Abstract

This research studies the characteristics of early childhood who are smart and can control emotions, so that we are able to know how to train this golden generation as much as possible so that they can have good emotional intelligence. Smart children are not necessarily able to control their emotions, there are many smart children but they have an angry nature, difficult to control themselves, their emotions are explosive. Sometimes on the contrary there are children who are not smart but not emotional, can reduce anger, and can control themselves. This research is a type of library research, data obtained from library sources in the form of research journals, research reports, textbooks, papers, scientific discussions, and so on. Then the library materials are discussed critically and in depth. The characteristics of a person is said to have high emotional intelligence if he is socially stable, easy to get along with and witty. Not easily afraid or anxious, able to adapt to the burden of stress. Has a great ability to get involved with people or problems, to take responsibility and have a moral outlook. Their emotional life is rich, but natural, having a sense of comfort in themselves, others and the environment. Keywords: Intelligence; Emotional; Early Childhood.Abstrak Penelitian ini mempelajari ciri anak usia dini yang pandai dan dapat mengendalikan emosi, sehingga kita mampu mengetahui cara melatih generasi emas ini dengan semaksimal mungkin agar dapat memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang baik. Anak yang pandai belum tentu bisa mengendalikan emosinya, banyak terjadi anak pandai tetapi punya sifat pemarah, sulit mengendalikan diri, emosinya ,eledak-ledak. Terkadang kebalikannya ada anak yang tidak pandai tapi tidak emosional, bisa meredam amarah, dan bisa mengendalikan diri. Penelitian ini merupakan Jenis penelitian pustaka, data diperoleh dari sumber pustaka berupa jurnal penelitian, laporan penelitian, buku teks, makalah, diskusi ilmiah, dan lain sebagainya. Kemudian bahan-bahan pustaka tersebut dibahas secara kritis dan mendalam. Adapun ciri-ciri seseorang dikatakan memiliki kecerdasan emosi yang tinggi apabila ia  secara  sosial mantap, mudah bergaul dan jenaka. Tidak mudah takutatau gelisah, mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan beban stres.Memiliki kemampuan besar untuk melibatkan diri dengan orang- orang atau permasalahan, untuk mengambil tanggung jawab dan memiliki pandangan moral. Kehidupan emosional mereka kaya, tetapi wajar, memiliki rasa nyaman terhadap diri sendiri, orang lain dan lingkungan.Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan; Emosional; Anak Usia Dini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Blended Learning method in Early Childhood was. The subject in this study was RA Mifatahul Huda in January 2021. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach, namely to find out a clear picture of the Blended Learning learning method. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Blended Learning learning method at RA Miftahul Huda is going well and is a learning method that can be implemented in schools during the COVID-19 pandemic which is spreading in Indonesia, especially in the village of Pasirmulya, Majalaya, Karawang. The use of the Blended Learning method at RA Miftahul Huda was positively responded by parents because many parents recommended it because with this way of learning face-to-face learning can be carried out.Keywords: Blended Learning; Covid-19; Pandemic. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode Blended Learning pada Anak Usia Dini. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah RA Mifatahul Huda pada bulan Januari 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan studi kasus yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran jelas tentang metode pembelajaran Blended Learning. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran Blended Learning di RA Miftahul Huda berjalan dengan baik dan menjadi sebuah metode pemebelajaran yang dapat diimplementasikan di sekolah pada masa pandemic Covid-19 yang sedang menyebarluas di Indonesia khususnya di Desa Pasirmulya, Majalaya, Karawang. Penggunaan metode Blended Learning di RA Miftahul Huda direspons positif oleh orang tua karena banyak orang tua yang merekomendasikannya dengan cara pembelajaran tatap muka bisa dijalankan. Abstract

Dalam suatu Perusahaan atau organisasi, di butuhkan beberapa karyawan atau tenaga ahli, karena sejatinya untuk melihat keberhasilan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan ialah sangat bergantung pada performa karyawan yang di milikinya. Dalam melaksanakan tugas yang akan di emban tentu syarat yang diperlukan ialah menganalisis jabatan jabatan yang diperlukan, agar bisa mengetahui tanggung jawab, tugas dan apa apa yang berhubungan dengan jabatan lainnya. Dengan telah terlakasananya atau telah dilakukannya analisis jabatan tentu seseorang dapat melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan baik. Dengan melalui tulisan ini, penulis ingin memberikan gambaran tentang analisis jabatan dalam organisasi. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode diskriptif dengan menggunakan studi pustaka (library research). Kesimpulan penulisan ini yaitu Penyusunan Analisis Jabatan dalam organisasi merupakan bagian dari manajemen untuk menentukan jabatan jabatan yang diperlukan dalam suatu organisasi yang meliputi tugas tugas, tanggung jawab, hak, wewenang, Pendidikan, lingkungan kerja, sertifikat keahlian, pengalaman kerja, dan keterkaitan dengan jabatan lain dalam agar dapat bekerja dan juga berkontribusi sehingga visi dan misi organisasi dapat terlaksanakan sesuai harapan.

