Abstract

Latar Belakang: Angka kematian ibu (AKI) pada tahun 2021 sebesar 95,32/100.000 kelahiran hidup dan angka kematian bayi sebesar 6,04/100.000 kelahiran hidup, menurut data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang. tahun 2022, dari 189 kehamilan, Puskesmas Poncol mencatat 73 kehamilan dengan risiko tinggi. Bahkan tiga puluh di antaranya menunjukkan kehamilan dengan kode 4T, yang berarti terlalu banyak,terlalu muda, terlalu tua, atau terlalu dekat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan dan perspektif orang-orang tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Poncol. Metode: Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah observasi analitik melalui pendekatan crosssectional. Semua ibu hamil yang berada di wilayah Puskesmas Poncol adalah subjek penelitian ini. Didapatkan 50 responden setelah dilakukan metode sampling berupa purposive sampling dengan kriteriainklusi dan ekslusi. Untuk mengumpulkan data, kuesioner tentang pengetahuan dan pendapat tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi digunakan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Wilcoxon.  Hasil: Mayoritas usia responden tidak berisiko (94%), memiliki tingkat pendidikan SMA (78%), tidakbekerja (56%), primigravida dan multigravida (50%), dan memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup (58%). Mereka juga memiliki sikap yang baik (80%). Hubungan antara pengetahuan dan pekerjaan ditemukan, dengan p-value 0,001(<0,05), dan p-value 0,016(<0,05).  Kesimpulan: Mayoritas ibu hamil memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cukup dan sikap baik terhadap kehamilan risiko tinggi. Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan pekerjaan. Kata kunci: Hamil risiko tinggi, pengetahuan, sikap, ibu hamil.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Posbindu merupakan salah satu Upaya Kesehatan Masyarakat (UKM) melalui kegiatanpromotif dan preventif dalam pengendalian Penyakit Tidak Menular. Puskesmas Bandarharjo adalah salahsatu Puskesmas di Semarang dengan cakupan Posbindu yang belum memenuhi target. Tujuan penelitianini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang berkontribusi kunjungan Posbindu di Kelurahan BandarharjoSemarang. Metode: Penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional sebanyak 45 responden di wilayah kerjaPuskesmas Bandarharjo. Pengumpulan data menggunaan kuesioner faktor yang mempengaruhi kunjunganPosbindu. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square.  Hasil: Hasil Penelitian faktor Pendidikan, tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan persepsi secara statisticmempengaruhi kunjungan ke Posbindu dengan nilai p≤0.05. Beberapa faktor yang tidak mempengaruhikunjungan ke Posbindu antara lain dukungan keluarga, dukungan kader dan dukungan tenaga kesehata. Kesimpulan: Faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi kunjungan Posbindu antara lain faktor Pendidikan, tingkatpengetahuan, sikap dan persepsi. Abstract

Background: Advanced chronic kidney disease patients need hemodialysis, the most used method of renal replacement therapy today. The patient will receive hemodialysis therapy for the rest of their life so that it can have a psychological effect like anxiety. Aims: This study aims to examine the socio-demographic variables affecting anxiety in hemodialysis patients. Method: This research used a cross-sectional analytical observational study design. A total sampling technique was used in this research. From 113 outpatient hemodialysis patients in March 2023, 80 samples of patients at Roemani Semarang Hospital met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Inclusion criteria were patients undergoing hemodialysis at Roemani Semarang Hospital who were willing to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria were incomplete questionnaires, patients with impaired consciousness, patients with communication disorders, and patients using anti-anxiety medication. The information collected was primary information from questionnaires and interviews. The data were tested using the Spearman test with a significance level of p<0.05 for age and family support, and the chi-square test for gender, employment, and educational status. Results: The statistical analysis showed a p-value of 0.704 for age, a p-value of 0.020 for gender, a p-value of 0.558 for employment, a p-value of 0.138 for educational level, and a p-value of 0.000 for family support. Conclusion: The results showed a significant relationship between gender and family support with anxiety levels. The higher the family support, the lower the anxiety level. There is no relationship between age, employment, and education level with the anxiety level of patients undergoing hemodialysis at Roemani Semarang Hospital.

Abstract

Background:Rheumatoid arthritis is almost experienced by 70% of those over 50 years old which is characterized by structural damage to the joints. This disease is mostly located in the hands, wrists, and joints that support the body's weight such as the knees, hips, and back due to the continuous pressure process for years. Many people are not aware of a disease that occurs in them because often the symptoms that appear are not prominent and due to the lack of public knowledge.Objective:This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the severity of rheumatoid arthritis pain in the elderly health post environment of Tlogosari Kulon Health Center. Method:The method used is descriptive analytic with cross sectional design. Sampling using purposive sampling technique based on inclusion and exclusion criteria so that 27 elderly people were obtained. Data collection using the knowledge questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge of rheumatoid arthritis RAPS questionnaire to identify rheumatoid arthritis pain. Results: Respondents who have a good level of knowledge are 15 people (46.9%) and those who have sufficient knowledge are 17 people (53.1%). Respondents with low incidence of rheumatoid arthritis are 13 people (40.6%) and respondents with high incidence of rheumatoid arthritis are 19 people (59.4%). Based on the chi-square analysis, it is known that the significance is 0.036 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of the elderly about rheumatoid arthritis has a relationship with the severity of rheumatoid arthritis pain.

Abstract

Low Back Pain (LBP) is lower back pain originating from the spine. Low back pain is one of the complaints that can lead to decreased human productivity, 80% of the population in industrialized countries have felt low back pain, the percentage increases with the age of the patient. Based on basic health research in 2018, the prevalence of low back pain in Indonesia varies from 7.6% to 37%. To analyze the effect of work duration and work posture on low back pain in weavers in Troso Village RT.1 RW.2. This study used quantitative methods in the form of analytic observations with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted on August 26-30, 2023. The sample in this study were weavers in Troso Village RT.I RW.2, Pecangaan District, Jepara Regency. Sampling using consecutive sampling technique with regard to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The number of samples obtained was 60 people. The analysis used was univariate analysis using descriptive frequency, while bivariate analysis used the spearman rank correlation test. Univariate analysis showed that the majority of respondents with work duration> 7 hours as many as 44 people (73.3%), the results of the RULA work questionnaire category need further investigation, and changes are made if necessary posture as many as 31 people (51.7%), and suffered from LBP as many as 46 people (76.7%). In the bivariate analysis of the effect of work duration on low back pain, the Spearman rank correlation test value p = 0.000 (p <0.05) and the value of r = +0.648. On the effect of work posture on low back pain, the value of the spearman rank correlation test p = 0.021 (p <0.05) and the value of r = +0.297. There is a strong influence between work duration and low back pain in weavers in Troso Village RT.1 RW.2. There is a weak influence between work posture on low back pain in weavers in Troso Village RT.1 RW.2.
