Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge and skills for MSMEs in Teluk Bakau Village, Bintan Regency in Small and Medium Enterprises Strategic Planning and to find out the response of MSMEs in Teluk Bakau Village, Bintan Regency with knowledge and skills regarding Small and Medium Enterprises Strategic Planning. The activities carried out by the Community service team are related to the strategic planning of Small and Medium Enterprises so that they can help MSMEs to plan strategically in running their business. The activities carried out can help with the problems of Teluk Bakau Village, Bintan Regency which is a village with the potential for the typical Tanjung Pinang food industry but has not been well organized and with the hope of having skills in strategic planning for its business

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know leadership, work discipline and job satisfaction as an indicator of the performance of PT employees. ISS Indonesia which is placed in pt area. Ciba Vision Batam. The study sampled 83 respondents. A data source is primary data with a method of collecting data using linkert scale questionnaires. By using simple rundom sampling to know the respondent's response about each variable. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and anilisis of analiysis pathways/parts. The results of the track analysis showed that leadership on employee performance, work discipline to performance karayawan, leadership to job satisfaction, work discipline to job satisfaction and leadership to work disciplines have a significant effect because the t-statistical value is above the t-table (t-table with significance 5% and DF = 78 is 1.990847). The results of the coefficient of leadership paramater to employee performance amounted to 0.153933, work discipline to the performance of karayawan amounted to 0.263547, leadership to job satisfaction of 0.506856, work discipline to job satisfaction of 0.361410 and leadership to work discipline of 0.488510.

Abstract

Kawasan kampung otak-otak merupakan suatu kawasan yang menjual makanan yang terbuat dari bahan dasar ikan, tepung, bumbu rempah dibalur menjadi satu kemudian di sampul dengan daun kelapa dan dipanggang di atas kayu arang makanan tersebut terkenal dengan nama otak-otak. Penjual otak-otak banyak ditemukan di Kepulauan Riau ini salah satunya yaitu kawasan otak-otak Sungai Enam Kecamatan Bintan Timur Kabupaten Bintan. Otak-otak ini menjadi salah satu ciri khas identitas kuliner, yang memanfaatkan sumber daya alam lokal yang ada di kabupaten Bintan, memiliki 16 (enam belas) penjual otak-otak dengan kiosnya amsing-masing. Namun tidak adanya pemerataan hasil penjulan karena hanya beberapa penjual yang mendapat perhatian dari konsumen, hal ini menjadi kecemburuan tersendiri diantara penjual otak-otak. Hasil pendampingan kegiatan bisa menjembatani kesenjangan penjualan ddemeanmembantu mempromosikan semua kios menggunakan jasa Inflencer, yang memiliki follower cukup banyak. Tahapan kegiatan pendampingan pada kegiatan ini dimulai demean sosialisasi pemahaman tentang pemasaran digital menggunakan media sosial seperti Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, dan pelaksaaan shooting langsung oleh Selegram ke semua kios yang ada di kampong Otak-otak Kabupaten Bintan. Hasil Kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasa ada hal lain yang bisa meningkatan penjualan dengan yaitu meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan packaging produk agar bisa memiliki nilai jual yang lebih.
