Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Aims to analyze and explain the Analysis of Health Service Performance of Medical Personnel at Puskesmas Air Besar, Batu Merah Village, Sirimau District, Ambon City, Maluku Province. Informants in this study amounted to 6 people. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation and analysis techniques using the interactive analysis model from Miles and Huberman, namely conducting data reduction, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Analysis of Health Service Performance of Medical Personnel at the Air Besar Health Center, Batu Merah Village, Sirimau District, Ambon City, Maluku Province, is effective but not optimal. The five indicators are influenced by the quality factors of health service performance at the community health center (Puskesmas).

Abstract

This research was carried out at the PT. Pelindo IV Ambon Branch (Ambon Container Terminal) This research was motivated by the lack of direct socialization from the Ambon Container Terminal to service users regarding existing SOPs, for example socialization of the issue of ship visit fees, and the unavailability of suggestion box facilities so that it makes it difficult for service users in submitting a complaint. The informants taken in this study were limited to employees of the Ambon Container Terminal. This type of research is descriptive research that describes the performance of employees in port services. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive technique. The results of this study indicate that the performance of employees in port services using the mangkunegara method is running quite well, this can be seen from the existing SOPs. It is recommended that the Pelindo IV Ambon branch office (ambon container terminal) carry out more supervision, provide more adequate equipment and conduct training for employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bersifat diskripsi kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode wawancara. Kepemimpinan yang efektif dengan keterampilan adaptif dan fleksibel dianggap sebagai salah satu cara agar Upaya memimpin organisasi dapat dilakukan dengan kepemimpinan situasioanal, yang mendasari kepemimpinan situasional seorang pemimpin adalah proses mengarahkan dan mempengaruhi aktifitas yang berkitan dengan keperjaan dari anggota kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis Gaya Kepemimpin Situasional di Lingkungan Dinas Sosial Kota Ambon dengan menggunakan Indikator gaya kepemimpinan situasional sebagai berikut; 1. instruksi, 2. konsultasi, 3. partisipasi, 4. Delegasi. Dari hasil penelitian dikatakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi dan mendukung Tindakan seorang pegawai adalah kemampuan kepemimpinan pimpinannya. Maka penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional Di Dinas Sosial Kota Ambon. Subjek penelitian 7 orang pegawai dan sekretaris dinas, Dalam penelitian ini peneliti memiliki empat indikator: 1. instruksi, 2. konsultasi, 3. partisipasi, 4.delegasi. Maka berdasarkan hasil Survei Gaya Kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional Kepala Dinas Di Lingkingan Dinas Sosial di  indikator tersebut berhasil.

Abstract

This study examines a collaborative governance (CG) program between the Ambon City Health Agency (ACHA) and USAID APIK (Adaptasi Perubahan Iklim) to improve the capacity of the Geographic Information System (GIS) in the ACHA. The research aims to analyze the processes of CG arrangements, fulfill the capacity of GIS application to health staff, discuss outcomes of collaborative actions to improve the quality of health planning and information services and manage the APIK in the health sector in the local context of Ambon city. The qualitative research applies a case study approach and uses an in-depth interview technique to collect primary data from key informants related to the four dynamics stages of the specific CG program in the local context of Ambon. Secondary data was collected from relevant documents. The main findings are that the CG program has successfully built GIS capacity for over 20 health agency staff, improved health planning and budgeting, and enhanced information services, particularly in delivering community health services in Ambon. The program has been appreciated as one of the successful CG programs in Ambon City, optimizing collaborative processes and aggregating global opportunities for local goals with global impacts.gb777

