Abstract

This study aims to analyse the collaboration form of, and critically discuss the determinant factors of collaboration those are more significantly distorted, in the governance of CSEL’s CSR program on agriculture-based economic empowerment for communities in the Salas village of Bula Sub-District, Eastern Part of Seram Regency in Maluku Indonesia. The collaboration form, the determinant factors of collaboration and their distortion as the main focuses were employed in a qualitative case study. Primary data was collected by using an in-depth interview and Focus Group Discussion. There are 9 key informants. Secondary data was collected by using documentary study on relevant documents (CSR rule & regulation, CSR Reports, etc.). The CSEL’s collaborative CSR program was a type of formal collaboration that was significantly distorted. The stakeholder, communication and also collaboration resources were among the determinant factors which were significantly distorted in the governance of the CSEL’s collaborative CSR program, and therefore it failed for empowering the economy of the host community in the Salas Village. The findings of this study are useful to understand the specific formal collaborative management of CSR in Indonesian oil and gas sectors which were distorted in the CSEL’s collaborative CSR program case; particularly, these findings show the challenges the oil & gas sectors face in managing their collaborative CSR programs by improving the determinant factors of collaboration. This study adapts not only the concept of collaboration form, but also the well-known determinant factors of collaboration into a unique and specific case of CSEL’s formalized collaborative CSR program within the Indonesian oil & gas sectors context that was significantly distorted in practice if compared to other CSR programs of CSEL and others.

Abstract

This research is a study that uses qualitative methods aimed at analyzing the performance of School Administration employees at SMP Negeri 3, Huamual District, West Seram Regency. This research was conducted at the SMP Negeri 3, Huamual District, West Seram Regency. Primary data collection was conducted through interviews with a number of informants who were directly involved in the employee performance process. The results of this study describe that the quality of performance of School Administration employees at SMP Negeri 3, Huamual District in West Seram Regency is generally categorized as not good, this is evidenced by the main tasks of the school administration which are not carried out optimally because the facilities / infrastructure at SMP Negeri 3, Huamual District, West Seram Regency are not adequate so that it affects employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Efektivitas penyaluran bantuan dana jaminan sosial bagi masyarakat di Desa Morikana Kecamatan Mawasangka Tengah Kabupaten Buton Tengah dan faktor-faktor pendukung atau penghambat efektivitas penyaluran bantuan dana jaminan sosial bagi masyarakat di Desa Morikana Kecamatan Mawasangka Tengah Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Morikana Kecamatan Mawasangka Tengah Kabupaten Buton Tengah, Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa efektivitas penyaluran bantuan dana jaminan sosial bagi masyarakat di Desa Morikana Kecamatan Mawasangka Tengah Kabupaten Buton Tengah belum berjalan optimal dan perlu untuk ditingkatkan lagi untuk menunjang efektivitas penyaluran bantuan sosial itu sendiri sehingga mampu berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari indikator proses penyaluran bansos dillihat keterlambatan waktu pelaksanaanya. Indikator tersebut kemudian dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendukung dan fektor penghambat yang mempengaruhi efektivita penyaluran bantuan dana jaminan sosial bagi masyarakat di Desa Morikana Kecamatan Mawasangka Tengah Kabupaten Buton Tengah.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of policies regarding the imposition of community activity restrictions during the pandemic in Ambon City. The method used in this research is qualitative-descriptive with a retrospective policy analysis approach. The research results indicate that the implementation of community activity restrictions in Ambon City is not fully effective due to the mismatch between on-ground implementation and the regulations set by the government. Restrictions on community activities that impact the reduction of human contact intensity in public spaces and the use of masks are not new, and humans have endeavoured to implement these measures when dealing with similar cases like the Spanish Flu and COVID-19 in two different periods. Observing the repeating patterns of major cases that are highly likely to occur again in the future, the model of implementing restrictions on community activities, with its refinements, can be considered an example of controlling emergency problems of epidemic outbreaks and other health disasters with rapid spread and highly destructive impacts.

