Abstract

Mitra Pembelajaran dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PPM) ini adalah Keluarga Prasejahtera. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah: (1) lahan pekarangan rumah tidak dimanfaatkan untuk budidaya sayuran, (2) ibu rumah tangga umumnya tak berpenghasilan. PPM ini bertujuan; (1) Memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat kelompok sasaran agar mampu memenuhi kebutuhan gizi keluarga melalui pengelolaan pekarangan sebagai rumah pangan (sayuran); (2) Memberikan keterampilan pembuatan hidroponik dalam mengembangkan sayuran sebagai wirausaha keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yakni dengan pendekatan Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) dan Community Empowerment (CE), dengan metode pelatihan dan kerja praktik, dan pendampingan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) Mitra memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi keluarga dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan. (2) Mitra memiliki keterampilan membuat hidroponik dalam mengembangkan sayuran sebagai wirausaha keluarga.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sidrap. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah: (1) Kurangnya pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan; dan (2) Masih rendahnya minat berwirausaha. PKM ini bertujuan; (1) Untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada mitra tentang Kewirausahaan; (2) Untuk memberikan stimulus kepada Mitra dalam upaya meningkatkan minat berwirausaha. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan, apakah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan usaha UMKM Bidang Kuliner di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, observasi dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik infrensial yang pengolahannya menggunakan software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan usaha UMKM Bidang Kuliner di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang adalah; (1) Karakteristik wirausaha, dengan nilai koefisien β sebesar 0,338; dan (2) kompetensi wirausaha dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,624. Kata Kunci: Keberhasilan, UMKM, Kuliner

Abstract

Abstrak. Pada era perkembangan teknologi saat ini, generasi muda khususnya pelajar dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan penguasaan aplikasi sebagai bekal menghadapi kehidupan setelah lulus sekolah. Berdasarkan data pengangguran yang dikeluarkan BPS pada Mei 2022 menyebutkan bahwa lulusan SMK menempati angka tertinggi pengangguran di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, salah satu keterampilan yang diberikan berupa literasi keuangan digital berbasis aplikasi android bagi siswa SMK. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memudahkan pencatatan transaksi keuangan menggunakan aplikasi Bukukas. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, praktek, dan tanya jawab yang dimulai dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah siswa SMK mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi Bukukas dan memperoleh kemudahan dalam mengelola keuangan pada usaha yang akan dibangun.Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan Digital, Literasi Keuangan,  Aplikasi Android

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization of marketing, fashion is developing very rapidly, including Muslim or sharia fashion, so with this development, the author wants to know what fashion trends among millennial and generation Z children are in accordance with sharia rules and wants to know the understanding of millennial and gen Z children regarding ethical behavior. get dressed. The method used is a literature review using a descriptive qualitative approach, by reviewing several literature articles, then concluding the results of the problem, namely that the millennial generation and Gen Z with digital marketing are increasingly fashionable due to the ease of accessing various fashion models and in fashion they only consider it as covering the body (aurat), increasing self-confidence and self-identity as a Muslim, but does not pay attention to or understand the rules and ethics in applying fashion trends.

Abstract

This paper presents a bibliometric analysis of the growth and challenges in digital entrepreneurship, synthesizing key findings from influential research in the field. The analysis identifies major trends such as the integration of digital technologies in entrepreneurship education, the critical role of big data, and the transformation of innovation processes. It highlights how entrepreneurial ecosystems and financial innovations, such as microfinance and crowdfunding, have enabled broader access to resources for digital entrepreneurs, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Emerging themes, including social entrepreneurship, gender inclusivity, and the use of digital platforms by women entrepreneurs, reveal the shifting focus toward more inclusive and socially responsible business models. The study concludes by discussing the dynamic nature of digital entrepreneurship and the importance of developing supportive ecosystems to address the ongoing challenges of digital transformation and global competition.

Abstract

This study employs a bibliometric analysis to explore the academic landscape of digital transformation in business strategy. Utilizing the Scopus database and VOSviewer software, the study analyzes key themes, research trends, and collaboration patterns from 2000 to 2023. The findings highlight the centrality of digital transformation in shaping organizational strategies and its strong connections with concepts such as digital business strategy, data analytics, and sustainability. Emerging trends include the growing integration of digital transformation with sustainable development goals and its application in specific industries such as manufacturing and SMEs. The study identifies prominent contributors and geographic hubs, revealing the dominance of developed countries in this field while noting limited representation from developing economies. Key challenges, such as data integration, conceptual ambiguity, and regional disparities, are discussed alongside opportunities for future research. This study provides valuable insights for academics, practitioners, and policymakers aiming to leverage digital transformation for strategic and sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Abstract Keude Bieng Village, which is located on Jalan Meulaboh-Banda Aceh, precisely in Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar Regency, is a tourist area that is very popular with tourists. However, most of the residents along Lhoknga Road opened stalls for visiting tourists. They also produce various typical Acehnese foods and produce various rattan craft skills which are part of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The rattan and other bamboo craftsmen who sell along the street of Keude Bieng create economic activity for the community. However, in this modern digital era, many MSMEs still find it difficult to use digital marketing media, so not many people use it. Based on these problems, digital marketing outreach and training, especially the TikTok Shop Application, was carried out for MSME business actors in Keude Bieng Village, Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar Regency. The choice of marketing media using TikTok is because TikTok is currently an application that is loved by the public and the benefits are felt and also its influence on purchasing a product marketed on the application with the aim that MSMEs who use the application can promote and sell products. The aim of carrying out this Community Service activity is to optimize marketing activities for MSMEs digitally so that MSME products in Keude Bieng Village, Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar Regency can cover a wider scope. Community Service Activities in Keude Bieng Village are carried out by holding outreach and training for all MSME players. Based on the activities that have been carried out, MSMEs who do not yet have a TikTok Shop account can be helped to manage the products produced on the platform and understand how to market them. The results of the community service program for MSMEs in Keude Bieng Village, Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar Regency, had a positive impact on those who took part. This is evidenced by increases in knowledge, skills and product quality, number, type and turnover, management capabilities, profits and the number of new entrepreneurs.
