Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS), psychological empowerment, psychological well-being, and job performance among 150 employees in the Indonesian telecommunications sector. This sample size aligns with the requirements for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale with two parts, covering respondent profiles and research variables. SmartPLS was employed for data analysis, and various tests were conducted to ensure data reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. The findings highlight key factors influencing job performance in this context. Firstly, psychological empowerment has a significant positive impact on job performance, emphasizing the importance of empowering employees for enhanced productivity. Secondly, psychological well-being also significantly influences job performance, indicating the connection between employees' mental health and their job performance. Interestingly, perceived organizational support (POS) itself doesn't directly impact job performance but indirectly influences it through the mediation of psychological empowerment. In other words, strong organizational support boosts employees' empowerment, leading to improved job performance. The study also underscores the joint mediating roles of psychological empowerment and psychological well-being, suggesting that organizations should focus on enhancing POS while nurturing empowerment and well-being to optimize job performance.

Abstract

Workplace well-being significantly influences employee health and productivity, impacting organizational success. This paper explores the roots and consequences of workplace well-being through a comprehensive literature review. Focusing on antecedents and outcomes, it identifies psychosocial relationships, job satisfaction, and social support as crucial factors. Additionally, individual well-being is shaped by a healthy lifestyle, education, and financial stability. The paper emphasizes the intertwining influence of a safe environment, healthcare access, and social justice on community well-being. Workplace well-being extends its impact to physical health, productivity, and interpersonal relationships. A positive work environment contributes to enhanced physical well-being and productivity, emphasizing its role in fostering a supportive workplace culture. Personal well-being is linked to mental health, longevity, and happiness, forming a foundation for a fulfilling life. Social well-being transforms social participation, quality of life, and life satisfaction, highlighting its central role in individuals' connections and overall fulfillment. This review enhances understanding for researchers and informs HRD practices, guiding strategic decisions to promote workplace and individual flourishing.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Peyek Sulis melalui pelatihan digital Marketing dan Pencatatan Pembukuan Otomatis. Kegiatan PKM tersebut dilaksanakan pada tanggal 09 Agustus 2023 Sampai 08 September 2023 di UMKM Peyek Sulis Kelurahan Ngestiharjo, Kecamatan Kasihan Kabupaten Bantul. Mitra pengabdian ini adalah salah satu pelaku UMKM di Ngestiharjo yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner. Metode pelaksanaan dari kegiatan tersebut mulai dari tahap menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana pendukung pelatihan dan pendampingan. Tahap berikutnya adalah pelatihan pencatatan pembukuan untuk menambah pengetahuan yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan dalam melakukan pencatatan transaksi penjualan. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu pendampingan dengan cara pelaku UMKM mempraktekkan secara langsung metode pencatatan secara otomatis melalui aplikasi Kledo. Selanjutnya dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui bahwa solusi yang diberikan dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi. Tahap terakhir dengan memberikan pelatihan terkait dengan digital marketing yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan. Setelah dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan, terjadi penambahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM Peyek Sulis tentang pentingnya pembukuan menggunakan aplikasi kledo agar keuntungan bersih yang didapatkan menjadi lebih akurat, serta bisa mengakses pembiayaan dari perbankan. Setelah diadakan pelatihan digital marketing omset UMKM Peyek Sulis meningkat sebesar 55% dari sebelum diadakannya pelatihan digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial perception and financial management on financial planning with financial literacy as a mediating variable. The problem investigated is how financial perception, financial management, and financial literacy affect individual financial planning. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on subjects involved in personal financial management. Data was collected through online questionnaires distributed to active adult financial managers. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results show that financial perception has a significant effect on financial planning, financial management has a significant effect on financial planning, and financial literacy has a significant effect on financial planning. Furthermore, financial literacy was proven to mediate the influence of financial perception and financial management on financial planning. The conclusion of this study is that financial perception, financial management, and financial literacy play an important role in improving individual financial planning. Financial literacy has been proven to be a mediating factor that strengthens the relationship between financial perception, financial management, and financial planning. Practical implications and recommendations for future research are also discussed.