Abstract

The development of the village is basically the entire process of organizing a series of planned and systematic activities carried out by the village government together with the entire community in various aspects of life, including social, cultural, economic, and political fields, to improve the village's quality of life from an unfavorable state to a perceived better one in the future. The methods used in this Community Service activity include discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and opinions sharing. The results of this Community Service activity are activities dedicated to the community, with discussions about the three development elements present in the Negeri Rumah Tiga Kota Ambon. This provides an overview of how the development of the capabilities of the local population/community and the preparation of mechanisms as the main actors in development are nurtured, ensuring that development proceeds by the established programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan suatu Penelitian Kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan peran pemimpin dalam meningkatkan performa para pegawai di kantor Dinas Sosial Provinsi Maluku. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 37 individu yang merupakan bagian dari populasi penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui distribusi kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah melakukan perhitungan terhadap data yang diperoleh dari lapangan menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment, ditemukan bahwa nilai korelasi sebesar 0,756. Selanjutnya, nilai korelasi ini diuji signifikansinya menggunakan uji t pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05). Hasil dari uji t-test menunjukkan angka sebesar 6,827, yang mengindikasikan bahwa nilai t-test tersebut lebih besar daripada nilai t-tabel yang sebesar 2,021 (6,827 > 2,021). Dari hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara peran pemimpin dan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Sosial Provinsi Maluku.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study aimed at understanding how the Department of Environment and Sanitation of Ambon City manages waste. The research was conducted at the Department of Environment and Sanitation of Ambon City by collecting primary data through interviews with key informants directly involved in waste management activities in Ambon City. The results of the study revealed that waste management in Ambon City is still carried out conventionally through a series of activities, including the collection, transportation, and disposal of waste. The study also identified seven major challenges faced by the Department of Environment and Sanitation of Ambon City. These challenges include population growth, which continuously produces waste, limited infrastructure, low public awareness about the importance of waste management, issues with border waste between Ambon City and three sub-districts in Central Maluku Regency, and marine waste with 141 potential sources of waste entering the sea, particularly in Ambon Bay. Additionally, the enforcement of waste regulations and management of levies also pose significant challenges. In addressing these various challenges, the Department of Environment and Sanitation of Ambon City collaborates with the private sector through partnership programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Mts) in Balpetu Village, Kepala Madan District, South Buru Regency. Although the SBM concept is designed to provide autonomy to schools in resource management, this study identifies significant challenges in its implementation. The main challenges faced include financial limitations, a lack of qualified human resources, inadequate infrastructure, and minimal support from the local community and government. The limited educational facilities, such as buildings still using basic construction materials, as well as restricted electricity and internet access, further hinder the learning process. Additionally, operational funds sourced from the BOS program remain insufficient to meet the school's needs. This research employs a qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. Based on the findings, it is recommended that the local government and the Ministry of Religious Affairs pay more attention to the educational conditions in this area and provide adequate support to address the issues faced. This is essential to ensure optimal learning quality and achieve the desired educational goals. This research is expected to serve as a reference for developing school-based education policies in remote areas.

Abstract

Birokrasi merupakan instrumen penting dalam masyarakat yang keberadaannya diakui secara hukum dan diatur oleh perundang-undangan. Proses yang panjang dan birokratis sering kali dianggap sebagai hambatan dalam memberikan pelayanan yang cepat dan efisien, sehingga mempengaruhi kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan publik. birokrasi yang sakit atau patologi birokrasi menjadi istilah yang menggambarkan kondisi buruk yang dihadapi oleh birokrasi di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan dalam studi ini adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk memperoleh data, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa penelitian pustaka (library research). Dalam metode ini, data yang dicari dan dikumpulkan berasal dari kajian pustaka, termasuk buku-buku dan sumber kepustakaan lainnya yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan. Upaya untuk mengatasi patologi birokrasi meliputi reformasi administrasi publik, implementasi good governance, penguatan etika dan moralitas, pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan, serta partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam pengawasan birokrasi. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan birokrasi yang lebih transparan, akuntabel, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Penerapan prinsip good governance seperti partisipasi publik, peran hukum yang kuat, dan transparansi informasi adalah kunci untuk merubah budaya birokrasi yang rentan terhadap patologi. Dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan ini, diharapkan birokrasi dapat berfungsi lebih efisien dan melayani masyarakat dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui Profesional Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam menunjang Kualitas Kerja di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Ambon yang dilatarbelakangi Kehadiran yang tidak tepat Waktu, Rendahnya Motivasi Kerja, Kurangnya keterampilan dan Pelatihan, Sarana dan Prasarana yang Tidak Memadai, dan Komunikasi yang Tidak Efektif.. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 42 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, kuisoiner menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penilitian ini menunjukan bahwa  Profesional ASN (X) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap Kualitas Kerja (Y). Meskipun hanya 22,4% dari variasi dalam Kualitas Kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh Profesional ASN, hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya profesionalisme ASN dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerja. Sementara itu, sekitar 77,6% variasi dalam kualitas kerja disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang perlu diidentifikasi dan diteliti lebih lanjut untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas kerja ASN. Oleh karena itu, perlu diperlukan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor lain tersebut dan memahami bagaimana mereka dapat diintegrasikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja secara keseluruhan.
