Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy, Green Entrepreneurial Orientation, and Perceived Access to Financing on Entrepreneurial Decisions using a quantitative approach through a survey method involving 108 respondents who have experience or plans to start a business. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results indicate that all constructs meet the criteria for validity and reliability. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.46 indicates that Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy, Perceived Access to Financing, and Green Entrepreneurial Orientation simultaneously explain 46% of the variance in Entrepreneurial Decisions. Hypothesis testing shows that Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (X1) and Perceived Access to Financing (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Decisions (Y), while Green Entrepreneurial Orientation (X3) has a positive but insignificant effect. These findings suggest that confidence in personal capabilities and ease of access to financing are the main factors driving entrepreneurial decisions, whereas green entrepreneurial orientation has not yet become a dominant consideration at the early stage.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and validate a cognitive dissonance measurement tool in preschool tutoring institutions. The study population consisted of parents of children attending tutoring institutions in Palembang City, Indonesia. The study sample consisted of 71 parents selected using a simple random sampling technique. The development of the cognitive dissonance scale refers to Festinger's theory which consists of three dimensions, namely concern for agreement, purchasing discretion, and emotional. The data analysis process was carried out using the 2nd Confirmatory Factor Analysis (2nd CFA) approach with the help of the Smart-PLS application version 4.1.1.8 to test the validity and reliability of the measuring instrument. The results showed that there were 9 items declared valid with a Composite Reliability value of 0.863 and an Average Variance Extracted (AVE) of 0.709. Based on these results, the developed measuring instrument was declared valid and reliable in measuring cognitive dissonance in tutoring institutions. Practically, this measuring instrument is expected to help educational institutions in improving service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Meanwhile, theoretically, this measuring instrument is expected to be used in research that discusses cognitive dissonance.

Abstract

This community service initiative was designed to address digital promotion challenges at Al-Amalul Khair Senior High School through the comprehensive implementation of a redesigned digital brochure. The program adopted a systematic approach encompassing four key phases: coordination and needs assessment, digital brochure implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scholarly publication. Primary activities included field surveys, brochure design using digital platforms, collaborative content review sessions, and digital distribution of the final materials. The project yielded significant outcomes, including the successful completion of both the brochure redesign and an instructional guide for utilizing digital design platforms. Stakeholder feedback indicated substantial improvements in visual appeal, information clarity, and promotional effectiveness. Teachers appreciated the more organized information presentation, while students found the core promotional message more focused and accessible. International collaboration with Politeknik Merlimau Melaka further enriched the project by providing valuable cross-cultural perspectives on infographic design and color scheme selection. This initiative has not only transformed the school's promotional strategy but also fostered digital capacity development, effectively bridging traditional educational values with contemporary digital marketing requirements while creating sustainable opportunities for advancing digital literacy.
