Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Bakso Granat malang Indah jalan Metro Tanjung Bunga Kota Makassar secara parsial dan simultan. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini metode analisa data yang digunakan oleh peneliti berupa metode analisis regresi linear berganda.menggunakan koesioner dalam mendapat tanggapan konsumen. kualitas produk,harga dan lokasi serta keputusan pembelian yang akan ditanggapi oleh konsumen dengan sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan kualitas produk, harga, dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan, namun secara parsial yang berpengaruh signifikan hanya variabel harga dan variabel lokasi. Sedangakan variabel kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada penelitian ini harga merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada Bakso Granat Malang Indah This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of product quality, price, and location on consumer purchasing decisions at Bakso Grenade Malang Indah, Jalan Metro Tanjung Bunga, Makassar City partially and simultaneously. In conducting this research, the data analysis method used by the researcher is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis method. Using a questionnaire to get consumer responses. product quality, price and location as well as purchasing decisions that will be responded to by consumers with a sample of 80 respondents. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously product quality, price, and location have a significant effect, but partially the only significant effect is the price variable and the location variable. While the product quality variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. In this study, price is the most dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions on the Malang Indah Grenade Meatballs

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Skill and human resource development on the performance of Civil Servants at the Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of South Sulawesi. The data used questionnaires that were distributed to respondents. The data collectedusing the list of questions (indicators) submitted as a measuring instrument using modification of the likert scale. The sample of this study was a group of employees at the South Sulawesi Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of 100 respondents. Where all employees have different charateristics from high school education level to magister (S2) and based on work experience. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively using multiple linear regression methods. This method is used when conducting analysis on the influence of Skill and Human Resource Development on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Cultural Heritage Preservation Center of South Sulawesi. The result show that skill and development of human resources have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and, should routinely provide that Skill to its employees and has more attention to the performance of its employees. Employees who are considered to be underperforming, it is best to develop the employee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui pengaruh cita rasa dan kualitas produk secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Roti Bakar Yappay di Sungguminasa (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh cita rasa dan kualitas produk secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Roti Bakar Yappay di Sungguminasa (3) Untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan diantara cita rasa dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian Roti Bakar Yappay di Sungguminasa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 88 responden yang merupakan konsumen dari Roti Bakar Yappay di Sungguminasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Cita rasa tidak berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian Roti Bakar Yappay di Sungguminasa sedangkan, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian Roti Bakar Yappay di Sungguminasa (2) Cita rasa dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian Roti Bakar Yappay di Sungguminasa (3) Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Roti Bakar Yappay di Sungguminasa adalah kualitas produk.

Abstract

The study was conducted aimed at knowing the role of competencies, namely knowledge, skills and self-concept in improving the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance, with a sample of 54 people . The method used in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Research approach by using quantitative descriptive method by analyzing Multiple Linear Regression to measure the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance. The results of this study simultaneously independent competency variables consisting of knowledge, skills and self-concept have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable,namely employee performance. From the test results the correlation of the influence of competencies on employee performance is 94.1 percent while 5.9 percent is influenced by other factors. Dominant competencies affect the performance of employees of PT. Summit Oto Finance is a skill.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan serta literasi pada masyarakat desa Bajiminasa Kecamatan gantarangkeke Kabupaten Bantaeng, yang melibatkan 3 orang Tim dosen ITB Nobel Indonesia. Diikuti oleh 30 orang peserta terdiri dari pelaku UMKM, Pemuda serta kelompok produktif. Selama 2 hari peserta dibekali berbagai materi dari narasumber berhasil meningkatkan kompetesi kewirausahan peserta kegiatan diukur berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pasca kegiatan Community service activities (PKM) were carried out in order to increase knowledge and literacy in the Bajiminasa village community, Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng Regency, which involved 3 ITN Nobel Indonesia lecturer teams. It was attended by 30 participants consisting of MSME actors, youth and productive groups. For 2 days, participants were provided with various materials from resource persons who succeeded in increasing the entrepreneurial competence of the participants, measured based on the results of the post-activity evaluation