Abstract

Abstrak - SIMLITMAS merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk mengirimkan usulan, melaporkan progres kegiatan, dan melaporkan hasil kegiatan (penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat) yang berbasis internet (online). SIMLITMAS Pada universitas timor telah diterapkan namun terdapat kekurangan pada beberapa fitur dimana tidak terdapat menu penilaian untuk menilai hasil jurnal yang diupload serta fiturnya masih polos dan kurang menarik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi manajemen penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (SIMLITMAS) berbasis web di Universitas Timor agar terlihat menarik dan menambah fitur – fitur yang masih kurang pada SIMLITMAS sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menerapkan waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (SIMLITMAS). Hasil penelitian ini yakni sistem SIMLITMAS dapat membantu pihak Universitas timor dalam melakukan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat secara mudah, efektif dan terlihat menarik. Kata Kunci: Simlitmas, Sistem Informasi, Waterfall, Website, Universitas Timor. Abstract - SIMLITMAS is an information system used to send proposals, report activity progress, and report the results of activities (research and community service) based on the internet (online). SIMLITMAS has been implemented at Timor University but there are deficiencies in several features where there is no assessment menu to assess uploaded journal results and the features are still plain and less attractive. The aim of this research is to build a web-based research and community service management information system (SIMLITMAS) at the University of Timor so that it looks attractive and adds features that were still lacking in the previous SIMLITMAS. This research applies waterfall as a method for developing a research and community service management information system (SIMLITMAS). The results of this research are that the SIMLITMAS system can help Timor University carry out research and community service easily, effectively and look attractive.Keywords: Simlitmas, Information Systems, Waterfall, Website, Timor University.

Abstract

This study discusses the management of electronic archives across various institutions, focusing on effectiveness, efficiency, and its impact on employee performance. The study examines different strategies for optimizing digital archiving systems, including the implementation of correspondence management applications and relevant policies adopted by both the government and the private sector. Using a quantitative approach, this research is analyzed through statistical methods. The findings indicate that the implementation of digital archiving systems can improve work efficiency, reduce the risk of document loss, and accelerate access to information. However, challenges such as limited technological infrastructure, lack of employee training, and data security issues remain major obstacles to the successful implementation of these systems. Therefore, more comprehensive policies and ongoing training are needed to ensure the sustainability of effective and secure electronic archive management.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the relocation policy of traders in Mardika Market, Ambon, as well as its impact on the social and economic life of the local community. The relocation policies implemented by local governments aim to improve market infrastructure and create a more orderly trading environment. However, the impact of these policies on traders and consumers is not yet fully understood. The methodology used in this study includes a qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. Respondents consisted of traders involved in relocation, consumers, and the government. The results show that relocation has had a positive impact in terms of increased accessibility and convenience for consumers, but it has also posed challenges for merchants, such as increased operational costs and loss of repeat customers. This study highlights the importance of considering social and economic aspects in relocation policy planning. Recommendations for the government include the need for ongoing support for affected traders, as well as strategies to increase public involvement in the decision-making process related to market policies

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengelolaan arsip elektronik dalam berbagai institusi, dengan fokus pada efektivitas, efisiensi, dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Studi ini mengkaji berbagai strategi optimalisasi sistem kearsipan digital, termasuk implementasi aplikasi manajemen surat serta kebijakan terkait yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah dan sektor swasta. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif. penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem pengarsipan digital mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, mengurangi risiko kehilangan dokumen, serta mempercepat akses terhadap informasi. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, kurangnya pelatihan pegawai, serta keamanan data masih menjadi hambatan utama dalam implementasi sistem ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan yang lebih komprehensif serta pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan pengelolaan arsip elektronik yang efektif dan aman

Abstract

The aims of this research is to understand how the role of the public relations andprotocol department in building the image of the Central Maluku RegencyGovernment is carried out and the factors that support and hinder it. Thisresearch is a qualitative type of research and the informants consist of people inthe community as well as public relations and protocol staff. Data were collectedthrough observation, interviews, and document collection. The data wereanalyzed using the qualitative analysis method, which involves the stages ofreduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing.The PublicRelations Department has done its job well in building the image of the CentralMaluku Regency Government by performing the roles of expert advisor,facilitator, and problem solver. As expert advisors, PR employees carry out theirduties to use their abilities to solve problems faced by the organization and findsolutions to these problems. PR serves as a communicator or mediator whoprovides opportunities for the public to participate in the government process byexpressing their views. By being a problem solver, PR helps company leaders takeaction or make decisions in a professional and logical manner. The work of publicrelations and protocol departments in building the government's image issupported and hindered by communication, resources, disposition, andbureaucratic structure.
