Abstract

Sugar is a luxury item that is often called white gold and is a staple that is consumed. By the end of 1900, sugar was still a luxury item and was bought by the upper middle class. Over time, sugar can be produced in abundant quantities. Refined crystal sugar is sugar derived from cane juice. In the manufacturing process, sugarcane juice will go through a long refining and processing process so as to produce pure sugar (Raw Sugar). PT. Angels Products is the first refined crystal sugar factory in Indonesia that operated in 1997. PT Angels Products is a company engaged in the refined crystal sugar industry located in banten province. On December 17, 2022, Krisnadwipayana University held a Field Study in order to fulfill the compulsory study program for Master of Management (Strata 2) to PT. Krisnadwipayana. Angels Product is located in Bojonagara District, Serang Regency, Banten. In field study activities, research activities are also carried out with the method of direct visits to the research site and conducting interviews with informants and direct observations. The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative research, which is research conducted based on views, strategies and model implementation by drawing problems based on the findings. Describe the results of interviews and observations so as to get the desired data and analyze it. Research carried out on fiel study activities in the form of production layouts, logistics systems, production process flows, man power planning, production, marketing and environmental management.

Abstract

Refined sugar is sugar that comes from refining raw sugar or raw sugar and then recrystallizes it. Refined sugar may only be used for industry based on the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade no 527/MPT/KET/9/2004, refined sugar is prohibited from being sold for household consumption because it has to go through further processing. With a production capacity of 5.5 million tons per year, the utility rate is around 60 percent to meet the needs of 3 million tons per year. The government must issue import approvals (PI) for refined sugar raw materials for industrial needs and the continuity of the Company's operations. The purpose of this research is to: Identify external and internal environmental factors that can become opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company in competing with similar companies by analysing related production processes and company productivity seen from the results of the refined sugar melting capacity produced by the company.annually . The research method uses study literature and is based on direct observation and question and answer (secondary data) at PT Angels Product having its address at Bojonagara, Tangerang

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether employee performance at the Human Resources Development Center for Employment is influenced by work discipline through work motivation. This study used a quantitative approach. The population employees of the Center for Human Resources Development and Employment. The data analysis method used path analysis. The research results show that: 1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; and 4) work discipline influences employee performance through work motivation at the Center for Human Resources Development and Employment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Bekasi City is influenced by work discipline through the work environment. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The population in the study were teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Bekasi City using a general sample, namely all members of the population were sampled. The analysis method used path analysis. The results of the study indicate that 1) Work discipline has a significant effect on teacher performance; 2) The work environment has a significant effect on teacher performance; 3) Work discipline has a significant effect on the work environment; and 4) Teacher performance is not affected by work discipline through the work environment.

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved is to determine the influence of the work environment on employee work effectiveness at PT. Ace Hardware Kelapa Gading through work motivation. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. Ace Hardware Kelapa Gading. The technique used for sampling is a saturated sample, all members of the population are sampled. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The research results can be concluded as follows: 1). The work environment has a direct and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. 2). Work motivation has a significant direct effect on employee work effectiveness. 3). The work environment has a significant direct effect on work motivation. 4). The work environment does not have a positive and significant indirect effect on work environment on employee at PT. Ace Hardware Kelapa Gading through work motivation.

Abstract

Purpose to determine the effect of placement and job satisfaction on employee performance Part Marketing Execution PT. Belanja Hitungan Detik. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research population amounted to 55 people, the sampling technique used a saturated sample. The research method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that in simultaneous or partially ways, placement and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees Part Marketing Execution PT. Belanja Hitungan Detik.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Ana Artha Pondok Gede Bekasi. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Rural Bank Ana Artha Pondok Gede Bekasi, totaling 45 people. By using saturated sampling technique, the researcher took all samples from the population. The research method using simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous or partially leadership style and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

To determine the effect of positive and significant motivation on employee performance through work discipline at the Jatimakmur Village Office. This research was conducted on employees of the Jatimakmur Village Office. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires. In this study, the researcher used the saturated sample method. For the data analysis model, the researcher uses path analysis test (path analysis).Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Jatimakmur Village Office, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Jatimakmur Village Office, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Jatimakmur Village Office, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline at the Jatimakmur Village Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employee performance which is influenced by work discipline directly or indirectly through the work environment as an intervening variable at PT Nobi Putra Angkasa. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling technique using a census. Method of analysis using path analysis techniques The results showed that 1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work environment. 4) Employee performance is not influenced by work discipline through the work environment.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of work environment and career development on employee performance of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center). The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center) as many as 72 respondents using the slovin technique with a tolerance level of 5 percent. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used random sampling. The results of the study have an effect both partially and simultaneously on work environment and career development on employee performance at PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center).
