Abstract

Life in this digital era is greatly influenced by technological advances. The sheer volume of technology shows that humans and technology cannot mix. In the 5.0 era, there is the idea that technology will work together with humans to improve the quality of life. One area that will benefit from the community is tourism. To increase tourism promotion, people can discover tourist attractions through digital content. Searching on various digital media, usually called social media, allows people to find tourist attractions through digital content. This conceptual research discusses the use of digital content as a tourism promotion tool. The importance of interesting content used in digital promotions so that the display supports the delivery of training presentation materials. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data source for this research comes from questions in a questionnaire regarding the opinions of tourist village managers in Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency regarding making videos based on digital media content to improve promotional skills. This research aims to find out whether there is an increase in knowledge of learning outcomes obtained from training.

Abstract

Technology literacy is needed in this digital era. One of the important online marketing applications for entrepreneurs to market their product online is E-commerce but entrepreneurs in Tulungrejo Village, Trucuk are unskilled to use it. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about: (1) the training model used so far (previously) and product marketing capabilities; (2) a training model that can improve product marketing capabilities; and (3) the training model needed to improve the ability to market products for Barrokah Garbage Bank business actors in Tulungrejo Village, Trucuk District, Bojonegoro Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research methods. Information collection techniques in the form of data collection, data display, data reduction and conclusions. Analysis of measuring data through pre-test and post-test learning outcomes. The research subjects were 20 Barrokah Garbage Bank business actors in Tulungrejo Village, Trucuk District, Bojonegoro Regency. From the results of the study it was concluded: 1) the training model used previously did not exist, 2) the marketplace model can improve product marketing capabilities, and 3) the marketplace training model is needed to improve product marketing capabilities for Barrokah Garbage Bank business actors, Tulungrejo Village, Trucuk District, Bojonegoro Regency.

Abstract

At present there are many students who cannot fulfill the rules in communi-cating in Javanese according to applicable norms. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the needs of game-based learning media that are able to fa-cilitate students learning Javanese both in theory and practice. The research method is quantitative research, with a survey type. The collection instru-ment used was a questionnaire. The sample involved in this research consist-ed of 40 elementary school students. Responses from the questionnaire were then analyzed descriptively with percentages. The results of this research in-dicate that students have fairly good skills in operating smartphones, on their cellphones they also have various games installed that they often play with a duration of about >60 minutes to play a game without feeling bored, some of them then provide suggestions regarding the components that need to be in an educational game, namely pictures of material and questions accompa-nied by discussion. Through this research, it was identified that game-based learning media has the potential and opportunities to be applied to Javanese language learning so that students are skilled and understand the learning ma-terial.

Abstract

Based on their basic needs, children can recognize the natural environment (animals, plants, weather, soil, water, rocks, etc.). In addition to increasing knowledge of the natural environment, children are expected to have responsible behavior, appreciation and concern for the surrounding environment so that later they become intelligent people, have positive values and always maintain safety and cleanliness, especially in the village environment. The aims of this study were to obtain: 1) an overview of the use of mobile game media as a means of learning about the environment for early childhood students, 2) views and constraints faced by students in increasing environmental awareness, 3) learning media formulations that need attention that can developed in increasing environmental awareness. The results of the observations were in the form of an instrument for assessing the needs of Early Childhood students which were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The researcher found that the use of learning media as a learning resource in the process of understanding environmental awareness has been carried out in the field, but has not been implemented optimally.

Abstract

After the COVID-19 pandemic, education and training in Indonesia is conducted online. To ensure that the learning experience remains meaningful, various learning media must be used properly. Therefore, the use of social media among the community has increased rap-idly, which allows them to use it as a learning medium. There are three tourism village man-agers involved in this study, namely the chairperson, secretary and treasurer. The purpose of this study was to find out the participants about the utilization of social media before and after using it as a learning or digital marketing training to increase their knowledge about tourism village promotion. This study used a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results showed that social media is very effective as a source of digital mark eting learning to increase promotional knowledge and this training can equip participants in promoting existing tourist villages.

Abstract

Digital marketing strategy is one of the activities to promote products to pro-spective buyers, this strategy is quite popular with business people in the dig-ital era. Therefore, this study aims to identify the views of MSME business actors on the potential of digital marketing strategies. Research is a type of quantitative research with surveys, questionnaires used as instruments to col- lect data in the form of responses from MSME actors. A total of 27 MSMEs in Kalitidu Village, Bojonegoro Regency were involved as the subjects of this research. The findings from this research indicate that MSME actors think that digital marketing strategy is a science that they must master so that they can optimize product marketing and sales, although most of them have tried to implement mark eting through social media, and use product distribu-tion channels online but still consider that digital marketing capabilities and strategies still need to be studied in order to obtain greater and optimal results from business activities. Therefore, the use of digital technology-based mar-k eting concepts (digital marketing) provides hope for MSMEs to develop into centers of economic power.

Abstract

In sorting waste and differentiating it, of course, requires skill and knowledge, it's just that so far the residents do not have the main information or material sources to understand it. Therefore, this study aims to identify the initial needs of the residents as one of the needs in the effort to develop au-dio-visual media to make it easier for residents to understand waste sorting. This research is included in the needs analysis research with a descriptive quantitative method, with an instrument to collect data, namely a question-naire. Data analysis techniques were carried out descriptively and percent-ages. The results of this research succeeded in showing that, the residents as a whole need a media as their main source of information in understanding waste segregation material, the type of media is audio-visual media, this is due to the opinion of the residents that the media is not so complex to run, and still tend to be familiar to use among residents. It is hoped that this re- search can become the basis for the development of an innovative audio-visual media product to make it easier for residents to understand waste sort-ing in their environment

Abstract

Profesionalitas guru sangat penting untuk menjamin mutu pendidikan. Guru harus berkompeten dan terus mengembangkan keterampilan untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan zaman. Dalam menggambar konstruksi bangunan, guru vokasi perlu menguasai strategi desain pemodelan bangunan berbasis Building Information Modelling (BIM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelaksanaan pelatihan. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan melaksanakan pelatihan kepada guru vokasi untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi guru sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif, paired sample t-test, dan N-gain. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan skor rata-rata kompetensi guru pada pre-test 49,17 dan post-test 92,33 pada skala 100. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan uji N-gain dihasilkan nilai rata-rata N-gain 0,8482 yang berada pada interval N-gain g ≥ 0,7 kategori tinggi, yang berarti kompetensi desain pemodelan bangunan berbasis aplikasi pendukung BIM guru vokasi meningkat sebesar 84,82% setelah pelatihan selama 7 hari. Analisis uji-t sampel berpasangan menemukan peningkatan kompetensi yang signifikan dengan hasil uji t sampel berpasangan menunjukkan t-hitung 19,896 > t-tabel 2,093 dan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 probabilitas, artinya ada perbedaan rata-rata kompetensi guru saat pre-test dan post-test. Berdasarkan semua uji analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan desain pemodelan bangunan berbasis aplikasi pendukung BIM secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru vokasi dalam pemodelan 3D bangunan.
