahan bakar minyak bumi menunjukkan bahwa cadangan energi fosil yang dimiliki Indonesia terbatas. Perlu dikembangkan energi alternatif yang dapat diperbaharui, ramah lingkungan, dan berkelanjutan, salah satunya adalah bioetanol. Salah satu bahan dasar pembuatan bioetanol adalah bahan berselulosa seperti kulit mangga (Mangifera indica). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar bioetanol kulit mangga dengan perlakuan enzim selulase dari Trichoderma reesei dan Aspergillus niger. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan variabel bebas yaitu perbandingan enzim dari Trichoderma reesei dan Aspergillus niger (1:0, 0:1, 1:1, 2:1, 1:2, 3:1, 1:3) dan variabel terikat kadar gula reduksi dan kadar bioetanol. Setelah perlakuan dengan enzim dilanjutkan dengan ragi (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) dengan dosis 0,05 gram dengan waktu fermentasi 96 jam kemudian dilakukan pengukuran kadar gula reduksi dengan metode DNS, destilasi, dan pengukuran kadar bioetanol menggunakan metode Conway diffusion.. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kadar bioetanol dengan menggunakan enzim dari Trichoderma reesei dan Aspergillus niger serta inokulasi dengan ragi (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) tertinggi sebesar 8 % pada perbandingan T.reesei:A.niger 3:1 dan 1

Abstract

This study aims to determine the bioethanol levels of dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus) peel with the treatment of cellulase enzymes from Trichoderma reesei and Aspergillus niger. This research was an experimental study that uses steps such as making dragon fruit peel substrate and filtrate, cellulose degradation with enzymes from Trichoderma reesei and Aspergillus niger and inoculating with yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) with a fermentation time of 96 hours and then measured reducing sugar levels with the method of DNS, distillation, and the measurement of bioethanol levels using alcohol meters. The results have shown that using enzymes from Trichoderma reesei and Aspergillus niger can increase the reduction of 49.68 %  sugar levels in the treatment of T.reesei: A.niger (3: 1) and produce the highest bioethanol level, which is 2.46 % in the treatment of T.reesei: A.niger (2: 1)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a culture of communication for students through the internalization of character education at the Sungai Buloh Guidance Studio, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The method used in this study, is to use the implementation method. Inductive and objective. The purpose of being inductive here is to draw conclusions directly about the conditions that occur to students in the Sunggai Buloh Guidance Studio. The research subjects were students of the Sungai Buloh guidance center class II, III AND VI. Methods of data collection through observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. In learning at the Sungai Buloh Guidance Studio a culture of communication is developed through the introduction of symbols and symbols of the country. Students are asked to create government structures for Indonesia and Malaysia. Students are introduced to the basics of the state through discussions and portfolios. Based on these activities students recognize the differences in symbols and symbols of the state, respect the symbols and symbols of the state, understand the differences in government structures.

Abstract

Banyak guru yang menganggap pendidikan seks itu tabu dan pengetahuan dalam memberikan pencegahan pelecehan seksual anak (PPSA) terkait materi, metode, dan media yang masih kurang. Untuk itu pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru dalam memberikan PPSA. Mitra pengabdian ini 26 guru SD Muhammadiyah 16 Surakarta. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan Analisa kebutuhan, sosialisasi PPSA, pelatihan materi, metode, dan media PPSA. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan dengan sosialisasi PPSA 100% guru sudah tidak menganggap bahwa pendidikan seks itu tabu, 85% guru meningkat pengetahuan tentang materi, metode, dan media bagaimana mengenali, menolak, dan melaporkan jika terjadi pelecehan seksual. Pengabdian ini guru mendapatkan materi dan mempraktekkan dengan peerteaching mensimulasikan metode dalam memberikan PPSA dengan bermain peran menggunakan boneka tangan dan penggunaan media lainnya. Pengabdian ini sangat penting untuk membekali guru yang nantinya dapat diimplementasikan pada peserta didik sehingga meningkatkan keterampilan peserta didik dalam perlindungan diri dari pelecehan seksual.
