Abstract

The potential between sub-districts in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency is different. The superior food crop commodities from each sub-district must be directed towards their development, namely the development of production centers and processing centers. This research is entitled Identification of Leading Food Crops Commodities and Development of Regional Growth Centers in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency which aims to identify and analyze the classification of commodities that have comparative and competitive advantages in each sub-district and identify regional growth centers in each sub-district. The analytical methods used in this research are Location Quotient (LQ) Analysis and Shift Share Analysis and Scalogram Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the development plan to become a center for production and processing of food crop commodities is in 3 sub-districts, namely East Baturaja District, Lubuk Raja District and Sinar Peninjauan District. For the East Baturaja District, the direction of development is to become a production and processing center for corn, cassava and sweet potato commodities. For Lubuk Raja Sub-district, the direction of development is to become a production and processing center for corn, peanut, green beans, cassava and sweet potato commodities. Meanwhile, the Sinar Peninjauan Sub-district has a direction of developing into a production and processing center for lowland rice and cassava commodities.

Abstract

The Muaradua Kisam sub-district government as one of the government organizations, of course, also has the main task of providing civil services and public services for its community in addition to empowerment and development tasks. However, in the practice of government in the Muaradua Kisam sub-district in the previous period, there was a tendency for the sub-district government to prioritize development tasks over service tasks to the community. As a result, service tasks that should take precedence, are actually neglected while the implementation of development tasks has also not succeeded in improving welfare that satisfies the community fairly and evenly. This research method is a descriptive method with qualitative data analysis, with the aim of knowing the role of the government in organizing public service management and knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of government services in the muaradua kisam sub-district. The results showed that the role of the Muaradua Kisam sub-district government in the task of organizing public services in Muaradua Kisam sub-district is running well. However, human resources and service facilities are still a factor inhibiting these services. so that it is expected to improve or perfect the role of government in organizing public service tasks in the Muaradua Kisam sub-district, OKU Selatan Regency in the future.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the activities carried out by a company as a form of responsibility, where the company has a responsibility towards the social and environmental community around it and the wider community in order to realize shared prosperity. This research will be conducted at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk in Sukajadi Village, Baturaja Timur District, OKU Regency. The determination of the location was carried out intentionally (Purposive) considering that PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk is the main cement factory in South Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The sampling method used in this study is the stratified random sampling method. With a sample of 60 consisting of 30 people who received the CSR program and Employees. Analysis of the data processed in the study is primary and secondary data. The results of the study show the Realization of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk. observations can be concluded that it has been running effectively. Analysis of the effectiveness of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk towards community empowerment is measured based on 6 indicators, namely increasing individual capacity, increasing economic welfare, health and welfare, social and political participation, infrastructure development and equality and inclusion

Abstract

This community service project aims to develop the cultivation of medicinal plants (TOGA) in Persiapan Sinar Bhakti Village, OKU Regency, as a solution for creating productive and environmentally friendly yards that support food security and public health. The method used in this activity involves providing training to the local community on how to cultivate TOGA plants, followed by the planting of various medicinal plants and vegetables in the available yard. The land used measures 10x15 meters and is divided into two plant blocks, namely Toga Tulip and Toga Wijaya. Some of the plants cultivated include Turmeric, Lemongrass, Kencur, Kumis Kucing, Galangal, White Turmeric, Saga Leaves, Black Sugarcane, Mahkota Dewa, Temulawak, Ginger, as well as vegetables such as Chili, Eggplant, and Water Spinach. This activity not only has a positive impact on the sustainability of yard utilization but also enhances the community's knowledge on the use of medicinal plants for health purposes, while providing an alternative source of income through the cultivation of marketable vegetables. The results of this activity show that the community of Sinar Bhakti Village has successfully understood and implemented the techniques for cultivating medicinal plants and vegetables. This success is expected to improve food security, promote healthier lifestyles, and reduce reliance on chemical medicines for treatment.

