Abstract

Based on initial observations made by the author, it shows that employees' sense of responsibility is still low, employees' understanding of work regulations is still low and there are still employees who do not work according to work regulations so that employee performance is not running optimally. So it is necessary to analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of PT, Bina Bakti Persada employees. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is through multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. These results prove that personality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Motivation (X2) does not have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). And job satisfaction (X3) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job characteristics, work enthusiasm, and work ability on employee performance at the Office of Personnel and Human Resource Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency. The sample in this study consisted of all employees at the Office of Personnel and Human Resource Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency, totaling 46 individuals. This study uses PLS analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Personnel and Human Resource Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency. (2) Work enthusiasm has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Personnel and Human Resource Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency. (3) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Personnel and Human Resource Empowerment of East Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) The performance of employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of Prov. Southeast Sulawesi; (2) The effectiveness of the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi; (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi. The analysis tool used is the Analysis Interactive Model by dividing the steps in data analysis activities with several parts, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification. This study shows that (1) The performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi, which is judged from quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and presence, is good; (2) The effectiveness of the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi, both in terms of completeness, condition, and use, plays an important role in supporting optimal employee performance, including aspects of quality, quantity, punctuality, effectiveness, and attendance; (3) Supporting factors for the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the performance of employees of the Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. Southeast Sulawesi is a personal or individual factor, a leadership factor and a system factor. While the most important inhibiting factor is human resources.

Abstract

This research aims to design an effective supervision model in supporting the sustainability of cooperatives in North Konawe Regency. This research design is a model research approach which is also a data analysis design. The informants of this research are 3 employees of the North Konawe Regency Cooperative and MSME Office, consisting of the Head of the Service, the Head of Supervision and Control, the Expert Cooperative Supervisor-first, and 3 Cooperative Members. The type of research uses qualitative descriptive. The data sources in this study consist of primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection method uses interview, observation and documentation guidelines. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the effective supervision model in supporting the sustainability of cooperatives in North Konawe Regency is the Technology and Community-based Supervision Model   , which is a cooperative supervision approach that integrates digital technology, such as data management platforms, web-based applications, and accounting software, with the active participation of the cooperative member community.

Abstract

  The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of: (1) the dimensions of human resource management on the performance of employees of the North Konawe Regency Education and Culture Office; (2) work tasks on the performance of employees of the North Konawe Regency Education and Culture Office; (3) quality on the performance of employees of the North Konawe Regency Education and Culture Office; (4) quantity on the performance of employees of the North Konawe Regency Education and Culture Office; (5) punctuality on the performance of employees of the North Konawe Regency Education and Culture Office; (6) cost effectiveness on the performance of employees of the North Konawe Regency Education and Culture Office.The design of this research is explanatory research.The population of this study is employeesDepartment of Education and Culture of North Konawe Regencyas many as 31 people and were also made respondents in this studyThe data analysis method used in this study is descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely SPSS. The results of the study stated that: (1) The dimensions of human resource management (work tasks, quality, quantity, timeliness and cost effectiveness) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the North Konawe Regency Education and Culture Office; (2) Work tasks have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the North Konawe Regency Education and Culture Office; (3) Quality has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the North Konawe Regency Education and Culture Office; (4) Quantity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the North Konawe Regency Education and Culture Office; (5) Punctuality has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the North Konawe Regency Education and Culture Office; (6) Employee effectiveness has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of employees of the North Konawe Regency Education and Culture Office.
