Abstract

Kegiatan berbisnis dapat dilihat dari aspek usaha dan prinsip dasar pelaksanaannya. Islam merupakan agama yang komprehensif dalam mengatur kehidupan manusia, termasuk kegiatan bermuamalah. Dalam melakukan usaha harus memenuhi kaidah dan prinsip ekonomi Islam berdasarkan al-quran dan Hadist, di antaranya: tauhid, Maisir, gharar dan Riba, ta’awun serta keseimbangan. Kendala utama bagi pengusaha pemula adalah masih rendahnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang usaha yang berbasis prinsip ekonomi Syariah. Hal Ini di sebabkan minimnya pengetahuan serta pelatihan yang di dapatkan oleh calon pengusaha terkait konsep usaha sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam. Oleh karena itu PKM ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan berbisnis dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan persiapan dalam memulai usaha dengan menggunakan prinsip ekonomi Syariah dan dilengkapi dengan memberikan materi pelatihan membuat bisnis plan dan pelatihan menghitung harga pokok penjualan, dimana dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan dilengkapi juga dengan menggunakan contoh-contoh. Hasil dari kegiatan para mitra mendapatkan ilmu tambahan dan juga aplikasi nyata untuk menjalankan bisnis sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam dan perhitungan harga pokok penjualan dengan sesuai dan tepat dari bidang bisnis masing-masing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived external prestige to the workplace deviant behavior that is mediated by job satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 120 respondents who are employees in automotive industries in Jakarta of collected by purposive sampling method. Tests conducted by the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study are perceived external prestige has a positive influence on job satisfaction, but job satisfaction negatively affect the workplace deviant behavior. It can be concluded that job satisfaction has a negative influence in mediating the effects of perceived external prestige to the workplace deviant behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of fear of covid-19 on job burnout and its impact on the Intention to leave frontline employees in Jakarta. The data used are primary, and the sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique by distributing online questionnaires to 270 frontline employees in various sectors as samples. Hypothesis testing techniques use Structural Equation Modelling and previously performed instrument tests using validity and reliability. From the data processing results, frontline employees do not feel the fear of covid-19, frontline employees do not feel bored in doing their work, do not have physical, emotional, and mental fatigue resulting from work situations, and do not have the Intention to leave. Therefore, frontline employees will continue to work for their current company. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that Fear of Covid has a positive effect on Job Burnout and Intention to Leave; job Burnout has a positive effect on Intention to leave; also Fear of Covid has a positive effect on Intention to Leave by being mediated by Job Burnout. The managerial implication that can be conveyed is that all managers from frontline employees must maintain providing better services so that employees can continue to work without fear of covid-19 and do not have job burnout and remain loyal to their respective companies.

Abstract

The digital revolution, huge changes, and digital disruption, amplified by the Covid-19 pandemic, prompted digital natives and digital immigrants to implement distance learning. Some institutions develop new learning management systems to support online learning, and also monitor academic activities such as student college attendance, posting examination case studies, and integrating exam results into student information systems. In contrast, all university members (lecturers, student college, and course management corporate) still have obstacles to using this student information system. The system implementation is unfamiliar for most members at first. Furthermore, this research is used as a qualitative method through a forum group discussion involving lecturers and student colleges of six (6) cities in Indonesia. While it is taking place in an online class, the potential risks of being exposed to electronic influences are getting more delicate. Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan pada  usaha kecil mikro dan menengah  yang berada dalam binaan Yayasan Cempaka Wangi, Bintaro, Jakarta adalah untuk  memberikan wawasan  kepada para peserta terkait pemasaran produk melalui media sosial. Kurangnya pengetahuan terhadap pemasaran produk dan literasi digital menjadi masalah yang perlu dicarikan jalan keluar. Masyarakat umumnya sudah mengenal dan menggunakan media sosial, namun belum memanfaatkannya dalam pemasarkan produk. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang diberikan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti.. Kegiatan dilakukan pada bulan November 2022 diikuti oleh 26 peserta.  Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan materi yang disampaikan dianggap penting dan bermanfaat. mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang media sosial  dan akan menerapkan pada kegiatan usahanya
