Abstract

Indonesia, situated within the Pacific Ring of Fire and tropical regions, faces significant vulnerability to natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, and floods. Its geographical conditions heighten the risk of frequent natural disasters, which often have extensive and profound impacts on society and the economy. This study aims to analyze the role of public administration in natural disaster mitigation and its implications for economic stability. It employs a literature review methodology with a qualitative approach, drawing data from scholarly articles available on Google Scholar from 2011 to 2024. The findings underscore the critical importance of public administration in disaster mitigation for maintaining the economic stability of the country. Indonesia, as a nation vulnerable to various natural disasters, has experienced serious human and material losses. The response from the government and related agencies, such as the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), has been pivotal in coordinating mitigation efforts, emergency response, and post-disaster recovery

Abstract

This study aims to analyze sustainable innovation in community service through the integration of digital transformation and community empowerment as an effort to achieve an adaptive and resilient social ecosystem. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method focused on collecting and synthesizing findings from previous studies. Specifically, this study seeks to enrich references related to community service by emphasizing the importance of integrating technological and social aspects. Data were obtained from Google Scholar and various credible websites within the period of 2000–2026. From an initial search of 50 articles, a rigorous selection process based on relevance, quality, and scientific contribution resulted in 34 articles for further analysis using qualitative descriptive techniques. The findings indicate that digital transformation enhances efficiency, information access, and the reach of community service programs. However, without community empowerment, program sustainability remains limited. Conversely, community empowerment without technological support tends to be less effective in addressing dynamic changes. Therefore, integrating both aspects is crucial for creating sustainable innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine the role of agro-technopreneurship in the era of Artificial Intelligence in bridging digital innovation, productivity improvement, and agricultural sustainability. This research employed a literature review method with a qualitative approach. The data was obtained from Google Scholar for the period 2014–2026. Of the 50 articles identified, 33 were selected based on their relevance to the study. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that entrepreneurship education plays an important role in shaping innovative mindsets and technological adaptability, the development of superior human resources enhances analytical capacity and productivity, AI-based digital innovation accelerates efficiency and the transformation of agricultural business models, while sustainability ensures a balance between economic, social, and environmental aspects. The integration of these four aspects creates a synergy that strengthens the competitiveness of agro-technopreneurship in facing global challenges. The limitation of this study lies in the use of a literature review method, which does not provide an in-depth representation of empirical conditions and variations in local contexts. Further research is recommended to employ empirical studies and an integrative model of agro-technopreneurship so that the relationships between variables can be tested in a more contextual and measurable manner

Abstract

Community service is one of the strategic pillars of the higher education Tri Dharma that holds significant potential in promoting the empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as the foundation of a sustainable economic ecosystem. This study aims to expand and enrich scholarly references on community service by examining its role as a driving force for MSME empowerment within the framework of sustainable economic development. The research employs a literature review method using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data were collected from Google Scholar and selected credible websites, covering publications from 2014 to 2026. Of the 50 articles initially identified, a rigorous selection process based on relevance, methodological quality, and source credibility resulted in 31 articles being analyzed further. The findings indicate that community service significantly contributes to enhancing MSME capacity through the strengthening of human capital, social capital, business innovation, and the integration of economic, social, and environmental sustainability principles. This study confirms that community service functions as a strategic instrument in building an inclusive, resilient, and sustainable MSME ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the transformation of competitive Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through community engagement, with a particular emphasis on the integration of digital technology and local wisdom. The research employs a literature review method using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis of 29 selected scientific articles published between 2021 and 2025. Data sources were obtained from Google Scholar and various credible websites relevant to community engagement and MSME development. The findings indicate that community engagement plays a strategic role as an empowerment instrument capable of bridging the gap between academic innovation and the practical needs of MSMEs. The integration of digital technology has been proven to enhance business efficiency and market expansion, while local wisdom functions as a source of differentiation and product identity that strengthens competitiveness. However, the success of MSME transformation is highly dependent on the sustainability of mentoring, the suitability of technology to the capacity of business actors, and sensitivity to the socio-cultural context. This study is expected to contribute to the academic literature on community engagement and serve as a conceptual foundation for policy formulation and sustainable MSME empowerment practices.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of video marketing and digital storytelling on consumer purchase intention through brand engagement among MSMEs in Jakarta. The research is grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Customer Engagement Theory, which together provide the conceptual framework for understanding how visual and narrative-based digital content affects consumer attitudes, engagement, and behavioral intention. The study is driven by real-world challenges faced by MSMEs, particularly the widespread use of video and storytelling content that often fails to generate meaningful engagement or improve sales due to limited emotional depth, weak narrative authenticity, and low digital literacy among business actors. Using a quantitative approach and SEM–PLS analysis on data obtained from 100 MSME respondents, the findings reveal that both video marketing and digital storytelling significantly enhance brand engagement. However, only video marketing shows a significant direct effect on purchase intention, while digital storytelling demonstrates no significant impact and even indicates a negative tendency. Additionally, brand engagement does not serve as a significant mediator for either content strategy. These results highlight that exposure to video or narrative content alone is insufficient without strong contextual relevance and emotional resonance. The study contributes to the development of TPB and Customer Engagement Theory by showing that engagement and intention require deeper psychological processes beyond content exposure and provides practical insights for MSMEs to produce more authentic, emotionally compelling, and culturally aligned digital content.
