Abstract

Perkembangan ubi ungu di Indonesia telah menunjukan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Permintaan akan ubi ungu meningkat karena diketahui sebagai sumber gizi yang kaya akan antioksida dan serat. Manfaat dari ubi ungu masih belum sama populernya dengan jenis umbi-umbian lainya. Salah satu daerah penghasil ubi jalar ungu adalah Sumatra utara. yang dimana masyarakat disana budidayakan tanaman ubi jalar ungu karena wilayah yang memiliki kondisi tanah dan iklim yang sesuai untuk pertumbuhanya. Karena ubi jalar ungu mudah di temukan sehingga dapat diolah menjadi produk makanan dan ubi jalar ungu yang menjadi bahan utamanya karena manfaatnya yang baik bagi tubuh dan juga mudah di temukan dipasar terdekat. Proses pembuatan bubur candu terinspirasi dari nama bubur candil yaitu bubur candu yang di mana nama tersebut kami buat agar masyarakat penasaran dengan produk kami bukan saja nama yang menarik tapi juga bubur yang enak dengan perpaduan antara santan dan ubi ungu yang enak di nikmati.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of subjective norms, moral obligations, and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study is MSME taxpayers registered with KPP Pratama South Makassar. Sampling was carried out by incidental sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are carried out by descriptive statistical analysis and SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Based on the analysis that has been carried out, subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Moral obligations have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Subjective Norms, Moral Obligations, Tax Sanctions, Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

Abstrak. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga di Kecamatan Mare Kabupaten Bone. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah: (1) Kurangnya pemahaman dalam pengolahan ikan bandeng; dan 2) Kurangnya akses pasar. PKM ini bertujuan; (1) Mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang pengolahan ikan bandeng; 2) Mitra termotivasi untuk dalam mengembangkan produksi ikan bandeng melalui pengolahan ikan bandeng; dan 3) Mitra memiliki pemahaman tentang penjualan dan pasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yakni; (1) Ceramah; (2) Diskusi; dan (3) Tanya Jawab. Key words: Making, Tempe

Abstract

This study focuses on entrepreneurial motivation among students of SMK Negeri 4 Makassar, Makassar City, with the main objective of investigating two important aspects: first, the level of entrepreneurial motivation shown by students, and second, the influence of Industrial Work Practice (Prakerin) and family environment on the motivation. In the context of vocational education, the understanding of entrepreneurial motivation is becoming increasingly relevant, especially in preparing students to enter the world of work and contribute to economic development. The methodology used in this study is quantitative descriptive, which aims to strengthen theoretical propositions through empirical observations. Data were collected through a variety of techniques, including observation, surveys, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using inferential statistical approaches, including classical assumption testing and double linear regression analysis. The results showed that students at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar have a high level of entrepreneurial motivation, and there is a significant correlation between Industrial Work Practice and family environment with students' entrepreneurial motivation. These findings highlight the importance of support from the family environment and practical experience in increasing students' interest in entrepreneurship, thus making an important contribution to the development of entrepreneurship education programs at the SMK level.

Abstract

Cassava is a food crop that has many advantages and can be an added value to increase the durability of cassava so that it is suitable for consumption and by utilizing cassava it obtains a high selling value on the market. Added value is the addition of value to a product before the production process is carried out and after the production process is carried out. Processing cassava into cassava chips is to increase the durability of the cassava so that it is suitable for consumption and to utilize the cassava to obtain a high selling value for marketing. Cassava chips are a snack product that many consumers like. The crunchy taste and cheap price offered make this product a suitable alternative to accompany relaxing time with family, co-workers, friends, and so on. Even though cassava has many advantages, including its ability to grow in difficult conditions, the price of cassava in Indonesia is still low compared to other staple crops. Therefore, innovation is needed to increase the selling value of cassava. One way to add value is to process cassava into cassava chips, which is a popular snack among people, especially teenagers. Abstract

The creative industry in Indonesia has grown rapidly in recent years, resulting in increasingly intense trade competition and various innovations in product marketing. This research focuses on the use of fruit into smoothies The condition of urban communities with very high mobility which often demands practicality is also the background for the formation of smoothies businesses where people can easily get healthy and refreshing drinks without the hassle of making them themselves and made more varied with additional toppings. The fruit smoothies business offers a great opportunity to meet the body's nutritional needs while also becoming a profitable business. Fruits that contain rich vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants are beneficial for health. Through smoothies, these nutrients can be served in a delicious and practical form.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, observasi dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatfi diolah menggunakan software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, Kewirausahaan, Motivasi, Berwirausaha

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Business Incubation, Social Capital, and Financial Support on Startup Performance in Indonesia. The research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 182 startup entrepreneurs in Indonesia, employing a Likert scale (1-5) and SEM-PLS 3 for data analysis. The results reveal that all three variables have a significant positive impact on startup performance. Specifically, Business Incubation (β = 0.337), Financial Support (β = 0.817), and Social Capital (β = 0.574) were found to have substantial effects. These findings underscore the importance of incubator programs, financial access, and strong networks in fostering the success of startups. The study provides practical implications for policymakers and entrepreneurs, emphasizing the need for enhanced support structures, including improved access to funding, networking opportunities, and mentorship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi inovasi, kepemimpinan pemilik, pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan kreativitas terhadap keberlanjutan usaha mikro di sektor kuliner di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha, dengan kreativitas sebagai faktor paling dominan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa inovasi dan kreativitas adalah kunci utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di sektor kuliner. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kepemimpinan yang kuat dalam memastikan pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal sosial, pendidikan, dan kewirausahaan terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan di pedesaan. Melalui metode survei yang melibatkan 200 responden perempuan di beberapa desa, data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan. Modal sosial, dengan koefisien β 0.35, berfungsi sebagai jembatan untuk akses informasi dan sumber daya, sedangkan pendidikan (β 0.40) meningkatkan keterampilan dan kepercayaan diri. Kewirausahaan (β 0.25) juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan pendapatan dan status sosial perempuan. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pendekatan terintegrasi dalam program pemberdayaan yang melibatkan pendidikan, penguatan modal sosial, dan dukungan untuk kewirausahaan guna menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi perempuan di pedesaan.
