Abstract

Humanitarian organizations that support social communities by providing work opportunities for employees. In actuality, a website is required to serve as a channel for contacting new contributors and publicizing the organization. In order to create websites for humanitarian organizations using the task-centered system design methodology, research was done based on these issues. Identification, requirements, design as a scenario, and walkthrough evaluation are the four stages of this process. The PACT framework is used to identify users and necessary tasks during the identification phase. The tasks that are actually required are then chosen at the requirements stage. The task-based design is then completed using the Figma program during the design as scenario stage. The workflow and usability of the website, which was developed utilizing cognitive walkthrough and SUS, are also evaluated at this point. Based on the findings of the assessment, it can be said that cognitive walkthrough testing can be used to assess the components of an interface that are easy to learn, effective, and efficient, and that SUS can be used to assess the usability of the design outcomes. Based on the findings of the cognitive testing, a learnability and effectiveness score of 95% with the predicate "very good" and an average efficiency value of 0.1 goals/second with the predicate "very fast" were obtained. The SUS test then yielded an acceptable predicate and a SUS rating of 83

Abstract

Community service teaches to lecturers and trainers at the Training and Education Center of Muhammadiyah University of Malang (Pusdiklat UMM) plays a crucial role in enhancing the qualifications of lecturers and administrative staff to meet the established standards of human resources both nationally and internationally, in line with the dynamics of global human resource competencies. In this context, Smart Indonesia Academy, a management company, provides competency assessor training at Pusdiklat UMM as a community empowerment effort. This research adopts an analytical descriptive method to collect, analyze, and interpret data. The research findings indicate the smooth implementation of community service activities by Smart Indonesia Academy at the Pusdiklat UMM office. In conclusion, this study highlights the complexity and challenges of implementing competency-based training and education approaches in the workplace and higher education, emphasizing the importance of in-depth understanding and problem-solving efforts to enhance implementation effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze income inequality and subjective welfare in a region. This study uses microdata from household surveys to calculate income inequality. We conducted this survey using an identical questionnaire with a sample of adults. The sample size is around 100. One of the main findings of this study is that regions that were traditionally considered to have greater inequality no longer have this attribute when compared to regional and global levels. This reflects a shift in the pattern of inequality in the region. A positive correlation was also found between income inequality and subjective well-being, as well as a curve when comparing subjective well-being inequality with products. These results suggest that there is a complex relationship between these factors in the context of inequality. However, when compared with the level of subjective well-being, there is a very negative relationship, which may indicate an individual's preference to live in areas that are more egalitarian in terms of well-being. This indicates that subjective well-being perceptions are also influenced by factors other than income, such as access to facilities and services. Although these results are interesting, it is important to remember that this study has problems and limitations in terms of the survey and methods used. Therefore, these results should be interpreted with caution and can serve as a basis for further research to understand more deeply the relationship between income inequality, subjective well-being, and other factors that influence perceived well-being.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of perceived usefulness and convenience on preferences for using Ovo e-money. This research is a quantitative study with an associative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires. The population studied was Ovo application users, with a sample of 100 respondents selected randomly using a random sampling technique. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions. The research findings reveal that user perceptions of Ovo's ease of use and perceived benefits significantly impact their e-money preferences. These findings indicate that the more users find Ovo easy to use and the more they experience the benefits they obtain, the more likely they are to choose Ovo as their electronic payment method. The implication is that service providers like Ovo need to continue to improve the user experience by focusing on developing intuitive interfaces, offering attractive benefits such as discounts and cashback, and providing responsive customer service. In the face of intense competition in the digital payments industry, this strategy will help Ovo maintain and increase its market share. By understanding that perceived convenience and usefulness are key factors in user decisions, management can direct their efforts to continue providing significant added value to their users; thereby, management can strengthen its position in the increasingly competitive and growing market in the digital payments industry.

Abstract

Tujuan diadakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah membuat sebuah pelatihan pembuatan video kreatif dalam rangka promosi produk di TikTok Shop. Sasaran dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah konten kreator yang mempromosikan video kreatif di TikTok Shop. Puncak dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melakukan pelatihan pembuatan video kreatif dalam rangka promosi produk di TikTok Shop. Jenis pelatihan yang dipakai adalah pelatihan kreativitas. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menarik suatu kesimpulan bahwasanya pelatihan pembuatan video kreatif di TikTok Shop merupakan modal bagi pelaku usaha untuk membuat konten video yang menarik dan inovatif untuk mempromosikan produk di platform TikTok. Pelatihan video kreatif terdiri dari konsep konten, teknik pengambilan gambar, penggunaan aplikasi editing, dan strategi promosi yang tepat.

Abstract

Mobile banking is a digital service product provided by banks to facilitate daily transactions. In Indonesia, there is sharia-based mobile banking. However, there are still many customers who have not utilized digital mobile banking services. This is partly influenced by digital marketing promotions that have not been optimal. Not only that, the increasing risk of cybercrime makes customers have a negative perception of the use of mobile banking and prefer to use an automatic teller machine. The study seeks to determine whether risk perception and digital marketing have an impact on consumers' decisions to utilize mobile banking. This study employed a quantitative methodology and gathered data from a sample of 100 participants. The normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test (t test, f test, and R2 test) are the data analysis procedures employed. The study's findings demonstrate a favorable relationship between perceived risk and digital marketing's ability to influence consumer choices. The results of the test for coefficient of determination yielded an R2 value of 0.75, or 75%. Customers' decisions to utilize mobile banking are influenced by digital marketing outcomes and risk perception, while the remaining percentage is explained by factors other than the independent variables employed in the study.

Abstract

Desa Rembitan memiliki potensi budaya dan atraksi wisata yang tinggi namun belum didukung oleh kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang memadai dalam pengelolaan event dan pelayanan wisata. Desa Rembitan merupakan suatu desa yang berada di lingkar Mandalika, berada di jalan utama Bandara menuju ke Sirkuit Mandalika yang merupakan Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus dan Destinasi Pariwisata Super Prioritas. Desa Rembitan memiliki 21 Dusun dimana salah satunya adalah Dusun Sade yang dikenal dengan Desa Adat Sade yang sudah sangat dikenal sebagai objek wisata unggulan di Pulau Lombok, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Dalam penjajagan diketahui bahwa secara umum Desa Rembitan memerlukan pengetahuan dan keterampilan penyelenggaraan event untuk menarik kunjungan wisatawan tidak hanya ke Dusun Sade. Melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, dirancang pelatihan Event Organizer (EO) dengan potensi kuliner dan sumberdaya yang dimiliki bagi masyarakat yang tersebar di 21 dusun. Pelatihan ini diharapkan memperkuat kegiatan budaya lokal seperti Gawe Nensek sebagai event tahunan, mendorong keterlibatan masyarakat, serta mendukung kemandirian ekonomi desa dan pengelolaan sampah sebagai implementasi pariwisata berkelanjutan. Target luaran mencakup pelatihan, pendampingan, dan panduan penyelenggaraan event tahunan serta keberlanjutan Dusun Sade sebagai daya Tarik utama di Desa Rembitan
