Abstract

Guarantee Childbirth ( Jampersal ) is guarantee financing service childbirth which includes inspection pregnancy , help delivery , service childbirth including service family planning (KB) post childbirth and services baby new born by force health at the facility health. Jampersal aim lower Number Death Mother (NDM) and numbers Death Directed Babies (DDB) in Indonesia in enhancement quality service health. Jampersal must notice service quality health to create satisfaction patient. Type study This is study descriptive with approach purposeful retrospective identify influencing factors satisfaction patient user Jampersal to service health at the Health Center Gunung Maligas Regency Simalungun. Sample in research this is existing mothers Once using Jampersal program start from gestation until the puerperium, and do installation tool contraception. Taking sample with simple random sampling technique with amount sample as many as 51 people. Research results showing that majority patient user Jampersal feel satisfied to service health (92.2%) in Gunung Maligas Subdistrict, where the average value of satisfaction patient each factor is satisfying that is access service health (76.5%), quality service health (92.2%), service process health (88.2%), and systems service health (78.4%). Expected officer health Keep going give quality service for reach satisfaction patient.

Abstract

ANALYSIS OF SUCCESSFUL FACTORS IN THE HALAL TOURISM FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Abstract Purpose: This research investigates factors contributing to the success of Halal tourism facility development projects, focusing on three key projects in Langsa City. The study aims to identify project success factors and assess the role of project management in influencing construction project success. Design/methodology/approach: Utilizing a non-probability sampling questionnaire survey with purposive sampling, data were collected from contractors, consultants, technical supervisors, officials involved in decision-making, and staff in youth, sports, and city tourism infrastructure. The analysis employed the SPSS program, employing Kendall's Concordance Analysis method. Findings: The research identified ten influential factors for the success of tourism facility development projects in Langsa City. These include the emphasis on high-quality construction, effective communication systems, cost considerations, efficient construction direction, a focus on faster implementation, rule-setting abilities, project manager experience, scheduling, on-site management, and contractor experience. Project management was found to significantly impact project success, accounting for 65.08% of all factors. Research limitations/implications: While the study provides valuable insights, potential limitations include external economic factors not considered in the analysis. Future research may explore additional variables for a more comprehensive understanding. Practical implications: The study recommends that attention be given to the identified factors, emphasizing quality construction, effective communication, cost control, and experienced project management to enhance the success of tourism facility development projects in Langsa City. ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHASIL DALAM PROYEK PENGEMBANGAN FASILITAS PARIWISATA HALAL Abstrak Tujuan: Penelitian ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan proyek pengembangan fasilitas pariwisata Halal, dengan fokus pada tiga proyek utama di Kota Langsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor keberhasilan proyek dan menilai peran manajemen proyek dalam mempengaruhi keberhasilan proyek konstruksi. Desain / metodologi / pendekatan: Memanfaatkan survei kuesioner pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas dengan purposive sampling, data dikumpulkan dari kontraktor, konsultan, pengawas teknis, pejabat yang terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan staf di pemuda, olahraga, dan infrastruktur pariwisata kota. Analisis ini menggunakan program SPSS, menggunakan metode Analisis Konkordansi Kendall. Temuan: Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi sepuluh faktor berpengaruh bagi keberhasilan proyek pengembangan fasilitas pariwisata di Kota Langsa. Ini termasuk penekanan pada konstruksi berkualitas tinggi, sistem komunikasi yang efektif, pertimbangan biaya, arah konstruksi yang efisien, fokus pada implementasi yang lebih cepat, kemampuan menetapkan aturan, pengalaman manajer proyek, penjadwalan, manajemen di tempat, dan pengalaman kontraktor. Manajemen proyek ditemukan secara signifikan mempengaruhi keberhasilan proyek, terhitung 65,08% dari semua faktor. Keterbatasan / implikasi penelitian: Sementara penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga, keterbatasan potensial termasuk faktor ekonomi eksternal yang tidak dipertimbangkan dalam analisis. Penelitian di masa depan dapat mengeksplorasi variabel tambahan untuk pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif. Implikasi praktis: Studi ini merekomendasikan agar perhatian diberikan pada faktor-faktor yang diidentifikasi, menekankan konstruksi berkualitas, komunikasi yang efektif, pengendalian biaya, dan manajemen proyek yang berpengalaman untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan proyek pengembangan fasilitas pariwisata di Kota Langsa. Kata kunci: Manajemen Perencanaan, Fasilitas Pariwisata, Pariwisata, Proyek Konstruksi, Pariwisata Halal.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berjudul “Penguatan Sistem Agribisnis Bawang Merah: Mewujudkan Kemandirian Petani dan Ketahanan Pangan Lokal Desa Sukadadi Gedong Tataan Pesawaran” ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan petani terkait sistem agribisnis bawang merah guna meningkatkan pendapatan petani, dan penguatan kelembagaan petani pada kelompok tani bawang merah di Desa Sukadadi Gedong Tataan Pesawaran dalam rangka mencapai stabilitas ketahanan pangan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penyuluhan, FGD, dan pendampingan. Luaran dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu laporan hasil akhir pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan diterbitkan di Jurnal Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat Jurnal Pengabdian Fakultas Pertanian Unila tahun 2025.

Abstract

This study was conducted to address the need for a clear understanding of visitor satisfaction levels and the key determinants influencing satisfaction at Marina Beach, Kalianda District, South Lampung Regency. In the context of increasing competition among tourist destinations, identifying the core factors that shape visitor satisfaction is essential for improving service quality and destination competitiveness. Therefore, this study aims to measure visitor satisfaction and determine the dominant factors affecting it. A survey method was applied to 70 visitors. Visitor satisfaction was analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), while factor analysis was employed to identify the dominant influencing factors. The results indicate “satisfied”, with a CSI score of 77,10%. Five dominant factors were identified: accessibility and security; public facilities; information and services; comfort and attractiveness; and entertainment and attractions. These findings demonstrate that improvements in accessibility, security, and supporting facilities will yield the most significant impact on enhancing visitor satisfaction. The results provide an empirical basis for prioritizing resource allocation and strengthening Marina Beach’s competitive position as a sustainable tourism destination
