Abstract

Abstract This research is a literature review with the aim of producing a study of the results of previous studies related to social, economic, environmental and welfare of fishermen, especially in the bay area of ​​Jakarta. The results of the research carried out by previous researchers focused a lot on environmental issues, reclamation and a little discussion on social, economic, environmental and welfare issues of fishermen. The results of the literature review show the phenomenon of problems surrounding fishermen and their lives in the Jakarta Bay area which includes social, economic, environmental and welfare aspects. The results of the study indicate that the study has not been carried out comprehensively, integrated and sustainable and has not shown any impact from the results of previous studies. Research on literature review with the title of Socio-Economic and Fishermen's Welfare in the Jakarta Bay Area is focused more deeply by using exploratory research methods on the sample results of previous studies using secondary data in the period 2003-2018. This research literature review is expected to be a reference to improve the research framework that is more integrative, synergistic and sustainable so that it can answer existing problems. Abstract

Purposes: In the social sciences, economics is one of the most influential and prestigious disciplines. Mainstream economics typically view economic agent as amoral, entirely self-interested, unrealistic and has damaging effects. In the last few decades, while remaining a powerful discipline, economics has narrowed in scope. Consequently, to reinvigorate economics, especially in times of crisis or major institutional change, mainstream economics has almost lost a key reserve of alternative thinking. This study intends to investigate the contemporary mainstream economic system, does Islamic Economics taking advantage of the shortfall of the system outlined above based on Tawhidical approach?Design/Methodology/Approach: This paper using the descriptive qualitative method Findings: Modern economics is normative bias; does not explain actual economies but describes a "utopia" in which Pareto optimality applies. The excessive unrealistic assumption is the impact of the inconsistency of modern economic theory. The important aspects of human behavior ignored by this assumption as the theory of economic man. In addition, the general equilibrium theory of neoclassical is not compatible with an economy that develops over time. It relies too much on complex mathematical models without sufficient attention to whether this really illustrates the real economy and ignores the complexity of nature and human creativity. At the contrary, Islam cause to be present the Tawhidic based economics approaches can be focused towards seeing wholes of economics, rather than parts; seeing economics activities as worship, rather than competition; cultivating the solidarity (charity), rather than individualism and creating the justice, rather than injustice. Thus this paper designed to provide the concept of Islamic economic system with Tawhid as the basis, to fit the philosophy of economic science and reality of human life. The paper shows the position of Tawhid in the system and theory of economy.  It becomes a must to do to create prosperity and benefit for all mankind, with the aim to realign and comparing to the mainstream economic system and their theory.Originality/Value: This paper proposes the position of Tawhidic based economics approach in setting the economic system. The position of this foundation offers basic guidelines for the justice and fairly system, which is benefited to all human beings regardless of religions, races, and castes, and furthermore to the sustainable economic development and welfare for the ummah.

Abstract

This study investigates contemporary mainstream economic system, does Islamic Economics taking advantage of the shortfall of the system outlined above based on Tawhidical approach? By using descriptive qualitative method this paper proposed the appropriate of Islamic economics theorize that the Islamic system provide the ideal form of a socio-economic order. This paper found that Tawhidic based economics approaches can be focused towards seeing wholes of economics, rather than parts; seeing economics activities as a worship, rather than competition; cultivating the solidarity (charity), rather than individualism and creating the justice, rather than injustice. Thus this paper designed to provide the concept of Islamic economic system with Tawhid as the basis, to fit the philosophy of economic science and reality of human life. Abstract

The role of government is always significant in every aspects of lifecycle of the state. In pursuit this role, government should decide an appropriate policy to face an economic phenomenon. In Islam, the government is a vicegerent of Allah which is government policy is fundamental not merely for progressing of the state itself but also socio economic welfare of the community. The government is, hence the policy should not bias and unequal. Focusing these issues, this paper attempts to formulate the concept on how the government use religious values in establish economic policy based on Tawhidic approach. This paper focuses on the economic role as reflection of the divine nature of Islamic economics by emphasizes not only on the human aspects of economic actors, but also on the rules or a system that must be obeyed by economic actors. Thus, this paper attempts to formulate the concept and the framework of Tawhidic based economic regulation using by descriptive qualitative method.

