Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis anak kelompok usia 4 – 5 tahun di Sekolah Laboratorium TK Yasmin melalui penelitian tindakan kelas. Pada dasarnya, pembelajaran di TK Yasmin yang cenderung terstruktur dan sistematis telah memberi kesempatan anak untuk mengembangkan berpikir kritis. Berpikir kritis merupakan suatu bentuk  pengetahuan baru yang diperoleh anak dari hasil sintesis sejumlah pengalaman belajar. Namun demikian kenyataan di dalam proses pembelajaran sering ditemui guru mengalami kendala karena anak cenderung bersikap pasif, enggan bertanya, anak sulit mengomunikasikan kembali proses belajar yang sudah dialami, dan cenderung enggan memecahkan masalah sederhana yang dihadapi. Melalui pendekatan saintifik di sentra balok, diharapkan proses belajar yang selama ini cenderung monoton,  dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis anak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam empat siklus dengan menggunakan model Lewin, dengan indikator berpikir kritis yaitu kemampuan anak dalam a)mengamati; b)menganalisis, c)bertanya dan memahami pertanyaan, d)memecahkan masalah, dan e)kemampuan mengkomunikasikan pada orang lain. Setelah siklus IV, secara klasikal keberhasilan anak mencapai 86%, yang berarti melewati kriteria kesuksesan 80%.

Abstract

The problem discussed in this research is how the ability paraphrasing poetry into prose free of students of grade X in SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa school year 2012/2013. This study aimed to describe the level of ability paraphrasing poetry into prose free grade X. This reasearch uses descriptive method. The population of this research were 280 students’ distributed in 8 classes, 40 (15%) of them were randomly chosen to be taken as the research sampel. The data were collected by using the technique of writing test. Based on the research results, the ability paraphrasing poetry into prose free of students of grade X in SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa quite well with the average 68%.Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah kemampuan memparafrasakan puisi ke dalam bentuk prosa bebas siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kemampuan memparafrasakan puisi ke dalam bentuk prosa bebas siswa kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa yang berjumlah 280 siswa yang tersebar dalam 8 kelas. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini 15% dari jumlah siswa setiap kelas, sehingga jumlah sampelnya 40 siswa. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes tertulis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kemampuan memparafrasakan puisi ke dalam bentuk prosa bebas siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa tergolong baik dengan rata-rata 68%.Kata kunci: kemampuan, memparafrasakan, puisi.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the effect of guided inquiry based student worksheet in increasing inferring and communicating skills on electrolite and non-electrolite solution topic. Population in this study was all students of class X MIPA SMA YP Unila Bandarlampung. Samples in this study were students of class X MIPA 8 as experimental class and students of class X MIPA 2 as control class which obtained by purposive sampling technique. The research method was quasi experiment with non equivalence pretest-posttest control group design. The result showed that n-gain average in experiment class is higher than control class, it confirmed that guided inquiry based student worksheet was effective in increasing inferring and communicating skills on electrolite and non-electrolite solution topic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh LKS berbasis inkuiri terbimbing terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menyimpulkan dan mengomunikasikan pada materi larutan elektrolit dan non-elektrolit. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X MIPA SMA YP Unila Bandarlampung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling, siswa kelas X MIPA 8 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas X MIPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuasi eksperimen dengan desain non equivalence pretest-posttest control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata n-gain dari kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol, hal ini menunjukkan LKS berbasis inkuiri terbimbing berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menyimpulkan dan mengomunikasikan pada materi larutan elektrolit dan non-elektrolitKata kunci: inkuiri terbimbing, keterampilan mengomunikasikan, keterampilan menyimpulkan, lembar kerja siswa

