Abstract

Referring to the rampant cases of child sexual violence, the care of all parties is needed. Therefore, it is necessary to take preventive measures to prevent cases of sexual violence against children. This preventive step is through sexuality education. Sexuality education has been integrated into integrated thematic learning, such as in the theme “Myself”, it is just that the material has not touched much on the actual problems faced by children. So, it is necessary to develop children's worksheets that contain sexuality education materials that children need. This study aims to analyze the need for sexuality education worksheets for children. This needs analysis includes an analysis of teachers' understanding of the concept of sexuality education and existing children's worksheets. Data obtained through interviews and documentation. The results showed that: (1) Teachers' understanding of the concept of sexuality education is still about identifying gender and introducing body parts that can be touched and cannot be touched by other people; and (2) The existing children's worksheets do not contain the sexuality education material that children need. Based on the results of the needs analysis, the authors recommend the development of integrated early childhood sexuality education worksheets in integrated thematic learning.

Abstract

A good work environment is an environment that is able to create a clean and comfortable atmosphere. To create a work environment that needs to be organized. The arrangement of office workspaces in schools is very important. The existence of an office layout affects the effectiveness of carrying out activities in the office, including in creating smooth communication between employees to avoid misunderstandings. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods through interviews, observation and documentation with the aim of knowing the role of office space layout in increasing the effectiveness of teacher communication at SDN Sidoagung 3. The results of the study show that the layout of the office space plays a role in increasing the effectiveness of teacher communication at SDN Sidoagung 3. Even though it has limited land, SDN Sidoagung 3 tries to create good communication between fellow teachers and the school principal by setting up circular tables and providing empty space in the middle of the room and providing a special room for counseling.

Abstract

The frequent use of media crayons in coloring activities cause boredom in this activity, so we need a new media that can make children interested in doing the coloring activity. This is the reason the author in formulating the research problem, namely how the coloring activity can improve fine motor skills children in group A2 Kindergarten Khasanah Islamic Entrepreneur Preschool. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Collection techniques data used in this study is the observation, documentation, and administration tasks. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative approaches, namely data obtained is converted into a percentage. The subjects were a group A2 Kindergarten Khasanah Islamic Entrepreneur Preschool, amounting to 5 boys. Selection of the subject of research carried out in class because the fine motor skills a child does not develop optimally so that children have difficulty writing.Based on the above results, the authors conclude that the coloring activity with the media food coloring can improve fine motor skills children in of group A2 kindergarten Khasanah Islamic Entrepreneur Preschool. An increase can be seen before and after carrying out the coloring activity with food coloring media. Using food coloring media, fine motor skills children increased by25%.

Abstract

Pada masa usia dini, segala potensi yang ada dalam diri anak harus dikembangkan, bukan hanya dari aspek kognitif saja melainkan aspek lingkungan maupun aspek nilai-nilai agama dan moral yang mencakup aspek kehidupan keagamaan, nilai,dan karakter/budi pekerti perlu mendapat perhatian khusus. Hal ini bisa dilakukan dengan cara menyeimbangkan antara pembelajaran yang cenderung kearah teori dengan pembelajaran yang mengandung unsur realitas lingkungan. Namun, dunia pendidikan Indonesia masih banyak mengajarkan teori-teori belaka tanpa memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk memahami fenomena yang ada di lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran secaralebih terperinci mengenai konsep dan strategi penanaman pendidikan anak usia diniberwawasan lingkungan dan budi pekerti di Jogja Green School. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa deskriptif kualitatif yang diarahkan pada field research. Penentuan sumber datanya menggunakan purposive sampling. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan datanya berupa pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Konsep pendidikan berwawasan lingkungan dan budi pekerti disesuaikan dengan lingkungan yang terdekat dengan anak. Konsep ini mengajarkan bagaimana anak mencintai lingkungandan mengamalkan nilai-nilai budi pekerti yang baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Strategi yang digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan PAUD berwawasan lingkungan dengan menggunakan pendekatan lingkungandan pembelajaran kontekstual. Kegiatan sehari-hari menggunakan bahan apa saja yang ditemui untuk dijadikan bahan pelajaran. Sedangkan penanaman wawasan budi pekerti dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembiasaan, seperti mengucapkan “maaf” bila melakukan kesalahan, budaya antri, dan mengembalikan barang pada tempatnya.

Abstract

 Islamic law must be oriented to the maqâsid al-sharî'ah, namely the benefit of mankind. However, Islamic law has always seemed rigid, so when faced with diverse realities, it seemed unable to provide a solution. In fact, a law was made with the aim of providing comfort, security, and welfare for human life. This study aims to explain the approach of Jasser Auda's proposed system and its contextualization of early childhood education. The type of research used is library research. The data source uses secondary sources, namely Jasser Auda's work entitled Maqasid al-Shari'ah as Philosophy of Islamic Law: A Systems Approach and relevant journals. Data analysis uses inductive analysis. The results of this study indicate that, through a system approach, Jasser Auda offers a concept for the development of Islamic law in the current era. The system approach proposed by Jasser Auda includes six interconnected features, namely: cognitive nature, wholeness, openness, interrelated hierarchy, multi-dimensionality, and purposefulness. The system approach can be contextualized in the world of PAUD, for example in the preparation of a strategic plan (RENSTRA). The purpose of early childhood education (PAUD), is to grow and develop physical and spiritual learners in order to have readiness in entering further education (purposefulness). To realize this goal, PAUD agencies must have a RENSTRA. The preparation of RENSTRA is based on the results of human cognition (cognitive nature) which prioritizes holistic thinking (wholeness), as well as involving various education experts (multi-dimensionality). So that the RENSTRA that has been prepared can be applied properly, it takes the pattern of relations of foundations, principals, teachers, and all the components that manage these agencies can synergize (interrelated hierarchy) and openness.

