Abstract

The Narcotics Rehabilitation Center Building is a much needed facility for every drug addict who needs rehabilitation. For the safety and comfort of building users structural element planning is required to determine the correct dimensions and reinforcement. The planning was carried out in Langsa City, where the SDS and SD1 values were 0,79 and 0,8 so that the seismic category fell into E. The working loads were dead load, live load, and earthquake load. The regulations used are SNI 2487-2019 concerning Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings and Explanations, SNI 1726-2019 concerning Procedures for Earthquake Resistance Planning for Building and Non Building Structures, SNI 1727-2020 concerning Minimum Design Loads and Related Criteria for Buildings and Other Structures, SNI 2052-2017 concerning Concrete Reinforcing Steel. Structural analysis and structural modeling using the ETABS 2018 program. This plan uses 2 types of dilation with an L shaped building. The results and design analysis show that the column dimensions are 65/65 cm for K1, 55/55 cm for K2, and 60/60 cm for K3. The beam dimensions are 50/70 for Main Beam 1. 45/65 cm for Main Beam 2, 40/60 cm for Main Beam 3, and 30/45 cm for Child Beam. The dimensions of the floor plate are 15 cm thick and the roof plate is 12 cm. Key words: Response Spectrum, Reinforced Concrete, SRPMK, Design, ETABS

Abstract

Research in the concrete industry aims to improve the quality of concrete using advanced technology and techniques. One of the innovations carried out is the use of additional materials in SCC concrete, namely coconut shell ash. This research uses coconut shell ash as an additional material with the proportion of coconut shell ash used being 0%, 5%, 15% and 25% of the cement weight with a maximum aggregate accuracy of 20 mm. The reference used in making the concrete mix is the EFNARC Mix Design with a design compressive strength (f'c) of 20 MPa. The test object is cylindrical with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm. The tests carried out were compression tests with treatment for 14 and 28 days. The results of adding coconut shell ash to SCC concrete have an influence on the workability characteristics of concrete in the form of a maximum slump flow value in the SCC0 concrete variation without additional coconut shell ash of 650 mm and a minimum slump flow value found in the unmixed concrete (BN) variation of 330 mm and The results of the v-funnel test experienced a decrease in flow time as the coconut shell ash increased, this was caused by the higher the percentage of coconut shell ash used, the thicker the concrete properties would be. The results of the comparison value of unmixed concrete (BN) and SCC concrete with variations in the addition of coconut shell ash to the compressive strength of concrete at the ages of 14 and 28 days showed a decrease in the compressive strength value of concrete along with increasing the percentage of coconut shell ash used. The highest decrease in the compressive strength value of unmixed concrete (BN) occurred in the SCCA25 variation, 55.50% at 14 days and 61.06% at 28 days.

Abstract

Indonesia is located on the fault line of the Eurasian and Indo-Australian plates which makes Indonesia prone to earthquakes. The structural design of the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK) is required for reinforced concrete buildings in high earthquake-prone areas, it is hoped that using the SRPMK construction method can have a flexible structure. The purpose of this research is to discuss the comparison of test control of the Samudra University PGSD Laboratory Building with the Etabs application and the Tekla Structural Designer Application. The building structure under review is a reinforced concrete structure with 3 floors with a building length of 54 m, width of 18 m, and height of 16.8 m. The type of soil for the construction site is soft soil with earthquake design category D. Construction planning refers to SNI 1726 – 2019. The additional dead loads of floors and roofs are 0.672 and 0.710, the largest live loads are 7.18 kN/m², the earthquake loads with Ss and S1 are 0.68 and 0.34, the priority factor earthquake of 1.5 and a period of 20 seconds, the suction and compressive wind loads are -0.25 kN/m² and -0.41 kN /m². The results of structural analysis using the ETABS application and the Tekla Structural Designer application, the control values of the mass participation test, the fundamental natural vibration time, the base reaction, and the standard deviation between floors have met the requirements for earthquake-resistant building planning. The volume of concrete is 594.9 m³, the bone requirement for D22 is 3432.96 kg, D19 is 3605 4.89 kg, D16 is 26434.5 kg, D13 is 1774.72 kg, Ø12 is 6237.53 kg, Ø10 is 31599, 07 kg, Ø8 is 4589.31 kg

Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a digital representation that has transformed the way the construction industry operates through the digitalization and digital data management. This advancement digitalization is also supported by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) through Ministerial Regulation number 22/PRT/M/2018, which mandates the use of BIM methods in the construction of state buildings with more than two floors. The BIM Implementation Policy in PUPR infrastructure development, published by the Research and Development Center for Policy and Technology Application in 2019. The success of construction projects is determined by the accuracy of quality, time, and cost, both in the planning and construction stages. The research object is the multi-story lecture building of the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Samudra. The study was conducted by modeling the building structure using Tekla Structures, then comparing the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) generated by the BIM concept with the BOQ calculated manually. Data were obtained from the planning documents Detail Engineering Design (DED) and BOQ by the Planning Consultant, referring to the SNI 2847:2019 standard Requirements for Structural Concrete for Buildings. The research results show that the comparison of BOQ work using the BIM method on structural components produced a concrete volume of 432.20 m³ (97.26%), a deformed bar weight of 44,138.38 kg (90.49%), and a plain bar weight of 37,023.87 kg (97.09%) of the planned calculation. The differences obtained are due to the different calculation methods in BIM, manual calculation errors (human error), and rebar detailing calculations using general equations.

Abstract

challenges regarding access to and understanding the importance of clean water for its community's well-being. In this context, raising awareness about clean water becomes an urgent necessity. This paper aims to summarize and analyze the efforts of socialization carried out on Pusong Island to enhance awareness and access to clean water. The socialization depicts strategies implemented by the PKM Team in introducing the importance of clean water for health and daily life. The results show an increased awareness among the populace regarding the significance of clean water, reflected in behavioral changes regarding water usage and efforts to maintain environmental cleanliness. Additionally, socialization efforts have had a positive impact in reducing the prevalence of diseases caused by contaminated water. Nonetheless, challenges persist, including limited resources and adequate infrastructure. Therefore, recommendations are provided to increase investment in providing broader and sustainable access to clean water, and to strengthen existing socialization programs to reach more people and ensure sustained awareness of the importance of clean water. In conclusion, socialization regarding clean water on Pusong Island has brought significant positive impacts in enhancing awareness and access to this vital resource. However, sustained efforts are necessary to maintain and enhance these achievements to support the future well-being and health of the community on Pusong Island Telaga Tujuh Village Langsa City.

Abstract

Mortar adalah campuran antara agregat halus (pasir), air dan bahan perekat. Mortar sebagai bahan perekat untuk konstruksi struktural digunakan untuk pasangan batu pecah pada pondasi, mortar untuk konstruksi non struktural digunakan pada pasangan bata sebagai bahan pengisi dinding. Kuat tekan mortar dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor,yaitu kepadatan, umur mortar, jenis bahan ikat dan sifat agregat Kualitas mortar sangat perlu ditingkatkan, maka untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas mortar tersebut pada bahan penyusun mortar dapat diberikan bahan alternatif lain yang mampu menghasilkan sifat fisik dan mekanik yang lebih baik. . Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan sampel benda uji berukuran 5 cm x 5 cm x 5 cm dengan variasi PCM lilin lebah – getah damar 5 %, 10%, dan 15 %. Mutu mortar yang di rencanakan fc’= > 7 Mpa. Hasil Pengujian menunjukan Kuat tekan mortar meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya umur beton, namun kuat tekan beton justru menurun dengan penambahan persentase PCM kedalam mortar. Yang mana kuat tekan mortar rata-rata tanpa penambahan PCM menggunakan perbandingan 1:2 14,63Mpa, perbandingan 1:3 12,13 Mpa dan perbandingan 1:4 10,47 MPa dengan penambahan PCM 5% menggunakan perbaadingan 1:2 menjadi 12,90 Mpa, perbandingan 1:3 10,77MPa dan perbandingan 1:4 9,03MPa pada penambahan PCM 10 % menggunakan perbadingan 1:2 menjadi 10,87Mpa, perbandingan 1:3 9,47MPa dan perbandingan 1:4 7,43MPa dan dengan penambahan PCM 15% dengan mengunakan perbandingan 1:2 menjadi 9,37Mpa perbandingan 1:3 7,70MPa dan perbandingan 1:4 5,60 MPa

