Abstract

The issue of financial management, particularly in terms of debt and investment, presents a significant challenge for many individuals in Indonesia. A large portion of the population lacks sufficient understanding of personal finance, debt, and investment management, which leads to long-term financial difficulties. This study aims to implement financial management training focused on debt and investment management, with the goal of improving the community's ability to manage finances more wisely and effectively. The training was conducted in Lubuk Pakam District, with participants from diverse backgrounds. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding of healthy debt management strategies and the fundamentals of profitable investment. It is expected that this training will have a positive impact on the long-term economic well-being of the community.

Abstract

This research aims to examine residents' perceptions of the influence of location and price on purchasing decisions at Indomaret, Purwobinangun Village, Langkat Regency. The background to this research is based on the phenomenon of the increasing number of modern retail outlets penetrating rural areas, which were previously dominated by traditional markets. The presence of Indomaret as the only modern retail in this area creates challenges for local stalls and creates differences in prices and ease of access for consumers. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach with an interview method with residents of Purwobinangun Village and its surroundings as informants. The research results show that even though Indomaret's location is far from the city center, local people feel that the location is strategic because it is close to their settlements and easy to access. Apart from that, the price difference with local shops is considered reasonable, and promotions held by Indomaret increasingly attract consumers to shop. In conclusion, location and price factors at Indomaret play a significant role in influencing village community purchasing decisions. This research is important to understand the adaptation of village communities to modern retail and apply it to local market development.

Abstract

Bisnis ritel berkembang sangat pesat, Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan bisnis retail yaitu pertumbuhan jumlah konsumen khususnya konsumen kelas menengah di Indonesia yang sangat pesat. Era globalisasi membawa masyarakat ke dalam perilaku yang konsumtif, dimana belanja menjadi sebuah lifestyle. Abstract

Work life balance pada karyawan dapat membantu karyawan untuk menghadapi berbagai tuntutan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi yang harus dipenuhi dan membantu karyawan mempertahankan perasaan senang terhadap pekerjaannya. Kemudian akan berpengaruh positif pula terhadap kepuasan kerja karena peran seorang karyawan dipekerjaannya merupakan aspek yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan pribadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur yang didasarkan pada penelititan terdahulu dengan kriteria yang sesuai dengan variable penelitian.

Abstract

The rapid growth of technology has made all sectors influential, namely the education sector, industry, as well as the economic, financial and banking sectors. The link between the millennial generation and the development of fintech, one of which is because the millennial generation is a technology literate generation that is able to accept a financial technology innovation. The purpose of the study was to determine the extent of the role of the millennial generation in the development of fintech. This research was conducted on Islamic banking students at STAI Al-Ishlahiyah Binjai Stambuk 2016, and the data collection in this collection was through a qualitative descriptive method. This research method uses inductive, then analyzed and then presented in writing in the report, namely in the form of data found from interviews, and documentation. The results of research conducted with Islamic banking students STAI Al-Ishlahiyah Binjai regarding the role of the millennial generation in the development of fintech is very important, this is shown by the results of interviews that researchers have conducted, namely 7 out of 10 students have understood fintech and they participate in the development of fintech that which in this case they have played a role in the development of financial technology today, and the rest of them do not understand and are not interested in using fintech due to the lack of education and socialization about fintech.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by Bika Ambon Nasywa, a traditional cake producer located in Sunggal Deli Serdang, Medan City, North Sumatra. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. Data analysis was carried out using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) framework to identify internal and external factors that influence the marketing of Bika Ambon Nasywa products. The results of the study indicate that the main strength of the product lies in its distinctive taste and the quality of the raw materials used, while weaknesses include limited product and packaging innovation. Opportunities that can be utilized include increasing consumer interest in traditional culinary and the development of information technology for digital marketing. Threats faced include competition with similar products and changes in consumer preferences. Based on this analysis, it is recommended that Bika Ambon Nasywa increase product innovation, improve packaging design, and utilize digital platforms such as social media for promotion in order to expand market share and increase sales.

Abstract

Tujuan MW CAFE, sebuah bisnis kafe, adalah untuk memberikan lingkungan yang nyaman dan damai kepada para pelanggan selain minuman dan makanan. Karena MW CAFE adalah kepemilikan perseorangan, pemilik memikul semua tanggung jawab atas semua risiko dan tindakan yang berhubungan dengan bisnis. Selain itu, struktur bisnis terbaik untuk usaha kecil dan menengah adalah kepemilikan perseorangan. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui bauran pemasaran yang telah diterapkan oleh MW CAFE; 2) mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi strategi MW CAFE; dan 3) menyusun dan merekomendasikan alternatif strategi yang efektif dan efisien untuk MW CAFE dalam kaitannya dengan unit bisnis. Perkembangan MW CAFE dipengaruhi oleh elemen eksternal dan internal, termasuk lokasi perusahaan, teknologi informasi, sikap konsumen, sumber daya manusia, dan kondisi keuangan. Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor keberhasilan di MW CAFE, termasuk Critical Success Factors yang berkontribusi dalam mencirikan kemampuan bersaing, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode CSF. Tujuan dari strategi ini adalah untuk memberikan interpretasi yang lebih jelas terhadap tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tindakan dan data yang diperlukan untuk membangun fondasi yang kuat untuk kelancaran operasional MW CAFE. Strategi selanjutnya adalah rencana integrasi ke depan yang mencakup promosi pemasaran dan optimalisasi pemasaran digital.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see how price and product quality influence consumer buying interest at the Surya Mas Rinda Accessories Store which is located in the Medan City Market Center. The variables studied include price as (X1), product quality as (X2) and consumer purchasing interest as (Y). Data for this research was obtained through a survey with a sample of 77 people selected randomly. The technique used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, namely the t test and f test as well as the coefficient of determination using SPSS 26. The results of the t test show that price has no significant effect on consumer buying interest at the Surya Mas Rinda Accessories Shop, while product quality has a significant effect on consumer buying interest at the Surya Mas Rinda Accessories Store. The results of the f test show that price and product quality simultaneously influence consumer buying interest at the Surya Mas Rinda Accessories Store. The results of the coefficient of determination show that price and product quality influence consumer buying interest with a value of 37.7% and the remaining 62.3% is influenced by other variable factors outside this research. So it can be concluded that consumers are not sensitive to price as long as the product quality remains good.

Abstract

From the initial research that researchers did, the Ramen and Burger House was a place to eat that sold Japanese specialties and others. This Ramen and Burger House sets prices that are relatively cheap and can be reached by all levels of society. This is a very good strategy to survive in competition with similar companies. Besides setting a relatively cheap price, the Ramen and Burger Houses also always provide a variety of quality products for all consumers. Currently there are more than 77 types of products that are presented with good quality every day. Ramen and Burger houses offer a variety of products for consumers to choose, it will make the Ramen and Burger House more crowded by consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in the effect of product, price and location on the satisfaction of direct consumers and consumers of Grab Food at Ramen and Burger Houses. The number of samples in this study was 100 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously product, price and location variables had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction both directly and through Grab Food at Ramen and Burger Restaurants. Product variables, price variables and location variables contribute to direct consumer satisfaction variables of 28.3% and the remaining 71.7% are determined by other variables outside the contribution of this study. For ordering through Grab Food, the product, price and location variables contribute to the consumer satisfaction variable of 22.6% and the remaining 77.4% is determined by other variables outside the contribution of this research.
