Objective: Analyzes the effect of communication, leadership, and teamwork on nurse discipline. Methods: This quantitative research uses an analytical observational approach and a cross-sectional research design. With the analysis of the data, a linear regression test. The sample was selected using the cluster random sampling method with 36 respondents. Result: This shows the results of a linear regression test with a communication value of p = 0.024, a leadership p = 0.057, and a work team value of p = 0.004, so it can be supposed that there is an influence between the effectiveness of the work team and nurse discipline. So, it can be concluded that the point of communication and the effectiveness of the work team affect the discipline of nurses. Conclusion: the effect of the level of communication effectiveness and the effectiveness of the work team on the discipline of nurses. The story of the effectiveness of nurses can be increased by regulating the flow of information by sending authorized delegates. Abstract

Hypertension is a health problem that often occurs in senior citizens and can increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other health complications. Health education about hypertension among senior citizens has become very important to improve their understanding of this condition. The purpose of this activity is to implement health promotion and preventive efforts based on collaboration between professions in providing hypertension health education to the elderly. The method used is material presentation, discussion, and evaluation of activities. The result of the implementation of this activity is an increase in elderly knowledge about hypertension from poor to good. It was concluded that there was a need for periodic socialisation involving many communities and cadres. Families are expected to apply at home and disseminate information related to hypertension. Through this increased knowledge, it is hoped that senior citizens can take preventive and proactive steps in managing their blood pressure, promoting heart health, and improving their overall quality of life. This holistic approach involves collaborating with health workers, drawing on local resources, and ensuring social support is in place to support efforts to prevent and manage hypertension among senior citizens

Abstract

Stunting in toddlers is a global health problem that requires serious attention, especially in developing countries. This community service activity aims to examine the role of families in stunting prevention in toddlers, focusing on educational aspects. The family has a significant role in ensuring the optimal growth and development of children. This community service activity is carried out through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results showed that family education is closely related to stunting prevention, involving understanding nutrition, healthy eating, sanitation, and hygiene practices. Factors such as a family's education level, socioeconomic status, and access to health services affect a family's ability to implement stunting prevention practices. Therefore, appropriate and easily accessible educational programmes need to be developed to increase family knowledge and awareness about the importance of child growth and development. This activity recommends that the government, health institutions, and health practitioners integrate educational approaches into stunting prevention programmes. Collaborative efforts between various parties are needed to create an environment that supports optimal child growth and reduces stunting at the population level.

Abstract

The stunting rate at the Ujoh Bilang Health Centre in 2020 was 60 toddlers; in 2021 it dropped to 30 toddlers, and in 2022 the stunting rate dropped to 13 toddlers. In the implementation of the stunting programme at the Ujoh Bilang Health Centre, it is still not running optimally, as seen from the information aspect, the availability of local PMT infrastructure facilities, and the attitude of the implementers. This study is to find out the implementation of the decline acceleration programme at the Ujoh Bilang Health Centre from the perspective of information, the availability of local PMT infrastructure facilities, and the attitude of the implementers. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. In-depth interview, observation, and documentation techniques. A and 6 informants, namely 1 Head of the Health Centre, 1 Head in Charge of the Stunting Programme, 1 Midwife of the Ujoh Bilang Health Centre, 1 Posyandu Cadre, 1 pregnant woman, and 1 mother under five. The results of this study found that information and education in the implementation of the Acceleration Programme in the work area of the Ujoh B Ilang Health Centre were not good enough. The availability of PMT is already good because of the funds available, which are given in the form of food, such as milk, eggs, cooking oil, sugar, green beans, and peanuts, and then in the form of snacks and main meals. The attitude of the implementers in the implementation of the stunting programme in the work area of the Ujoh B Ilang Health Centre has been well demonstrated to the community. It can be concluded that for the delivery of information, it is hoped that the Puskesmas can carry out the programmeme according to the time stated in the programmeme implementation information. Then it is hoped that the Puskesmas also needs to pay attention to the obstacles to delivery with villages that have limited access due to the location of long coverage and limited networks; it is hoped that the Puskesmas can further increase cooperation with the village to find solutions related to the obstacles experienced together. For the provision of additional food (PMT), it is hoped that the organisers can continue to monitor for people who have not received the distribution. If there are people who do not participate in the programme, it is hoped that the organisers, both Puskesmas and Posyandu cadres, can find out and distribute the PMT. Regarding the attitude of the implementers, it is hoped that the Puskesmas can maintain and increase a positive and responsive attitude to the community, especially the target of the programmeme, so that they are more enthusiastic about participating in the programmeme.