Abstract

The Ushuluddin Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools that is required to produce quality students not only in the religious field, but also in other fields such as agriculture. Santri can not only recite the Koran, but must also have skills as provisions to live in society. The problem faced by some students is the lack of interest in agricultural activities, students still do not understand the many benefits of vegetables for health. There are many reasons behind this, including the lack of teachers/administrators who care about the importance of eating vegetables and a lack of skills in farming. The purpose of this service is to observe and accompany and find out the methods used by the students in developing organic vegetables in the boarding school environment. Because the object of service this time is a religious education institution, the process of learning practice through direct agricultural activities is carried out every Saturday and Sunday according to the pesantren agenda. The approach used in this service is PAR (Participation Action Research). The method used in this service is training. Practically the dedication can help develop organic vegetable cultivation at the Ushuluddin Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Ushuluddin Bawang Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools that is required to produce quality students in their fields. Santri must be able to become good entrepreneurs when they are already involved in society. The problem faced by some students is that students are often confused when they finish boarding school what work they should do. There are many reasons behind this, among others, in Islamic boarding schools in general, it prioritizes aspects related to religion, such as how to teach morals and. its application and deepen the study of fiqh and so on, without providing additional insight when it is already in the community. This article is based on his dedication to the Ushuluddin Bawang Islamic boarding school for 21 days. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the development of an entrepreneurial spirit using the ABCD method. This article was prepared using a descriptive qualitative method. The data was obtained through interviews with students, especially female students and then analyzed with inductive thinking. Based on the results of the analysis using the Asset Based development method, the program being implemented is mentoring to broaden entrepreneurial insights and the mentoring process. This will allow students to feel the positive benefits of the program implemented.

Abstract

The large potential of the number of emprit ginger plants grown by villagers can be optimized as a ginger beverage product that has the potential to improve their welfare. This initiative can serve as an effective home-based processing enterprise in reducing unemployment, increasing individual income, and stimulating economic growth in the region, thereby harmonizing economic development between rural and urban areas. The main objective of this community service project is to empower the community in Kerekan Hamlet by processing emprit ginger into ginger shake drinks. The approach applied is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves the community as partners in all stages of the activity, from problem identification to the end of implementation. During the mentoring, the materials taught included an understanding of the health benefits of ginger, which requires further processing to produce various variants of ginger products. The results of this community service indicate that assistance in processing ginger emprit products can generate new business opportunities that can stimulate community economic growth.

Abstract

Persaingan di dunia pendidikan semakin ketat seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya kualitas pendidikan. Setiap lembaga pendidikan berlomba menawarkan program unggulan, fasilitas modern, dan metode pembelajaran inovatif untuk menarik minat calon siswa dan memenuhi harapan orang tua. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya penurunan jumlah pendaftar baru di MTs Al-Iman Magelang menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan strategi pemasaran sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan di MTs Al-Iman Magelang dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data yang diperoleh observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, serta staf administrasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap konteks, terdapat perubahan dalam dinamika sosial dan ekonomi yang mempengaruhi preferensi masyarakat terhadap lembaga pendidikan. Evaluasi input mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun tenaga pengajar berkualifikasi baik, fasilitas pendukung seperti laboratorium dan perpustakaan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Pada tahap proses, kegiatan promosi dan sosialisasi yang dilakukan belum mencapai efektivitas maksimal, dengan frekuensi dan jangkauan yang terbatas. Evaluasi produk menunjukkan bahwa program unggulan seperti asrama pondok pesantren dan kelas tahfidz Qur'an memberikan kontribusi positif, namun masih perlu peningkatan dalam pelaksanaan dan strategi pemasaran. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini mencakup peningkatan fasilitas, pengembangan program pendidikan yang lebih terintegrasi, dan evaluasi strategi pemasaran secara berkala untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih efektif. Implementasi rekomendasi tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan kualitas pendidikan di MTs Al-Iman Magelang

Abstract

One element that has a strategic role in improving the quality of PAI learning is the PAI supervisor. PAI supervisors are responsible for ensuring that the Islamic learning process takes place effectively following established standards. One of the duties of supervisors of Islamic religious education is to monitor national PAI standards, which is vital in maintaining the quality of learning. This research aims to determine the role of Islamic Religious Education supervisors in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning in Salaman District, Magelang Regency. Researchers used a qualitative approach with collection methods in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis method uses Miles and Huberman's interactive (flow) model, which includes data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification to obtain data in-depth and interactively. The results of this research indicate that the role of PAI Supervisors in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning in Salaman District, Magelang Regency, is 1) Preparation of supervisory work programs. 2) Collecting data on teachers' real needs and problems faced by teachers. 3) Activate the Madrasah Islamic Religious Education Working Group. 4) Maximize the implementation of supervisory duties. 5) Providing technical support for learning management and good learning examples.
