Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan model prediksi financial distress dan model prediksi terbaik dengan melihat tingkat keakurasian tertinggi dalam memprediksi financial distress pada perusahaan Asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2017sampai dengan 2020. Jumlah sampel penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling didapatkan sebanyak 60 perusahaan asuransi.Metode analisis yang dipergunakan ialah metode analisis regresi logistic dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Model Altman, Model Zmijewski dan Model Springate dapat digunakan dalam memprediksi financial distress pada perusahaan asuransi serta model yang memiliki tingkat akurasi paling tinggi dan menjadi model predictor terbaik adalah model zmijewski dengan nilai 79,4%, sedangkan model dengan tingkat akurasi terendah terdapat pada model springate dengan nilai 33,3%. Kata Kunci: Financial Distress, Model Altman, Model Springate, dan Model Zmijewski

Abstract

Beban kerja berlebih dan kejenuhan kerja pegawai memiliki hubungan erat dengan kinerja pegawai, dimana target penelitian ini fokus pada beban kerja berlebih dan kejenuhan kerja, serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel yang memediasi antara beban kerja dan kejenuhan kerja. Objek penelitian dilaksanakan pada Instansi/OPD di Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah yang memiliki hubungan terhadap pelayanan yang linier dan saling berkaitan antara satu instansi dengan instansi lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden yang berpartisipasi sebanyak 86 pegawai yang bertugas di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil, Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi dan Puskesmas Weda Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, kejenuhan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, beban kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kejenuhan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara beban kerja dan kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara kejenuhan kerja dan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine and test the Influence of Good Government Governance Principles on the Quality of Financial Reports Moderated by Human Resource Competence. This study uses a quantitative approach, where the data used is in the form of numbers or quantitative data that has been processed. The population that is the focus of this study is the regional apparatus that is directly involved in the management of regional finances with, The sample in this study was represented by 4 parts, each OPD was taken by 4 respondents consisting of the Head of Didas/Agency, Secretary, Treasurer, Head of Program Sub-Division/Head of Finance Sub-Division. The data collection method was carried out through survey techniques and using questionnaires. The analysis method for testing the hypothesis in this study is Smart Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 4.0). The test results show The test results show the influence between Accountability has a significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reports, Budget Transparency has a significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reports, Budget Participation does not have a significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reports, The test results show the influence between Human Resource Competence has a significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reports. The test results show that the influence of human resource competency is unable to moderate Accountability towards the Quality of Financial Reports and Human Resource Competence moderates Budget Participation which has a significant influence on the Quality of Financial Reports.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem is how to assess the performance of Perumda Air Minum Ake Gaale Kota Ternate using the balance scorecard (BSC) method. The purpose of the study was to determine the performance of Perumda Air Minum Ake Gaale Kota Ternate using a balance scorecard. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees and customers of Perumda Ake Gaale Kota Ternate. The sample was 100 customers and 68 employees. The data collection technique used secondary data and primary data, namely questionnaires. The measurement of the questionnaire used a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this study was quantitative analysis with a balanced scorecard approach. The results of the study showed that the Balanced Scorecard Assessment Results showed that the company's performance was considered "Less Healthy" with a measurement ratio of 28.57% based on 4 aspects of performance improvement from 14 performance assessment categories.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) management in North Maluku Province. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method through case studies, in-depth interviews, and secondary data analysis for the period 2019–2023. The results of the study indicate that in general the realization of PKB revenue in the three study areas is included in the effective to very effective category, especially Samsat Ternate City and Tidore City. However, the realization of arrears is still relatively ineffective, especially in North Halmahera Regency. In terms of efficiency, all UPTDs showed efficient performance with consistent collection costs at 20%. Meanwhile, the contribution of fines to PKB revenue is still low, especially for annual taxes. The main inhibiting factors include low taxpayer awareness, limited operational facilities, document constraints such as BPKB, and limited technology. However, programs such as Mobile Samsat, e-Samsat, and Sidola Batagi have begun to have a positive impact on increasing tax compliance and revenue. This study recommends optimizing service digitalization, increasing public education, and synergy between agencies as strategic steps to improve PKB management in North Maluku.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of strategy flexibility on sustainable digital innovation. This research was conducted in Ternate City. The population in this study are all businesses in the city of Ternate. The sample in this study was determined based on a purposive sampling approach with total number of respondents of 115 people. Testing the hypothesis in this study using simple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the hypothesis in this study is supported. Next, recommendations for future research are discussed.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence between digital leadership and dynamic managerial capabilities. This research itself was conducted in the City of Ternate. The population in this study are all business actors both online and offline in Ternate City. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling with a judgment sampling approach with the condition that the respondent is intended to have the capacity as a business leader and the business has a net worth of more than 50 million rupiahs up to a maximum of 500 million rupiahs. Besides that, only businesses are traded online. This aims to measure leadership digitally and dynamically the ability of a leader, totaling 106 people. Testing the hypothesis in this study using simple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the hypothesis proposed in this study is supported. Next, recommendations for future research are discussed.

Abstract

The limited research linking digital service innovation to the small business context makes this research mandatory. This research itself examines the impact resulting from digital service innovation on customer value in Ternate City. A total of 113 respondents were involved in this study. The data in this study were collected through a survey with a questionnaire. Testing the research hypothesis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 24. The results revealed that there was a positive relationship between digital service innovation and customer value. Next, recommendations for future research are discussed.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between digital transformation and small business performance. This research was conducted in June-July 2023 in Ternate City. The population in this study are all business actors in the city of Ternate. The sample in this study was determined with the condition that to become a respondent, the status of a business leader with total assets of no more than 500 million rupiah and already traded health and care products online. For this reason, the number of respondents involved in this survey was 104 people. The research hypothesis was tested with a simple linear regression analysis statistical tool. The test results indicate confirming the proposed hypothesis. Furthermore, the conclusions and limitations of recommendations for future research are also discussed

This study aims to examine the relationship between digital competence and strategic thinking. This research was conducted in South Halmahera Regency. The population in this study are businesses located in South Halmahera Regency. The sample in the study was determined based on a purposive sampling approach. The requirements used in this study were that someone in the sample had a position as a small business leader who was already online with a maximum total asset of 500 million rupiah, totaling 179 respondents. Testing the hypothesis in this study using simple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing show that the hypothesis is supported in this study. Next, recommendations for future research are discussed.
