Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth electronic communication and pricing strategies on purchasing decisions at Richeese Factory Restaurant. The population in this study were all consumers of Richeese Factory Kemang Pratama. The method used in this study is qualitative, namely by obtaining research results from collecting respondent data. The sampling technique used a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination using SPSS software version 26. The results of this study indicate that based on the analysis of multiple linear regression coefficients, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between electronic word of mouth communication and price strategy on purchasing decisions at Richeese Factory Restaurant where if word of mouth electronic communication (X1) and strategy (X2) experience an increase one unit, the purchase decision (Y) will increase.

Abstract

This author aims to explain whether work motivation and work training variables have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT Global Insight Utama Green Nitrogen. This type of research uses data collection methods (observation), interviews and uses a list of questions (questionnaire). The sample method used was a saturated sampling technique, namely 32 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis methods, Determination coefficient analysis, t test, f test in the SPSS Version 22 program. The results of this research show that partially work motivation and work training have a strong and positive effect on employee productivity seen from the results of the multiple regression coefficient analysis Y`=12.305 + 0.175(X1) +0.536 (X2) meaning that work motivation and work training (X1 and X2 = 0) then employee productivity is 12.305 and if work motivation and work training are (X1 and X 2= 1) the performance is 0,175 and 0,53 for X2. Based on the SPSS program R2 determination coefficient analysis calculation, it is 0.669. The correlation analysis of R2 determination is obtained with a value of Kd = (0.669 x 0.6669=0,0,448) 48% and the remaining 100% -44% = 55,2% incfluenced by other variables. Based on the results of the partial work motivation test, tcount is 0.968<2.010 ttable with a significance value of 0.00 because the probability of significance is much smaller than 0.05, then H0 is accepted, and Ha is rejected. This shows that partially, work motivation does not have a positive and significant influence on job training. Based on the partial test of the job training variable, it is stated that the t count is 3.241>2.010 ttable, with a significance value of 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that job training has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity. Based on the hypothesis test, f obtained a value of 19.065 with df numerator 2 and df denominator 48, you will get ftable of 3.19 because fcount 19.065>ftable>3.19, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence between work motivation (X1) and job training (X2) influence the employee productivity variable (Y) at PT Global Insight Utama Green Nitrogen.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analysing the effect of cash turnover accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover profitability in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2018-2022 The method used was purposive sampling with a total sampel 7 sampple (5 periods) of good and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange out of a total population of 35 populations. Data analysis used multiple linear analysis methods, analysis of the coefficient of determination, ftest using SPSS version 26. From the result of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y=4,475 + 0,034 (X1) + 0,020 (X2) + 0,315 (X3) shows that the regression coefficient for the cash turnover variabel (X1) is 0,034. This means that if cash turnover increases by one unit, it will have an impact pn profitability of 0,034. For the receivables turnover (X2) it is 0,020. This means that if receivables turnover increases by one unit, it will have an impact on profitability of 0,20. For the inventory turnover variable (X3) it is 0,315. This means that if inventory turnover increases by one unit, it will have an impact on profitability of 0,315. From the results of three coefficients, the independent variable that has the most dominant influence on the dependent variable is the inventory turnover variable with a value of 0,315. The result of this study are cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover and simultaneous effect on profitability, the influence of cash turnover receivable turnover and inventory turnover does not partially affect profitability. Adjusted R2 Square value is 0,276 which means that the ability of the three independent variables can effect profitability by 27,6% while the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is influence or how much influence career development and compensation variables have on employee performance at PT Supernova Flexible Packaging. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires and library data. The sample of this research is employees at PT Supernova Flexible Packaging, totaling 45 people with random sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple regression. The results of data processing using SPSS version 26 found linear regression results Y = 5.056 + 0.602X1 + 0.294X2. The results of SPSS data processing version 26 found that the adjusted R was 44.8%. This means that career development and compensation variables affect employee performance and the remaining 55.2% is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study. The results of this study concluded that partially career development and compensation variables have a positive effect on employee performance.. While simultaneously Career development and compensation together have a significant influence on employee performance in PT Supernova Flexible Packaging.