Abstract

Efficient and sustainable energy management is crucial for addressing global environmental challenges. Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a significant tool in the energy revolution, enhancing operational efficiency and integrating renewable energy sources. This study examines the impact of AI on optimizing energy and resource management, focusing on increasing renewable energy use and efficiency. Using a quantitative and exploratory approach, data from 100 energy companies that have implemented AI solutions were analyzed. The findings show that AI can improve energy efficiency by 25%, strengthen sustainable operations, and reduce environmental impact. These results align with Complex Systems Theory, highlighting that advanced technologies like AI enhance system adaptability and efficiency. Despite these insights, the study is limited to companies that have adopted AI and focuses solely on the energy sector. This highlights the need for broader research across various sectors and geographic contexts. The implications suggest that AI not only improves energy management but also supports global sustainability efforts, making it vital for a sustainable energy future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style implementation on work discipline as a moderating variable, to examine the effect of work motivation on work discipline as a moderating variable, to analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on personnel performance, and to assess work discipline as a moderating variable affecting personnel performance in the Mobile Brigade Corps Unit of the Indonesian National Police. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population studied consists of 1,327 Mobile Brigade personnel in the Mobile Brigade Corps Unit, Kelapa Dua, Depok, West Java. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling with the Simple Random Sampling method. The sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula, resulting in 95 respondents. Data collection techniques employed in this study include questionnaire distribution and observation. The data analysis technique used is the SPSS version 20 program.The results of the study show that: (1) There is no significant influence of the Leadership Style variable (X1) on Work Discipline (M) in the Mobile Brigade Corps Unit of the Indonesian National Police. This is evidenced by a path coefficient of 0.076 with a t-count value of 1.982 and a t-table value of 1.985, where 1.982 < 1.985 with a probability of 0.050. (2) There is a significant influence of the Work Motivation variable (X2) on Work Discipline (M) in the Mobile Brigade Corps Unit of the Indonesian National Police. This is proven by a path coefficient of 0.908 with a t-count value of 23.736 and a t-table value of 1.985, where 23.736 > 1.985 with a probability of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05). (3) There is a significant influence of the Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) variables on Personnel Performance (Y) in the Mobile Brigade Corps Unit of the Indonesian National Police. This is demonstrated by an F-count value of 48.095 and an F-table value of 2.70, where 48.095 > 2.70 with a probability of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05). (4) There is a significant influence of the Work Discipline variable (M) on Personnel Performance (Y) in the Mobile Brigade Corps Unit of the Indonesian National Police. This is indicated by a path coefficient of 0.982 with a t-count value of 4.779 and a t-table value of 1.985, where 4.779 > 1.985 with a probability of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of communication and organizational culture on employee performance at the Insan Cendekia Madani School Office, South Tangerang. Specifically, the objectives are: (1) to examine the effect of communication on employee performance; (2) to examine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance; and (3) to examine the simultaneous effect of communication and organizational culture on employee performance. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a descriptive and associative research design. The population consists of employees at the Insan Cendekia Madani School Office, South Tangerang, with a sample of 83 respondents selected using Slovin’s formula. The results show that: (1) communication has a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by a t-count value of 4.726, which exceeds the t-table value of 1.663; (2) organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, as shown by a t-count value of 73.536, which exceeds the t-table value of 1.663; and (3) communication and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance, as demonstrated by an ANOVA test with an F-count of 21.631, exceeding the F-table value of 2.71 at a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). These findings suggest that strengthening internal communication and fostering a positive organizational culture contribute significantly to improving employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine what factors influence Outpatient Services on the Use of Electronic Medical Records at Jatisampurna Hospital. The method used is a quantitative research method with descriptive. The sampling technique with total sampling from employees of Jatisampurna Hospital, especially in the outpatient service section, is 40 respondents and the data analysis technique uses a multivariate analysis