Abstract

This community service project aims to introduce and implement Eco brick innovation in creating a sustainable and unique village signboard in Persiapan Sinar Bhakti Village, OKU Regency. The issue faced is the underutilization of environmentally friendly recycled materials in creating public infrastructure such as village signboards. Additionally, Persiapan Sinar Bhakti Village does not yet have a village signboard, making this project essential for establishing the village's identity. The objective of this project is to raise awareness among the community about the importance of using eco-friendly materials and recycling plastic waste into useful products, such as a village signboard made from Eco brick. The method used in this project is training and guidance for the local community on how to make Eco bricks, which are then used to create the village signboard with the text "Desa Persiapan Sinar Bhakti." The results of this activity show that the community successfully processed plastic waste into Eco bricks that are suitable for making a village signboard. Additionally, this project increased the community’s awareness about waste management and the importance of using eco-friendly materials in everyday life.

Abstract

The quality of health services is a measure of health services, both individual and community (population) in order to increase the scope of expected health outcomes such as increasing health levels and decreasing morbidity or pain levels, as well as being dynamic and consistent with the development of health professional knowledge. Based on the results of the study and discussion, it can be concluded that: Work discipline and work facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of services at the Baturaja City Health Center, OKU Regency with a determination coefficient (r2) of 0.920. This means that 92.0% of the high and low quality of health services at the Baturaja City Health Center, OKU Regency is influenced by work discipline and work facilities, the remaining 18.0% is determined by other factors not observed in this study

Abstract

Conflict management is an approach or activity carried out to communicate with parties related to the conflict. This research will be conducted at PT BPR Baturaja (Perseroda). The data processing method uses multiple linear regression. Based on the research, it was concluded that there is a large influence of conflict management on teamwork performance at PT BPR Baturaja (Perseroda), where the variables of coping actions and accommodation do not affect the teamwork performance of PT BPR Baturaja (Perseroda) employees. While the variables of competition, compromise and collaboration affect the teamwork performance of PT BPR Baturaja (Perseroda) employees.

Abstract

Horticulture plays an important and strategic role and occupies a strategic position in the development of the Indonesian agricultural sector because of its role as a major component in the expected food pattern. This research will be conducted at PT BPR This research was conducted in OKU Regency. The determination of the location was carried out intentionally (Purposive) considering OKU Regency. To answer the first problem above, using the mix method analysis technique, combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to support the achievement of final results or strategies (Sugiyono, 2020). Data analysis uses Location Quotient (LQ), and Shift Share in determining superior commodities. Based on the results of the study, the superior commodities of the horticulture sub-sector that can be developed using LQ analysis in OKU Regency are as follows, shallots, large chilies, cayenne peppers, tomatoes, eggplants and spinach with an LQ value> 1 are the base sectors. Meanwhile, based on the Shift Share analysis, the commodities that have progressed are large chilies, cayenne peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and spinach with a shift share value of H> 1, meaning that these commodities have progressed and can meet needs.

Abstract

Kompetensi diartikan sebagai karakteristik dasar yang membedakan satu individu atau karyawan dari yang lainnya, mencakup keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang menunjukkan profesionalisme di bidang tertentu. Program pelatihan menjadi salah satu keunggulan perusahaan, menunjukkan komitmen perusahaan untuk terus berusaha dan berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan potensi karyawan Kinerja yang optimal menjadi manifestasi dari upaya yang dilakukan oleh karyawan, dan hal ini sering menjadi dasar penilaian terhadap anggota dan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah, metode survey. Metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, metode simple random dimana, populasi yang dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian yaitu, ASN yang berposisi sebagai bendahara pada masing - masing Sub Keuangan OPD di OKU sebanyak, 173 orang dari 47 OPD diambil 47 orang bendahara sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai sub keuangan OPD di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu adalah, variable bebas kopetensi, pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja pegawai sub keuangan OPD di Kabupetn Ogan Komering Ulu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (3) Motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (4) Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang yang merupakan pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (3) Motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (4) Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu.