Abstract

Waste management has become a significant challenge in modern times due to rapid population growth, urbanization, and changing lifestyles, resulting in a substantial increase in waste volume. One approach to address this issue is the establishment of waste banks. Bunga Raya Waste Bank, located in the RT. 03/RW. 11, Dusun I, Purbayan, Baki Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java 57556, is an exemplary waste bank that plays a crucial role in waste management in the region. In addition to waste management, Bunga Raya Waste Bank has introduced empowerment programs through the production and marketing of handicrafts made from recycled materials. Economic empowerment through handicrafts production has the potential to offer a sustainable solution to reduce the negative environmental impact of waste while improving the livelihoods of the local community. Handicrafts made from recycled materials have shown great potential in creating local employment opportunities and supporting the community's economy. Moreover, they can serve as a tool to enhance environmental awareness and promote sustainable practices. However, to optimize this potential, a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by Bunga Raya Waste Bank in empowering handicraft production and marketing activities is required. In this context, this research aims to further investigate Bunga Raya Waste Bank's efforts in harnessing the potential of handicrafts made from recycled materials as a tool for community economic empowerment. We will analyze aspects such as the production process, marketing strategies, social and economic impacts, and challenges faced by this waste bank in implementing the program.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Marni Salon Kartasura dengan menggunakan pelatihan sistem smart kasir. Salah satu pelaku UMKM kuliner di Kartasura adalah mitra pengabdian ini. Untuk menerapkan pengabdian masyarakat, participatory action research (PAR) digunakan dalam pengabdian ini. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan persiapan kegiatan PKM, di mana subjek penelitian menemukan masalah utama yang ingin mereka selesaikan atau ubah. Pada tahap berikutnya, peneliti dan praktisi atau pemangku kepentingan lain dari topik penelitian bekerja sama secara sistematis untuk membuat koordinasi kegiatan dengan mitra. Tahap selanjutnya adalah pelatihan sistem smart kasir untuk lebih memahami cara mempercepat proses jual beli barang dan mencatat transaksi penjualan. Selanjutnya, evaluasi secara langsung dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa solusi yang diberikan dapat menyelesaikan masalah. Satu set perangkat sistem smart kasir diberikan pada tahap terakhir untuk melakukan identifikasi pembelajaran. Perangkat ini akan digunakan untuk mencatat transaksi penjualan melalui sistem smart kasir. Setelah pelatihan dan pendampingan, pelaku UMKM di Marni Salon Kartasura lebih memahami pentingnya menggunakan sistem smart kasir untuk mencegah kesalahan dalam pembuatan nota, seperti yang dapat dilihat dari perbandingan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan sistem smart kasir secara langsung. Menggunakan system smart kasir juga membuat pencatatan keuangan menjadi lebih mudah. Dalam hal pengetahuan, pelaku UMKM memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih baik tentang pengelolaan keuangan. Menghitung barang masuk dan keluar menjadi lebih mudah karena semua transaksi jual beli tercatat dengan baik dari segi keterampilan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat adalah peningkatan omset sebesar 5% menjadi Rp3.150.000.

Abstract

This study investigates how the implementation of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) impacts the financial performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Surakarta culinary industry, considering data quality and financial management effectiveness as moderating variables. In the culinary industry, QRIS has become popular because it facilitates digital transactions. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the implementation of QRIS can help improve the financial performance of culinary businesses by considering the increasing use of QRIS in Indonesia, to investigates the functions of data quality and financial management effectiveness as factors that can influence how QRIS implementation impacts financial performance. This study involved a population of 200 culinary MSMEs in Surakarta, of which 100 respondents were selected as respondents through a simple random sampling method. This research applies a quantitative approach. The analysis was conducted with moderation regression using SPSS. The results show that the implementation of QRIS significantly improves the financial performance of MSMEs, especially in terms of increasing operating productivity and revenue. Data quality shows that inaccurate or difficult-to-access data can hinder performance. Conversely, good results from financial management have a positive impact, showing how important it is to have good financial management capabilities. Financial performance is strengthened by the relationship between QRIS implementation and financial management effectiveness, as is the relationship between data quality and financial management effectiveness. This study found that the financial performance of culinary MSMEs can be improved by implementing QRIS along with high-quality data and effective financial management.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to support MSME stakeholders in preparing financial reports using the MSME E-Account application. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, incorporating observation and surveys as data collection methods. The MSME E-Account application has been designed in alignment with the SAK EMKM framework, ensuring compliance with established standards for micro, small, and medium enterprises. This application simplifies the process of financial reporting by enabling automatic data recording, which enhances the accuracy and efficiency of financial management. By reducing errors in recording and calculation, the application not only saves time but also facilitates business analysis, ultimately supporting business growth. It is particularly beneficial for MSME practitioners across various sectors, including those without a formal accounting education, as it offers a user-friendly, flexible, and accessible interface suitable for diverse industries. The research highlights the significant contribution of the MSME E-Account application in fostering the development and progression of MSME businesses. By streamlining workflows, the application ensures a more efficient data entry process, enabling users to manage financial records with minimal effort. Furthermore, comprehensive testing of the application confirms that all its features operate effectively, underscoring its reliability as a tool for financial management in the MSME sector.
