Abstract

This study explains the educational evaluation contained in surah Al-Baqarah 31-34 based on the interpretation of Ath-Tabari. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were taken from various sources, both books, journals and relevant articles. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of education contained in surah Al-Baqarah 31-34 is based on the analysis of the interpretation of Ath-Tabari, namely there are 3 processes carried out in providing evaluation including listening, explaining, and producing evaluations. Evaluation is very important for today's education, to find out the development or changes that students have both from the affective aspect, cognitive aspect, and psychomorphic aspect.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited studies on the transdisciplinary approach in teaching Wahdatul Ulum at UIN Sumatera Utara Medan, even though it has a significant impact on UIN Sumatera Utara as a state Islamic university (PTKIN) with strategic potential to implement this approach. However, limitations are still found in its implementation. This study aims to examine the practice of implementing the transdisciplinary approach in teaching the Wahdatul Ulum course, especially in the Islamic religious education (PAI) study program at UIN North Sumatra. This study used a phenomenological qualitative design to understand students' experiences regarding the implementation of a transdisciplinary approach in the Wahdatul Ulum course at UIN North Sumatra. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation. Analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions within the framework of phenomenological analysis. Data validity was strengthened through source triangulation and member checking. All procedures adhered to research ethics, including participation consent and identity confidentiality. The findings imply that lecturers need to enhance their role as facilitators capable of managing cross-disciplinary learning and providing examples of real knowledge integration. At the PAI study program curriculum level, it is necessary to strengthen designs based on learning outcomes that support scientific synthesis, including the provision of modules and collaborative learning scheme.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas poster sebagai media komunikasi kesehatan dengan meninjau sepuluh jurnal terkait. Fokus utama dari studi ini adalah pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan poster dalam menyampaikan pesan kesehatan, termasuk desain visual, bahasa yang mudah dipahami, lokasi penempatan, durasi paparan, kombinasi dengan media lain, serta preferensi budaya dan sosial audiens. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa desain yang menarik, penggunaan bahasa yang sesuai, dan penempatan yang strategis dapat meningkatkan perhatian dan pemahaman audiens. Durasi paparan yang cukup serta kombinasi dengan media lainnya juga berkontribusi pada keberhasilan poster. Melibatkan komunitas lokal dan mempertimbangkan elemen psikologi seperti empati dan motivasi dapat lebih memperkuat dampak komunikasi. Meskipun penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga, terdapat keterbatasan seperti ketergantungan pada studi literatur yang mungkin tidak mencakup semua konteks dan populasi. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengatasi keterbatasan ini dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan poster dalam kampanye kesehatan.

Abstract

Training and professional development are crucial factors in improving the quality of human resources (HR) in the healthcare sector. This component is crucial for ensuring that healthcare workers have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide safe and effective healthcare services. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach to understand healthcare workers' perceptions of the quality of training and professional development at Simalingkar Community Health Centers. The study subjects were healthcare workers selected based on their experience participating in training and professional development. The study found that healthcare workers at Simalingkar Community Health Centers have positive perceptions of training and professional development, which includes the use of health applications and curative treatment methods. The planning process involves regular meetings with the government and is supported by the Regional Budget (APBD) and the Regional Budget (BOK). Training has been shown to improve work quality, and mini-workshops are used for evaluation and agreement on next steps. The success of training is influenced by management support, resources, organizational culture, government policies, technology, and collaboration with educational institutions. This study concludes that the training and professional development program at Simalingkar Community Health Center has demonstrated a positive impact on the performance of healthcare workers and the quality of services provided. However, the program's success is influenced by various internal and external factors, including the individual, training methodology, work environment, and training needs.
