Abstract

This study aims to analyze efforts to internalize the Pancasila-religious character through anti-corruption education. This research uses a qualitative approach with the method of literature study. Data sources are taken from credible websites, including Sinta and Google Scholar. The results of this research show that corrupt acts are behavior that deviates from the religion and ideology of Pancasila which is triggered by money-based political issues, weak legislation and sanctions for corruptors, feudalistic views and the luxurious life of state officials, bureaucratic systems and administration that provide loopholes for corrupt behavior, abuse of authority, and the legacy of Dutch colonialism. For this reason, anti-corruption education is needed with the main aim of creating good governance as a form of good, clean and dignified government. The characteristics of good governance are participation of all parties, law-based, transparency, responsiveness, consensus orientation, equality, effectiveness and efficiency, and accountability. Apart from that, special treatment is needed for corruptors, namely deterrent punishments such as taking over all their assets from the state and "impoverishing" the corruptors.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengintegrasikan kesadaran hukum dan pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam kegiatan orientasi mahasiswa baru di STKIP Pasundan Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara, dan Studi Dokumentasi, Analisis data menggunakan Triangulasi tekhnik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan mengintegrasikan kesadaran hukum dan pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam orientasi mahasiswa baru memberikan dampak positif yaitu menambah pemahaman mahasiswa tentang hak dan kewajiban , etika dan konteks hukum. Selain itu, ditemukan juga jika melakui orientasi kehidupan kampus menjadi upaya dalam menyiapkan mahasiswa secara akademik tetapi juga secara sosial dan moral. Integrasikan kesadaran hukum dan pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam orientasi mahasiswa baru menjadi model yang dapat menjadi refrensi bagi lebaga pendiidkan lainnya dalam rangka mempersiapkan mahasiswa yang siap dengan tantangan kehidupan kampus yang kompleks. Penelitian lebih lanjut tentang kesadaran hukum dalam kegiatan orientasi kehidupan kampus di sarankan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of strengthening character education in the digital era, which requires innovation in extracurricular activities, particularly scouting. This research aims to analyze the effect of digital-based innovative strategies in scouting activities on students’ character development, including responsibility, discipline, and independence at Madrasah Aliyah Cikande Bandung Barat. The study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the research sample and analyzed using simple regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that digital-based innovative strategies have a significant effect on students’ character development, both partially and simultaneously. The integration of technology in scouting activities enhances student engagement, motivation, and learning experiences, making them more interactive and relevant to current developments. Furthermore, this strategy contributes to improving students’ digital literacy and 21st-century skills. Therefore, the implementation of digital-based innovative strategies in scouting activities can serve as an effective alternative for strengthening character education in madrasah contexts.
