Abstract

Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh working capital turnover, receivable turnover, inventory turnover dan total asset turnover terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021 sebanyak 90 dengan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti sehingga memperoleh hasil sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan. Model analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu aplikasi menggunakan SPSS versi 22 sebagai alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa working capital turnover dan inventory turnover  tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas (ROA),sedangkan receivable turnover dan total asset turnover berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas (ROA).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the characteristics of problems, policies and environments on the implementation of financial management policies at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Taliabu Island Regency.This research uses qualitative research methods with a grounded theory approach. The results showed that the characteristics of the problem of implementing financial management policies at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Taliabu Island Regency are still difficult to communicate matters in financial techniques because the human resources in BPPKAD are still lacking and limited. The implementation of regional financial management policies at BKPSDM in the Taliabu Island Regency Government has been clearly stated in Law No. 33 of 2014. Community groups influence the policy implementation process both in the nature of supporting the program and those opposing the program.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between financial literacy and lifestyle on the financial management of housewives and to find out the differences in financial literacy, lifestyle and financial management of housewives. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample used was 85 fitu village housewives at Moment Ramadhan 1444 H, this study used the Nonprobability Sampling method. Data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, requirements analysis test, t test, and F test. The results of this study are that the financial literacy variable has no effect on the financial management of housewives. Meanwhile, lifestyle variables affect the financial management of housewives.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the fiscal illusion of the mining area paradox in North Maluku Regency/City which is affected by  the flypaper effect by regression on Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Fund and Revenue Sharing Fund on Regional Expenditure. The data collection method uses census techniques. There are 10 districts/cities in this study with a total of 50 observations from 2018-2022. The technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis technique using the E-Views  12 statistical test tool. The results of this study Fiscal illusions in North Maluku can include a variety of aspects related to perceptions or beliefs that may not correspond to the actual economic reality. Revenue from the mining sector, dependence on central transfer funds, increased revenue from massive investment are gaps in the occurrence of fiscal illusions in districts/cities in North Maluku Province. Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Fund and Profit Sharing Fund affect regional expenditure and there is a flypaper effect symptom in districts/cities in North Maluku province.

Abstract

Using the measurement characteristics suggested by Chen and Volve, this study attempts to assess and evaluate the degree of financial literacy among students at Khairun University's Faculty of Economics and Business. Descriptive quantitative research using a questionnaire survey method is the methodology employed. 139 respondents were selected for this study using a purposive selection strategy combined with a non-probability sampling technique. By dividing the number of actual scores by the number of ideal scores and multiplying the result by 100 percent, data analysis was done at the percentage level. According to the study's findings, 67.58% of students at Khairun University's Faculty of Economics and Business are financially literate. It is on a medium scale according to the Chen and Volve financial literacy measurement index. The results of the examination of financial literacy levels were then found to be influenced by respondent demographic characteristics, including gender, GPA, and parents' income.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, businesses are increasingly relying on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making agility. This research explores how ERP systems can be optimized to support agile decision-making processes, which are essential for organizations to remain competitive and adaptive to rapid technological changes. With the growing complexity and volume of data, traditional ERP systems may not fully meet the dynamic requirements of modern businesses, thus necessitating enhancements that enable faster, data-driven decision-making. The study employs a qualitative approach, gathering insights from ERP users and experts across various industries. The research investigates the challenges faced by organizations in utilizing ERP systems for agile decision-making, focusing on system integration, real-time data processing, and user adaptability. Furthermore, it identifies the critical features that ERP systems must have to enhance decision-making flexibility, including advanced analytics capabilities, cloud-based functionalities, and seamless integration with emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). The findings suggest that ERP systems need to evolve beyond traditional transactional functionalities, incorporating agile methodologies that prioritize rapid information processing and real-time responsiveness. Additionally, the study highlights the importance of organizational culture and training in maximizing the benefits of these optimized ERP systems. This research contributes to the understanding of how ERP systems can be leveraged as a strategic tool for agile decision-making in the digital transformation era. The study provides actionable insights for both practitioners and scholars, offering a framework for enhancing ERP system capabilities to meet the evolving demands of modern businesses. Recommendations for future research include the exploration of specific ERP tools and strategies that can further improve decision-making agility in various sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Self-Efficacy on Financial Management Behavior of SMEs with Financial Literacy as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach and involves the population of Small and Micro Enterprises (SMEs) street vendors of agricultural produce in traditional markets in Central Ternate City, North Maluku Province. The sample in this study consists of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using statistical software Smart PLS 4. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Financial Self-Efficacy has a significant positive influence on Financial Management Behavior; (2) Financial Literacy acts as a moderating variable and can strengthen the effect of Financial Self-Efficacy on Financial Management Behavior in a positive and significant way. This study emphasizes that an increase in financial self-efficacy, supported by adequate financial literacy, can encourage more effective financial management behavior among SME actors.

Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: This study aims to investigate the relationship between financial knowledge, financial attitude, and household financial management practices in South Halmahera Regency. This research serves as financial literacy for the community and aims to develop targeted and effective financial literacy policies and programs in rural areas.Methodology: The research design employs a survey method due to its quantitative approach. Based on calculations using the Slovin's formula, the sample consists of 73 households or housewife selected through purposive sampling. Statistical analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS.Findings: The first, second, and third hypotheses were accepted based on significance levels smaller than the alpha value.Conclusion: This indicates that the better the financial knowledge of household mothers, the greater the potential for effective and responsible financial management in households in Amasing Kali Village. Furthermore, based on the hypothesis testing results, financial attitude influences financial management. This implies that the financial attitude of household mothers in Amasing Kali Village contributes to financial management as household managers.Â
