Abstract

Radical content in procedural meaning is content which have provoke the violence, spread the hatred and anti nationalism. Radical definition for each country is different, especially in Indonesia. Radical content is more identical with provocation issue, ethnic and religious hatred that is called SARA in Indonesian languange. SARA content is very difficult to detect due to the large number, unstructure system and many noise can be caused multiple interpretations. This problem can threat the unity and harmony of the religion. According to this condition, it is required a system that can distinguish the radical content or not. In this system, we propose text mining approach using DF threshold and Human Brain as the feature extraction. The system is divided into several steps, those are collecting data which is including at preprocessing part, text mining, selection features, classification for grouping the data with class label, simillarity calculation of data training, and visualization to the radical content or non radical content. The experimental result show that using combination from 10-cross validation and k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) as the classification methods achieve 66.37% accuracy performance with 7 k value of kNN method[1].

Abstract

Indonesia is a maritime country where fish is the most widely extracted and consumed marine natural resource, one of which is snapper. Snapper contains high protein. Therefore, it is suitable for health. Red snapper or Lutjanus campechanus is one economical fish with a broad market share. Red snapper is a demersal fish group that ranks third with the most exported commodities after tuna and shrimp. In addition, snapper is one of the most common consumption fish in Indonesia. Therefore, the community needs to be able to identify the freshness of the fish. Fish freshness detection is done manually by touching the fish's body, eyes, and gills. However, this can cause accidental damage to the fish parts, which will be very detrimental. Several studies on identifying fish freshness explain that the VGGNet-16 Architecture on the Convolutional Neural Network algorithm is superior in its modeling performance. This research uses a different fish object, a red snapper object, with two different architectures from several previous studies, namely the Le-Net15 and VGGNet-16 architecture. This research focuses on the eye image carried out through the pre-processing data stage by cutting the fish body, followed by augmentation to reproduce the image data without losing its essence before training the dataset. The model will be trained using the Adam optimization method with very fresh and not fresh predictions. The experimental results of the classification of two classes of red snapper freshness using 600 fish images show that VGGNet-16 achieves the best performance compared to the LeNet-5 architecture, where the classification accuracy reaches 98.40%.

Abstract

Fakfak is the number one nutmeg producing area in Indonesia with a land area of around 16,011 Ha. Nutmeg production is projected to continue to increase until 2020, recorded in 2011 the production of nutmeg in particular reached 12,884 tons or 25 percent of the total Indonesian nutmeg production. This increase was not followed by an increase in market share. One solution to get a wider nutmeg market is exports. But currently not all requests for nutmeg can be fulfilled, because the quality of the nutmeg does not meet the requirements requested. One factor is the surface defects in the nutmeg skin that affects the quality of the fruit, especially the appearance of the fruit. The sorting of nutmegs has so far been using conservative methods, namely by observation based on experience (self-taught). This manual method is felt to be less effective because it depends on the conditions and conditions of the sorting staff, different perceptions between each sorter, takes a long time, requires large costs and involves many workers. To deal with these problems, our previous research developed a method for classifying nutmeg seeds, using image processing methods with color and shape parameters combined with a neural network and sigmoid convolution classification algorithm as a validation method, an accuracy of 87%, but this has not been said to be optimal so we try to use the same approach with the latest method improvements using the R-CNN Faster obtained the best accuracy of 95% with a learning rate of 4000 with a processing time of 0.04 minutes per second.

Abstract

Fakfak Regency is one of the regencies of West Papua province located in Indonesia. Fakfak Regency is also known as an abundant producer of myristica fragrans and seeds so that Fakfak City is often dubbed as the city of myristica fragrans. However, there is a problem that often occurs in myristica fragrans farmers, namely the occurrence of aflatoxin attacks.  One way to deal with aflatoxin attacks caused by fungi and Aspergillus flavus is to dry myristica fragrans seeds.  The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the relationship between the drying time of myristica fragrans seeds with the amount of moisture content using a blower on an electric stove. As well as to find out the analysis of moisture content tests based on SNI standards from the results of drying myristica fragrans seeds using a blower on an electric stove. The method used in this study is the design of a myristica fragrans seed dryer using an electric stove. This design uses an electric stove as a drying heat source and uses a blower to suck the heat temperature from the electric stove. The results of this study are The relationship between drying time and moisture content in myristica fragrans drying equipment using an electric stove is y = -3.2034x + 44.795 with R2 = 0.9463. Based on SNI standard 01-0006-1993, the appropriate moisture content value in a myristica fragrans seed dryer using an electric stove is, within 10 hours a moisture content value of 9.77% is obtained and within 13 hours a moisture content value of 6.28% is obtained

Abstract

Social media platforms like TikTok have been utilized as a means of information dissemination and digital promotion due to their ability to reach a broad, interactive audience. However, the adoption rate of technology, particularly TikTok, among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jambi City is low. This condition is influenced by limited digital literacy, lack of understanding of technology benefits, and low readiness to utilize available features. The purpose of this study is to analyze factors influencing the decision to adopt TikTok by MSMEs in Jambi City by applying the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) model. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0, and involving 100 MSME respondents in Jambi City. The results showed that of the three hypotheses tested, one was accepted, namely organizational factors have a positive and significant effect on TikTok adoption. In contrast, the other two hypotheses were rejected, namely technological and environmental factors do not show significant influence on the decision to adopt TikTok. These findings suggest that internal factors, such as organizational readiness and support from business owners, are the main drivers of TikTok adoption by MSMEs compared to external factors.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan front-end Sistem Informasi Pemancingan S untuk mendukung digitalisasi proses operasional dan layanan pelanggan. Permasalahan utama pada objek penelitian meliputi pencatatan transaksi yang masih dilakukan secara manual, keterlambatan akses data operasional, verifikasi pelanggan yang bergantung pada ingatan pegawai, serta keterbatasan akses informasi dan layanan mandiri bagi pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design Thinking yang terdiri dari tahap empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi non-partisipatif dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pemilik, pegawai, dan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan rancangan high-fidelity prototype dan implementasi front-end berbasis React dengan pembagian akses untuk pengguna publik, Owner, Employee, dan Member. Fitur yang dihasilkan mencakup pengelolaan data bisnis, registrasi kedatangan, pemesanan, pembayaran, nota transaksi, riwayat transaksi, laporan, serta layanan mandiri pelanggan. Evaluasi usability dilakukan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap responden yang mewakili peran pengguna sistem. Hasil evaluasi memperoleh skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 88,6, yang menunjukkan bahwa antarmuka sistem berada pada kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dirancang dapat mendukung kebutuhan utama Pemancingan S dalam meningkatkan keteraturan pencatatan, akses informasi, dan layanan digital berbasis peran. Kata kunci: sistem informasi; Design Thinking; front-end; System Usability Scale; usability;   Abstract - This study aims to design and implement the front-end of the Pemancingan S Information System to support the digitalization of operational processes and customer services. The main problems identified in the case study include manual transaction recording, delayed access to operational data, customer verification that depends on employee memory, and limited access to self-service information for customers. This study applies the Design Thinking method, consisting of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages. Data were collected through non-participatory observations and semi-structured interviews with the owner, an operational employee, and customers. The results of this study include a high-fidelity prototype and a React-based front-end implementation with role-based access for public users, Owner, Employee, and Member. The implemented features include business data management, arrival registration, ordering, payment, transaction receipt, transaction history, reporting, and customer self-service. Usability evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with respondents representing the system’s user roles. The evaluation results show an average SUS score of 88.6, indicating that the system interface is in a very good usability category. Therefore, the designed system can support the main needs of Pemancingan S in improving transaction recording, information access, and role-based digital services.