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada abad 21 dimana masyarakat sudah menggunakan teknologi, layak kalau anak-anak usia dini juga dipersiapkan untuk memiliki kemampuan yang lebih baik, utamanya di kemampuan berpikir. Sudah saatnya anak diberikan kegiatan yang lebih menantang dan menggunakan strategi yang tepat sehingga kemampuan anak benar-benar dapat meningkat lebih baik. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis anak melalui bermain sains, salah satu permainan yang disukai anak yaitu bermain balon. Strategi yang dipergunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak, pemecahan masalah (problem solving) dan penemuan terbimbing (Guided Discovery). Masalah yang akan dipecahkan pada tindakan ini adalah bagaimana permainan sains dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis anak, pada kelompok A (4-5 tahun) di Laboratorium Paud Yasmin Jember tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Adapun jenis penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah tindakan kelas, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kali ini peneliti sebagai guru dan guru sebagai observer, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa aktivitas anak selama kegiatan bermain sains, hasil wawancara dengan anak dan guru kelompok A. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bermain sains dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis secara signivikan. Secara klasikal dari 15 anak terdapat 13 anak yang berkembang kemampuan berpikir kritisnya secara individual dan 2 anak yang belum berkembang. Diketahui perkembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis anak secara klasikal yang diperoleh 86,66% yang berarti perkembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis anak kelompok A secara klasikal tercapai. Kata Kunci: berfikir kritis, bermain sains, PAUD. ABSTRACT In the 21st century where people have used technology, it is feasible that early childhood are also prepared to have better abilities, especially being able to think. It's time for children to be given more challenging activities and use the right strategies, and the children ability can really improve better. One of the efforts to improve children's critical thinking skills through playing science, one of the games that children love is playing balloons. Strategies used to improve children's ability, problem solving and guided discovery. The problem that will be solved in this action is how the game of science can improve children's critical thinking skills, in group A (4-5 years) in the Laboratory of Paud Yasmin Jember 2018/2019 academic year. The type of lecturers conducted is class action lectures, data collection methods used in this lecture are observation, interviews and documentation. Data collected in the form of children activities during science playing activities, results of interviews with children and teacher of group A. Based on the results of lecturers, it can be concluded that playing science can improve critical thinking skills in a significant way. Classically from 15 children there are 13 children who develop their critical thinking skills, and 2 children are undeveloped. It is known that the development of children critical thinking abilities classically is 86.66% which means that the development of children critical thinking abilities in group A is classically achieved. Abstract

This paper aims to find out how the development of teacher professionalism is through the performance of teachers in education units at SMP Negeri 35 Medan. This research is a field research (filed research) which is descriptive qualitative, with the aim to be achieved by the researcher is a factual description by collecting The data that will be used are observations, interviews, and documentation obtained directly in the field. The results of research on the development of teacher professionalism through teacher performance in education units at SMP Negeri 35 Medan were carried out with several programs and efforts, namely conducting education and training by carrying out subject teacher meetings (mgmp). teacher professional development in Indonesia in various aspects, namely aspects of teaching career development, aspects of teaching career development and aspects of professional development, First; Teacher education qualification improvement program; Second; Equalization and certification program; Third; Competency-based integrity training program; Fourth; Conduct research. The end of this study is that the development of teacher professionalism through teacher performance is carried out in the school itself by paying attention to the weaknesses of the teacher to become a material for introspection for future improvements. However, the development of teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri 35 Medan is not optimal but still requires guidance and direction in order to achieve the program from relevant stakeholders, both the government and education observers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of collecting market retribution in Sumbawa Regency. This research is a descriptive research that aims to study descriptively the effectiveness and efficiency of collecting market retribution in Sumbawa Regency in 2015-2021. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of revenue target data, revenue realization, and market retribution collection costs in Sumbawa Regency for 2015-2021 obtained from documents and archives available at the Sumbawa Regency Revenue and Financial Management Service. To measure the performance of local governments in mobilizing PAD revenues originating from market levies, it is carried out by using the effectiveness and efficiency ratios of market retribution receipts. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the ratio of the effectiveness of collecting market retribution for Sumbawa Regency in 2015-2021 is in the very effective category. This level of performance effectiveness shows the success of the local government in achieving the goals that have been set. Meanwhile, the efficiency ratio for collecting market levies for Sumbawa Regency in 2015-2021 is in the fairly efficient category. The local government of Sumbawa Regency spends relatively low costs to realize the revenue target it receives so that it can be said that the performance of the local government in mobilizing PAD revenues originating from market retribution collection is quite efficient.

Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas adalah yang mampu menggali kemampuan, membentuk karakter, dan meningkatkan peradaban bangsa. Untuk mencapai hal ini, nilai-nilai keimanan, ketaqwaan, akhlak mulia, kesehatan, ilmu, kecakapan, kreativitas, kemandirian, demokrasi, dan tanggung jawab perlu ditanamkan dalam pendidikan, baik di sekolah maupun pesantren. Saat ini, sebagian besar sekolah hanya fokus pada aspek kognitif dengan pendekatan mekanistik, sementara dimensi nilai dan hubungan sering diabaikan. Dalam menghadapi globalisasi, penulis menawarkan konsep, implementasi, dan pengembangan pendidikan Islam melalui manajemen strategik, dengan tujuan mempertahankan nilai-nilai Qur'an, hadis, ijma', dan qiyas dalam pembelajaran formal dan nonformal. Manajemen strategik melibatkan tiga proses utama: perancangan strategi, pelaksanaan rencana, dan penilaian hasil. Fokusnya terletak pada pengembangan dan penerapan strategi bisnis, dengan keputusan perencanaan yang terikat pada karakteristik khusus perusahaan dari waktu ke waktu. Keputusan strategis ini, dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam, memiliki dampak fungsional dan jangka panjang yang signifikan. Menerapkan strategi memerlukan penetapan tujuan tahunan, panduan, motivasi tenaga pendidik, alokasi sumber daya, dan eksekusi tindakan oleh manajerial guru, karyawan, dan kepala madrasah. Evaluasi strategi menjadi langkah akhir dalam siklus manajemen strategik, yang terdiri dari perumusan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi strategi.

Abstract

Improving student academic achievement is one of the main priorities in the world of education. SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak has implemented various educational programs in an effort to achieve this goal, such as tutoring programs, improving learning facilities, and teacher training. This research aims to activate the effectiveness of educational programs that have been implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak in improving students' academic achievement. The evaluation was carried out using mixed methods, namely a combination of a quantitative approach through analysis of student academic achievement data and a qualitative approach through interviews with related parties. The evaluation results show that the tutoring program has had a positive impact on improving student academic achievement, however the program to improve learning facilities and teacher training has not been fully effective. Based on these findings, this research provides recommendations for optimizing the implementation of educational programs by integrating digital technology, increasing parental involvement, and conducting regular teacher training. With continuous evaluation and improvement, it is hoped that student academic achievement at SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak can continue to improve significantly.

Abstract

In the digital era, information technology plays a vital role in transforming organizational correspondence systems. Implementation of this technology increases efficiency, reduces operational costs, and strengthens information security. Electronic mailing systems replace traditional paper-based methods with digital solutions such as email, document management, and collaboration platforms, which speed up and structure communication. Information technology also supports data integration, document tracking, and better accessibility, thereby increasing organizational productivity and responsiveness. However, the adoption of this technology faces challenges such as the need for adequate technological infrastructure, employee training, and management of organizational culture change. This research discusses the benefits and challenges faced in adopting information technology for correspondence transformation, as well as strategies for optimizing the digitalization process.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication plays an important role in creating a harmonious work environment in schools. As a central figure in education, teachers need effective communication to build strong collaboration and achieve common goals. However, different classroom management perspectives and power relationships can create conflicts and misunderstandings among teachers, which can negatively impact individual and team performance. The purpose of this study is to find out the importance of interpersonal communication in building harmony between teachers and its positive impact on teaching quality. The research methods used are literature reviews and narrative reviews that analyze data from various international journals and previous research papers. The results of the study show that good interpersonal communication can strengthen trust and mutual respect between teachers, facilitate access to information and decision-making, as well as prevent conflicts and improve work efficiency. Effective interpersonal communication has also been proven to increase teacher motivation and job satisfaction, as well as have a positive impact on the quality of student education.
