Abstract

The urgency of correspondence management in improving teacher performance at the Mis Cendikia Insani Al Washliyah School is an important aspect that must be considered by school management. Effective mail management includes managing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as systematic well-organized document storage. With good correspondence management, important information can be conveyed in a timely and accurate manner, which ultimately supports improved teacher performance. In this context, efficient correspondence management allows teachers to focus on their main tasks, such as lesson planning, teaching implementation, and student evaluation, without being distracted by administrative problems. The use of information technology in correspondence management can also speed up the communication process and reduce the risk of errors or loss of important documents. This research highlights the importance of training and developing correspondence management skills for administrative staff and teachers at the Mis Cendikia Insani Al Washliyah School. With proper training, teachers and staff can better understand and implement an effective correspondence management system. Apart from that, this research also emphasizes the need for support from school management in providing adequate resources and infrastructure to support this system. Thus, improving correspondence management is expected to create a more organized and conducive work environment, which in turn will have a positive impact on teacher performance. Teachers who have easy and fast access to the necessary information and documents can focus more on professional development and improving the quality of teaching. Therefore, good correspondence management is not only an administrative necessity, but also a key factor in achieving higher educational goals at the Mis Cendikia Insani Al Washliyah School.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using interactive learning media on student learning achievement at SMK Tritech Medan. Interactive learning media is a tool designed to increase interaction between students and subject matter, so that it is expected to improve student learning outcomes. The research method used is experimental method with quantitative approach. Students who used interactive learning media showed a higher increase in learning achievement compared to students who used conventional learning media. In addition, students also showed a more positive attitude towards the learning process, which was characterized by increased active participation, enthusiasm, and learning satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, yakni penelitian yang mencoba mengeksplorasi data-data dilapanagan dan menganalisis data melalui proses redukasi data, penyajiandata dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, supervisi akademik yang di lakukan oeh kepala madrasah melalui perencanaan pembelajaran, meliputi pembinaan dalam membuat rencana pembelajaran guna mengetahui tujuan pembelajaran, pengarahan dalam pemilihan metode pembelajaran, menyusun materi dan penggunaan sumber yang akan pergunakan, membuat rancangan selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi di al Washliyah Galang Penggalangan akan bahwa kepala madrasah pada peningkatan profesionalitas guru melakukan bimbingan pada perencanaan pembelajaran, kepala madrasah selalu mengecek dan melihat secara langsung administrasi perangkat pembelajaran yang dibuat masing-masing guru. Pada peningkatan profesionalitas guru akan berkaitan dengan kemampuan kompetensi profesional guru dalam mengkondisikan keadaan kelas jika terjadi masalah. Ketercapaian jam pertemuan mengajar guru dalam satu kali pertemuan dan cara menutupi kekurangan jam. Kegiatan belajar mengajar yang di terapkan di Al Washliyah Galang Penggalangan menggambarkan secara umum kemampuan guru dalam mengelolah kelas, menyelesaikan administrasi pembelajaran, mempersiapkan soal dan memberikan nilai kepada siswa. Kompetensi yang dimiliki guru mampu memberikan gerakan perubahan kepada siswa. Fungsi pengawas yang melakukan tugas supervise akademik pembelajaran akan jelas nampak pada saat guru mendemontrasikan perangkat.
