Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi konsentrasi asam asetat (0,10%; 0,15%; 0,20%; 0,25%) selama perendaman terhadap sifat fisik (derajat putih), sifat kimia (kadar air) dan fisikokimia ((daya serap, kelarutan (sollubility), swelling power, dan sifat amilografi) tepung bengkuang termodifikasi dibandingkan dengan kontrol. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan satu faktor yaitu variasi konsentrasi asam asetat. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA) dengan tingkat signifikasi 5%.Apabila terdapat beda nyata yang signifikan antar perlakuan dilakukan uji dengan Duncan Multiple Range Test(DMRT) dengan tingkat signifikasi5%. Hasil uji sifat fisik (derajat putih) tepung modifikasi menunjukkan semakin tinggi konsentrasi asam asetat, maka nilai derajat putih tepung bengkuang semakin meningkat. Sifat kimia (kadar air) pada tepung modifikasi menunjukkan semakin tinggi konsentrasi asam asetat maka nilai kadar air semakin meningkat. Sifat fisikokimia tepung modifikasi menunjukkan semakin tinggi konsentrasi asam asetat maka nilai daya serap air, swelling power, kelarutan dan suhu awal gelatinisasi semakin meningkat. Namun viscositas balik semakin menurun.Kata Kunci :Bengkuang, Tepung bengkuang, Asetilasi

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Angka kematian ibu (AKI) pada tahun 2021 sebesar 95,32/100.000 kelahiran hidup dan angka kematian bayi sebesar 6,04/100.000 kelahiran hidup, menurut data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang. tahun 2022, dari 189 kehamilan, Puskesmas Poncol mencatat 73 kehamilan dengan risiko tinggi. Bahkan tiga puluh di antaranya menunjukkan kehamilan dengan kode 4T, yang berarti terlalu banyak,terlalu muda, terlalu tua, atau terlalu dekat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan dan perspektif orang-orang tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Poncol. Metode: Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah observasi analitik melalui pendekatan crosssectional. Semua ibu hamil yang berada di wilayah Puskesmas Poncol adalah subjek penelitian ini. Didapatkan 50 responden setelah dilakukan metode sampling berupa purposive sampling dengan kriteriainklusi dan ekslusi. Untuk mengumpulkan data, kuesioner tentang pengetahuan dan pendapat tentang kehamilan risiko tinggi digunakan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Wilcoxon.  Hasil: Mayoritas usia responden tidak berisiko (94%), memiliki tingkat pendidikan SMA (78%), tidakbekerja (56%), primigravida dan multigravida (50%), dan memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup (58%). Mereka juga memiliki sikap yang baik (80%). Hubungan antara pengetahuan dan pekerjaan ditemukan, dengan p-value 0,001(<0,05), dan p-value 0,016(<0,05).  Kesimpulan: Mayoritas ibu hamil memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cukup dan sikap baik terhadap kehamilan risiko tinggi. Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan pekerjaan. Kata kunci: Hamil risiko tinggi, pengetahuan, sikap, ibu hamil.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: ISPA merupakan penyakit yang banyak ditemui di masyarakat. Meskipun demikian,gejala ISPA dapat bersifat ringan sampai berat bahkan dapat menimbulkan kematian. Salah satukeberhasilan pencegahan ISPA adalah pengetahuan masyarakat, yang ditentukan oleh banyak hal,seperti pendidikan dan budaya, dan lainnya.  Tujuan Penelitian: Menganalisis hal-hal yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan masyarakat dalampencegahan ISPA di Puskesmas Bandarharjo Semarang. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi didapat darimasyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bandarharjo. Teknik sampel melalui purposive sampling,diperoleh 30 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan terhadappentingnya pencegahan ISPA, serta faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan tersebut. Analisis dataunivariat dan bivariat dengan chi square. Hasil: Didapatkan hasil mayoritas umur responden adalah usia >35 tahun (73,68%), jenis kelaminperempuan (58%), tingkat pendidikan SMA (52%), bekerja (79%). Tingkat pengetahuan mayoritasbaik (70%) dan tingkat sikap baik (70%). Tingkat pendidikan SMA(61,1%).  Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan, usia, jenis kelamin, dan status pekerjaanterhadap pengetahuan masyakat tentang pencegahan ISPA di wilayah Puskesmas BandarharjoSemarang. Kata kunci: ISPA, pendidikan, pengetahuan.

Abstract

Kopiko's positive reputation as a global brand is a consideration for PT Mayora Indah Tbk in innovating its marketing by choosing a product placement strategy. Product placement is a form of brand placement, product packaging or certain logos that are integrated with the film plot. PT Mayora Indah Tbk chose to market Kopiko in Korean drama series considering that Korean dramas are currently popular and have many fans in the world. This research aims to analyze the use of Korean drama entertainment as a marketing strategy for local Kopiko products. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data comes from search results in various official publications and relevant digital databases. The research results show that the product placement that appears in the drama is done by inserting advertisements naturally in an effort to touch the thoughts and feelings of the audience by clearly displaying the product, brand and logo of the Kopiko candy. Product placement in popular dramas accompanied by the attractiveness of the actresses involved can arouse curiosity in potential consumers to find out more about the product that appears. Kopiko's first appearance in the Korean drama entitled 'Vincenzo', followed by other Korean dramas, became a hot topic of conversation on social media. Indonesian people seem enthusiastic about the emergence of Indonesian brands and quite a few feel proud because local products appear in Korean dramas which have recently been in great demand by people from various parts of the world.

Abstract

Background: One of the issues that arise in the elderly is disturbance cognitive function  is marked by a decrease in cognitive function scores, specifically the MMSE (Mini-Mental State Examination) score. Brain Gym is one of the methods that can rejuvenate cognitive functions, however, some studies show that there are significant changes. Methods: The type of quasi-experimental research with a pretest and posttest approach with control group design. The population of this study was the elderly at the Pucang Gading Social Service Home, taken by purposive sampling as many as 32 elderly who were divided into two groups: control and intervention. Cognitive function was assessed using the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE). The Mann Whitney test was used to analyze differences in changes in cognitive function between the elderly in the control and intervention groups. This research has received ethical approval. Results: Elderly gymnastics significantly increased the MMSE orientation subscale (p=0.001) but not significantly on the registration, attention and calculation, recall and language subscales (p>0.05). The addition of brain gym to elderly gymnastics can significantly increase the MMSE orientation and recall subscales (p<0.05), but not on the registration, attention and calculation, and language subscales (p>0.05). The increase in orientation, attention and calculation, and language functions was higher in the intervention group than in the control group. Conclusion: The addition of brain gym has an effect on increasing the cognitive function of the elderly at the Pucang Gading Social Service Home who receive elderly gymnastics.

Abstract

Zuhro Bakery is baking factory producing various kinds of bread. In this research, there were three kinds of bread that were studied, they were chocolate, mocha and strawberry flavored bread. The problem in optimalization of the production was modeled into a mathematic model which was the linear program in the form obstacle function and objective function. It was then continued by the deciding variable in integer number as the linear program. Then, it was solved by using Branch and Bound method which previously had counted the variable by using the symplex method. From the simplex method, an integer number result was not found, so the Branch and Bound method was used. QM software was chosen in the research to solve the integer problem. A profit was earned with a sale margin of Rp39.000 or 0,42% from the coorporation’s expected profit by using the Branch and Bound method. The amount of bread produced in the periode of three days were 5.400 consosted of 3.060 chocolate flavored bread, 1.440 mocha flavored bread and 900 strawberry flavored bread with the total profit of Rp9.279.000