technique using the SEM-PLS application. Based on the multivariate analysis obtained, the hypothesis states that the use of EMR as a full moderator variable has a positive effect on outpatient services at Jatisampurna Hospital with a p-value of 0.047. HR also significantly influences outpatient services at Jatisampurna Hospital with a p-value of 0.017. Based on the perception of respondents at Jatisampurna Hospital, HR and the use of EMR are in the fairly good category. There are strong and significant implications of HR in improving outpatient services, as well as the use of EMR has a large and significant influence on outpatient services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation, and social values on employee performance in the fire and rescue service in East Jakarta. The background of this study is based on the importance of employee performance in supporting public services. The method used is s descriptive verification with a quantitative approach; the sample in this study was 60 people in the fire and rescue service. The analysis technique uses the SPSS version 28 computer application program. The result of the study shows the influence of the three variables. That work discipline, motivation, and social values have a positive effect on employee performance. Work Motivation has the most dominant influence compared to other variables; this finding indicates that increasing work discipline and motivation and strengthening social values can significantly improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and motivation on teacher performance with work discipline as a moderating variable at TK Sweet Butterfly Montessori Tangerang. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative-correlational design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 teacher respondents. The results show that, partially, leadership has a positive and significant influence on teachers’ work discipline, and motivation also has a positive and significant influence on work discipline. Simultaneously, leadership and motivation have a positive and significant influence on work discipline. In addition, leadership and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The moderating model of work discipline in mediating the influence of leadership and motivation on teacher performance could not be analysed using SPSS 24. Nevertheless, multicollinearity tests showed valid results, and all variable indicators were declared valid with correlation coefficients (r-count) greater than the critical value (r-table = 0.361) at the 5% significance level. The reliability test using Cronbach’s Alpha produced values greater than 0.700, indicating that the research instrument is reliable. The normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method indicated that the data are normally distributed (Asymp. Sig = 0.200 > 0.05). The hypothesis testing using the F-test revealed that leadership, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance (significance = 0.000). However, based on the t-test, it was found that leadership does not have a significant effect on teacher performance, while motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the extent of the influence of Promotion on Service Quality at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE). To determine and analyze the extent of the influence of Brand Image on Service Quality at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE). To determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of Promotion and Brand Image on Service Quality at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE). To determine and analyze the extent of the influence of Service Quality on Interest at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE). To determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of Promotion and Brand Image on Interest at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE). The population studied is 19,962 consumers of PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) in the 2024 period. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling with the Simple Random Sampling technique, and the sample in this study was measured using the Slovin formula, resulting in 100 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaires and observation. This study is designed using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach by using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Promotion on Service Quality at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE). This is evidenced by a path coefficient of 0.320 and a p-value of 0.000. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of Brand Image on Service Quality at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE). This is evidenced by a path coefficient of 0.578 and a p-value of 0.000. 3) There is a positive and significant simultaneous influence of Promotion and Brand Image on Service Quality at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE). This is indicated by an R Square value of 0.951 or 95.1%. 4) There is a positive and significant influence of Service Quality on Interest at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE). This is evidenced by a path coefficient of 0.807 and a p-value of 0.000. 5) There is a positive and significant simultaneous influence of Promotion and Brand Image on Interest at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE). This is indicated by an R Square value of 0.951 or 95.1%.