Abstract

Kecamatan Langsa Baro merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang ada di Kota Langsa. Seperti kota pada umumnya, Kota Langsa juga menghasilkan sampah tiap tahunnya yang bersumber dari berbagai tempat baik dari kawasan penduduk, sekolah, pasar, tempat wisata maupun dari perkantoran. Sampah-sampah tersebut dibuang ke TPS dan timbulan sampah untuk diangkut nantinya, namun ternyata masih banyak sampah dilokasi tertentu yang belum terangkut dan dilalui truk sampah. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi mengenai jumlah truk sampah yang dibutuhkan serta rute pembuangan sampah yang ada di Kecamatan Langsa Baro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode survey dan observasi yang menggunakan persamaan Stationary Container System (SCS), penelitian dilakukan dengan mengikuti truck sampah yang sedang beroperasi untuk mengetahui rute angkutan sampah di Kecamatan Langsa Baro dan lokasi TPS/Timbulan sampah yang tersedia, selanjutnya data yang didapat dihitung dengan menggunakan persamaan SCS, data yang didapatkan dilapangan berupa 1 kali ritase mengunakan 6 unit truk sehingga diperlukan evaluasi lebih karena jumlah sampah yang tidak terangkut sebanyak 32.695,05 Liter. pada penelitian ini menggunakan 3 kali perhitungan evaluasi yang hasilnya berjumlah -3304,95 liter pada percobaan ke-1 artinya truk yang beroperasi dapat mengangkut sebanyak 3304,95 liter sampah lagi. Selanjutnya dibuat peta yang memuat tentang rute angkutan sampah, TPS dan Timbulan Sampah, peta dibuat dengan 2 jenis, peta yang telah ada dan peta evaluasi.

Abstract

Perkembangan pembangunan gedung semakin lama semakin meningkat. Tingginya peningkatan pembangunan tersebut, harus didukung dengan adanya penerapan sistem proteksi terhadap bangunan gedung guna mengantisipasi kecelakaan dan bencana, salah satunya adalah dengan penerapan sistem proteksi kebakaran. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian dan keandalan manajemen proteksi kebakaran di Gedung laboratorium PGSD Universitas Samudra. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa Metode analisis deksriptif, bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem proteksi kebakaran terhadap bahaya kebakaran, melalui pengamatan langsung, berdasarkan peraturan Menteri pekerjaan Umum No.26/PRT/M/2008 dan lembar penilaian Pd-T-11-2005-C, tentang Pemeriksaan Keselamatan Keabakaran Bangunan Gedung. Hasil dari penelitian ini, pada penerapan sarana penyelamatan menghasilkan nilai bobot nilai 2,163 ≈ 2 yang menyatakan kondisi penerapan fire savety management Laboratorium PGSD Universitas samudra sudah sesuai dengan peraturan, dan sistem proteksi pasif menghasilkan bobot nilai 2,542 ≈ 3 yang menyatakan, kondisi penerapan fire savety management Laboratorium PGSD Universitas samudra sudah sangat sesuai dengan peraturan, sedangkan untuk perhitungan, Nilai Keandalan Sistem Keselamatan Bangunan (NKSKB) sebesar 77,34 % hal ini menunjukan bahwa nilai keandalan bangunan Laboratorium PGSD Universitas Samudra cukup.

Abstract

Program literasi kesiapsiagaan bencana pada anak usia dini sangat penting, terutama di Indonesia, yang merupakan wilayah rawan bencana alam. Program Pembelajaran Interaktif Kesiapsiagaan Bencana (PIKB) diimplementasikan di TK Negeri Nurul A’la untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak tentang bencana dan mitigasinya. Kegiatan ini melibatkan senam gempa, permainan ular tangga siaga bencana, dan presentasi visual mengenai berbagai jenis bencana. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan di kalangan siswa, dengan rata-rata peningkatan dari 41% menjadi 81% setelah kegiatan. Kegiatan fisik seperti senam gempa juga berhasil membantu siswa menginternalisasi tindakan perlindungan yang harus diambil saat terjadi bencana. Permainan ular tangga, yang menggabungkan konsep mitigasi bencana dalam bentuk permainan interaktif, berhasil menarik minat siswa dengan tingkat jawaban benar mencapai 98% terkait tindakan yang harus diambil dalam situasi gempa bumi. Partisipasi aktif siswa dalam program ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran interaktif efektif dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan mereka. Program ini juga didukung oleh para guru yang menyatakan bahwa kegiatan ini membantu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran kesiapsiagaan bencana.

Abstract

This research applied three working methods, namely 3D modeling, quantity take-off (QTO), and bar bending schedule (BBS). The main objective of this research was to compare the calculation results of the conventional method with the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method in the construction of the Samudra University Integrated Laboratory Building. The implementation of BIM showed significant differences compared to the conventional approach, especially in 3D visual output and cost estimation (5D). The application of BIM facilitated more accurate 3D modeling and faster and more efficient cost estimation. In addition, BIM also improved the construction inspection process as it allowed the checking of work items without the need for manual inspection one by one. The QTO results using BIM (Revit Student Version) show a difference in calculation volume compared to the conventional method. In the concrete work, there had been a difference of 23.27 m³ or 2.08%, while in the screw reinforcement work, there had been a difference of 9,597.69 kg or 10.33%. For plain reinforcement, there had been a difference of 3,497.28 kg or 3.86%, and the total weight of reinforcement had been 13,094.96 kg or 7.14%.