Abstract

One of the functions of Islamic financial institutions is to collect public funds which are then channeled back to them through a community financing mechanism. At KSPPS BMT Bina Usaha Mandiri Indonesia there is musyarakah and murabahah financing. This study aims to determine musyarakah financing or murabahah financing which is more at risk of bad loans and to find out the settlement of bad loans at KSPPS BMT Bina Usaha Mandiri. This research is descriptive in nature with primary data collected through interviews, observation, and supported by literature study. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis techniques, which consisted of data simplification, presentation and conclusion. The results of the analysis from this research show that bad credit in musyarakah financing can reduce bad credit more, seen from data in 2020, bad credit which occurred with a percentage of 1.79% decreased by 0.27% to 1.52% and at the end of 2021 and continues to decline in 2022 by 0.51% to 1.52%. If you look at the nominal value, bad credit has increased but the percentage has decreased, this is because the financing disbursed has also increased and bad credit in musyarakah financing is more risky, where musyarakah financing experiences higher bad credit in 2020 and 2022, that musyarakah financing with a greater percentage of bad credit in 2022 amounting to 1.01% while murabahah financing is only 0.55% and in 2020 bad credit financing for musyarakah financing is 1.79% worth IDR 14,619,037 while 1.01% murabahah financing. However, in 2021, the percentage of bad debts in murabahah financing is greater, namely 2.30% worth IDR 5,086,628 while musyarakah financing is 1.52% but if the percentage of bad loans is totaled over 3 years then the value of musyarakah financing is more large, namely 4.32% compared to murabahah 3.86%. Then the resolution of bad debts carried out by KSPPS BMT Bina Usaha Mandiri Indonesia is by directly writing off the financing using the direct write off method, namely directly writing off the financing to the receivables account which immediately reduces the total receivables on the balance sheet and is immediately charged to profit and loss on the PPAP Opex expense account.

Abstract

The main factor that can affect employee work productivity is career development. Career development will be very useful for companies to ensure the right employee in a position. Another thing that is an important factor in achieving employee work productivity is how the environment conditions around it. In this study, researchers took the object of PT Bumjin Elektronik Indonesia which is located in the industrial area Jababeka 3 Block A5B, Cikarang - Bekasi. In this study, the authors conducted library and field research (observations, interviews, and questionnaires) with quantitative analysis methods and descriptive analysis using the SPSS version 26 application which included regression coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test, and f test. The results of calculating the multiple linear regression coefficients obtained an equation between career development variables (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee productivity (Y). Y = 9.973 + 0.441 X1 + 0.258 X2. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the productivity variable is influenced by career development and work environment variables of 0.775 or 77.5% and the remaining 23.5% is influenced by other factors or other variables not examined. The results of calculations using the T-test hypothesis test between career development and employee work productivity obtained a Tcount of 3.962 > Ttable of 1.678. So, the conclusion is that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. These results indicate that there is an influence between career development (X1) on employee work productivity (Y). The results of the F-test analysis show that the value obtained for Fcount is 41.303 > Ftable 3.20 with a significance value of 0.000 less than a probability of 0.05. This means that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that statistically it shows that the variables Career Development and Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Productivity at PT. Bumjin Electronics Indonesia.

Abstract

The author aims to explain whether the variables of service quality and digital savings have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. BCA This type of research uses primary data collection methods, namely field research which is carried out by direct observation (observation), interviews and using a list of questions (questionnaires). The sample method used is a saturated sampling technique, namely: a total of 60 respondents The analysis data was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis methods, dermination coefficient analysis, t test, f test in the SPPS program version 26. Based on the calculation of the coefficient analysis of determination (R2) of the SPSS program is 0.482, the correlation analysis of determination R2 obtained the value of Kd = ( 0.577 x 0.577 = 0.333 ) 33.3% and the remaining 100% - 33.3% = 66.7% influenced by other variables Based on the partial test results of service quality t calculate 3.690 >2.001 t table with a significant value of 0.01 because the significant probability is much smaller than 0.05 then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that it partially states that the quality of service . Based on the hypothesis test f obtained a value of 14.228 with df numerator 2 and df denominator 58 then obtained f table of 3.16 because f count 14.228 > table 3.16, then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted meaning that there is a significant influence between service quality (X1) and digital savings (X2) together on the variable digital savings (Y) at PT BCA.