Abstract

Kemunculan online shop telah mengubah perilaku konsumen, mempengaruhi gerai ritel dengan kerugian finansial dan penurunan kunjungan pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang diduga memicu perilaku pembelian impulsif di KKV AEON Mall Sentul City: visual merchandising, atmosfer toko, variasi produk, dan nilai yang dirasakan konsumen. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif analisis data primer PLS-SEM dengan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa visual merchandising, atmosfer toko, dan variasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada persepsi nilai konsumen. Visual merchandising dan variasi produk juga memengaruhi perilaku pembelian impulsif secara positif dan signifikan. Persepsi nilai konsumen memediasi hubungan antara variabel bebas dan perilaku pembelian impulsif.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Copywriting, Content Marketing, and Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention in Gojek products (Case Study of Gojek Users in Depok City). The type of data used is primary data. The sample used came from 100 respondents. The data source used is the respondents’ answers from the questionnaire distributed. The data analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Realibility Test, Classical Assumption Test, Statistical Test, and Hypothesis Test. This research uses the SPSS 25 data processing system. The results of this research partially show that Copywriting, Content Marketing, and Brand Awareness have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Gojek products in Depok City. The results of this research simultaneously show that Copywriting, Content Marketing, and Brand Awareness have a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest in Gojek products.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of realization of cash waqf collection when compared to the existing potential, with the majority of the population being Muslim and the population dominated by the millennial generation of productive age of the workforce. So there needs to be a deeper analysis of public interest, especially the millennial generation in doing waqf. The problem formulations in this study are (1) Does religiosity affect the interest in waqf money of the millennial generation in the city of Bogor? (2) Does attitude affect the interest in waqf money of the millennial generation in the city of Bogor? (3) Does religiosity through attitude affect the interest in waqf money of the millennial generation in the city of Bogor? (4) Does subjective norm affect the interest in waqf money of the millennial generation in the city of Bogor? (5) Does behavioral control affect the interest in waqf money of the millennial generation in the city of Bogor? This type of research is quantitative research using survey instruments. The object of this research is the millennial generation in Bogor City. The object of this research is cash waqf interest in Bogor City. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the results of the study, it states that Religiosity has a significant and positive effect on the interest in waqf money of the millennial generation in Bogor City. The second result states that Attitude has a significant and positive effect on the interest in waqf money of the millennial generation in Bogor City. The third result states that religiosity through attitude has a significant and positive effect either directly or indirectly on the interest in millennial generation cash waqf in Bogor City. The fourth result states that subjective norms have a significant and positive effect on millennial generation cash waqf interest in Bogor City and the fifth result states that behavioral control has an insignificant effect on millennial generation cash waqf interest in Bogor City.

Abstract

SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) serve as the backbone of the Indonesian economy, in a country with the world's largest Muslim population. Therefore, further analysis is needed regarding the factors influencing the performance of SMEs in an effort to maximize the country's revenue. This research aims to examine the relationship between religiosity, financial literacy, and Islamic financial planning on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). This study employs a quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with primary data collected through an online purposive sampling technique from 113 MSMEs in Jabodetabek. The performance of MSMEs is significantly influenced by religiosity, Sharia financial literacy, and Islamic financial planning. Religiosity has a significant impact on Sharia financial literacy and Islamic financial planning. Sharia financial literacy affects Islamic financial planning significantly.

Abstract

Pemasaran digital merupakan sarana untuk memperkenalkan produk melalui media digital maupun online. Perkembangan dunia digital saat ini sedang trend dan menjadi kebutuhan di semua kalangan. Pemanfaatan konsep pemasaran berbais teknologi digital menjadi harapan bagi usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) untuk berkembang menjadi pusat kekuatan ekonomi. UMKM dapat menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana digital marketing. Selain biaya yang murah dan tidak perlunya memiliki keahlian khusus dalam melakukan inisiasi awal, media sosial dianggap mampu untuk secara langsung meraih konsumen, namun masih banyak UMKM yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pemasaran produk menjadi kendala dalam pengembangan usahanya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM melalui digital marketing untuk memasarkan produk yang lebih luas sehingga penjualan bisa meningkat. Edukasi seperti ini perlu lebih sering dilaksanakan untuk membangun kesadaran dan pemahaman mengenai digital marketing dan langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan untuk membuat dan mengelola akun media sosial. Di sisi lain, pelaku UMKM harus menumbuhkan keberanian untuk mencoba hal yang baru, berlaku profesional, dan sabar menunggu hasil sambil terus berkreasi.

Abstract

Income inequality is a persistent phenomenon and fundamental issue of concern, especially in this new digital era, because unequal access to finance has long been recognized as a critical mechanism for generating persistent income inequality. ICT tools and approaches are being used widely today due to their convenience, omnipresence and economy. This study examines the influence of financial development, ICT, and English proficiency on income inequality in Malaysia during the period of 1979-2019. The empirical results based on the ARDL bounds test indicated that financial develop- ment and English proficiency support the hypothesis that both factors can reduce the income gap in the long run. While ICT has shown different results, its improvement has only reduced the income gap in the short term. Hence the need for strengthening ICT policy is crucial as it can lead to develop- ment. Mastery of English is also considered to foster economic resilience.
