Abstract

The training was conducted with the aim of increasing the capacity of knowledge, understanding, and analytical skills for members of small and medium industries, especially about efforts to increase human resources and industrial competitiveness. Method of implementation of Community Service (PKM) activities in the form of technical guidance. The speakers in this training are academics from the PKM STIE Enam Enam Kendari Team, and at the end of the activity will be given a handbook material. Community service activities at Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Kendari City have been carried out with positive results on the development program and the implementation of quality management and management of SME centers. In the implementation of these activities, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1). The low knowledge of SME about the importance of quality management; 2). The establishment of independent SME groups from various businesses both on the scale of small, medium and large enterprises will make it easier to obtain credit assistance and management coaching systems to increase production volumes; 3). Consultation and quality management coaching in Small and Medium Industries; 4). Application of quality management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of ethical leadership variables and communication skills on performance variables through motivation as a mediating variable. The types and sources of data in this study are in the form of primary data obtained through questionnaire techniques or distributing questionnaires to all civil servants of the Regional Inspectorate of Southeast Sulawesi Province. While secondary data, namely data obtained through literature studies by referring to literature, journals and various other information related to the problem under study. The data collection method to be used in this study is filling out questionnaires. The data analysis technique is Quantitative data analysis using the SEM-PLS 3 application. The results of hypothesis testing concluded that ethical leadership has no effect on performance, but the variable ethical leadership has a significant positive effect on motivation. The communication skills variable has a significant positive effect on performance and the communication skills variable has a significant positive effect on motivation. The motivation variable can mediate the influence of ethical leadership on performance and the motivation variable is able to mediate the influence of communication skills on performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : Untuk mengetahui dan mengananlisis (1) Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emisional, Beban Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, (2) Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, (3) Pengaruh Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, dan (4) Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling yaitu membagi populasi kedalam subpopulasi secara proposional dan acak pada Lingkup Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara yang berjumlah 84 orang yang terdiri dari beberapa jabatan dan pekerjaan. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Regresi linear Berganda dengan menggunakan Sofware SPSS Versi 26. Berdasarkaan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ; (1) Kecerdasar Emosional, Beban Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, (2) Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) Beban Kerja berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dan (4) Kepuasan Kerja Berpengaruh positi dan signiikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam Penerapan Asuhan Keperawatan Di RSU BLUD Konawe. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian perawat pada RSU BLUD Konawe yang berjumlah 69 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam menerapkan asuhan keperawatan di RSU BLUD Konawe. Hal ini disebabkan karena setiap elemen yang menjadi item indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur gaya kepemimpinan transaksional yang meliputi imbalan kontingen (contingent reward), manajemen eksepsi aktif (active management by exception) dan manajemen eksepsi pasif (passive management by exception) merupakan faktor yang menentukan tingkat kinerja perawat pelaksana.

Abstract

This research aims to measure work motivation and compensation in measuring employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. A quantitative approach is a research approach that primarily uses a postpositivist paradigm in developing science (such as thinking about cause and effect, reduction to variables, hypotheses, specific questions, using measurements and observations, and testing theories) using research strategies such as experiments and surveys that require data statistics. The results of this research are 1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the existence of enthusiasm and passion in working to obtain achievement, power and affiliation with fellow employees encourages employees to carry out their duties well so that their performance improves. 2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that providing compensation in accordance with the output produced by employees results in maximizing employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan stress kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada Bank Sultra Cabang Utama Kendari. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Bank Sultra Cabang Utama Kendari yang berjumlah 98 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada Bank Sultra Cabang Utama Kendari. (2) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada Bank Sultra Cabang Utama Kendari. (3) Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada Bank Sultra Cabang Utama Kendari. (4) Stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada Bank Sultra Cabang Utama Kendari.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership, work culture and competence on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau. The determination of the number of samples in this study is by using the census method, namely the number of samples taken from the entire population of 46 employees. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis using Microsoft Excel, and SPSS software. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) Leadership, work culture, and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau; (2) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau; (3) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau; and (4) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis : (1) Pengaruh modal terhadap kinerja UMKM toko oleh – oleh di Kendari. (2) Pengaruh inovasi terhadap kinerja UMKM toko oleh – oleh di Kendari. (3) Pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM toko oleh – oleh di Kendari. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah adalah penelitian eksplanasi (explanatory research). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh UMKM toko oleh – oleh dikendari. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode Pertial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Semakin baik modal dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. (2) Inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Semakin baik inovasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. (3) Literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Semakin baik pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on company value using data from the financial reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data. The analytical tool used in panel data linear regression is EViews version 10. Simultaneous research results of the variables Inflation, Interest Rates and Exchange Rates have no influence on Company Value. Meanwhile, in partial testing, the variables inflation, interest rates and exchange rates have no effect on company value in banking institutions listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze: (1) The influence of work commitment on the performance of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (2) The influence of work commitment on the performance of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (3) The influence of work discipline on job satisfaction of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (4) The influence of work discipline on the performance of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (5) The influence of job satisfaction on the performance of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees. The population in this study were all 49 Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees with ASN status and were also used as respondents in this study using census techniques. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results state that: (1) Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (2) Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (5) Employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees
