This study is aimed (1) to describe the self-awareness on learning of the 7th grade students, (2) to describe the implementation of technique reframing in affecting the self-awareness on learning of the 7th grade students, and (3) to investigate the effect of reframing technique on self-awarenss on learning of the 7th grade students. Quantitative approach was used in this study by implementing quasi experimental design and using Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design to 24 samples. Data collection techniques applied in this research were self-awareness scale on learning developed by the researcher, observation, and interview. Data analysis technique applied in tis study was independent samples t-test which was conducted through Statistical Product for Service Solustion (SPSS) version 24.0. The study found that (1) the self-awareness on learning of the 7th grade students before the treatment of reframing technique was in low category, while that after the treatment of such technique was in moderate and high categories, (2) the self-awareness on learning of the 7th grade students was increased after the treatment of reframing technique, and (3) reframing technique can increase the self awareness on learning of the 7th grade students.

The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is increasingly spreading and spreading rapidly and is becoming the biggest global polemic for now. It also affects limited SME activity and fewer direct-to-consumer purchases than usual. The development of MSMEs in Topejawa Beach Tourist Destinations, Takalar Regency in the Recovery of the Covid-19 Pandemic, in addition to requiring strategies that can affect the Development of MSMEs in Topejawa Beach Tourist Destinations, Takalar Regency, is a marketing strategy. Based on the background description above, the researcher is interested in conducting research and compiling a thesis, with the title "Analysis of MSME Development in Topejawa Beach Tourist Destinations, Takalar Regency After Covid-19, the problem was formulated in this study, namely Whether Marketing Strategies Affect the Development of MSMEs in Topejawa Beach Tourist Destinations, Takalar Regency in recovering from the Covid-19 Pandemic. Benefits This research is theoretically and beneficially. The population in the number of 63 MSMEs. The sampling method is Purposive sampling samples taken by 63 people for the development of MSMEs at the Topejawa Beach Tourism location, Takalar Regency. something that the questionnaire would measure. Data analysis techniques debgab Conduct validity tests and significance tests of a variable are said to be reliable if they have a Cronbach Alpha > 0.60. In this study, using multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) Application Program for windows. This can be seen based on the regression results that have been obtained by researchers, namely T count 13,383 > T table 2,684 with a significance level of 0.002 which means it is smaller than 0.05. Employee who has a big commitment to the company will increase the productivity and goal achievement of the company itself. This research is aimed to know the influence of organizational culture toward affective commitment, continuity commitment, and normative commitment in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. The subject of this research are 84 employees that chosen by Cluster Sampling Technique. This research used Simple Regressive Linear Test. The research result showed that there was positive influence of organizational culture toward affective commitment (p=0,000, Rsquare=0,269), there was no negative influence of organizational culture toward continuity commitment (p=0,000, Rsquare=0,168), and there was any positive influence of organizational culture toward normative commitment (p=0,000, Rsquare=0241). This research may have a benefit for the company making the employee owns the responsibility to implement the important aspects of organizational culture

Anggota kepolisian yang bertugas dilapangan rentang terkena stres kerja yang diakibatkan rendahnya kecerdasan emosi yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan stres kerja pada anggota kepolisian Satuan Lantas Polrestabes Makassar. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kecerdasan emosi dan skala stres kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota satuan lantas polrestabes makassar sebanyak 36 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dalam pengambilan sampelnya, dengan kriteria pengambilan sampel yaitu seluruh anggota kepolisian satuan lantas polrestabes makassar. Data dianalisis menggunakan korelasi product moment, dengan bantuan SPSS 21.0 for windows.Berdasarkan hasil analisa data diperoleh bahwa besarnya kekuatan hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan stres kerja yaitu r = -0,877 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 menunjukkan bahwa probabilitas dibawah 0,01, yang berarti H1diterima. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan stres kerja. Semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi maka semakin rendah stres kerja. Begitupun sebaliknya, semakin rendah kecerdasan emosi maka semakin tinggi stres kerja. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja pada anggota kepolisian masih sering terjadi, sehingga dibutuhkan tindakan pemberian pelatihan tentang pengelolaan stres dalam bekerja, preventif, dan edukatif bagi instansi kepolisian sehingga membantu meningkatkan kualitas anggota kepolisian.Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosi, Stres Kerja, Polisi.

This study aims to determine the effect of online consumer reviews and prices on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. The research method used is the quantitative method with the method of collecting data, namely through observation, questionnaires and documentation. In this survey, the majority of respondents are students who have made online purchases, and overall there are 97 respondents. The data collection methodology used a questionnaire instrument that was compiled based on a Liker scale and had gone through validation and reliability procedures. The analysis was then performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Partially the online consumer review variable had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. 2) Partially, the price variable has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Makassar. 3) Simultaneously online consumer reviews and prices have a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Makassar.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan, apakah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan usaha UMKM Bidang Kuliner di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, observasi dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik infrensial yang pengolahannya menggunakan software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan usaha UMKM Bidang Kuliner di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang adalah; (1) Karakteristik wirausaha, dengan nilai koefisien β sebesar 0,338; dan (2) kompetensi wirausaha dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,624. Interpersonal intelligence-based learning system is very important for prospective teacher because teaching, as profession, needs a good and effective social competence to communicate with students. Everyone has different degree of interpersonal intelligence, and also different in regard of mathematics learning achievement especially when gender is considered. This research was a pre-experimental research which aimed to know the influence of interpersonal intelligence-based learning system to sudents’ learning achievement in Basic Statistics class of mathematics education students/ prospective teachers in FKIP UNSULBAR by considering gender differences. Purposive random sampling was used as the sampling method and 16 male students and female students respectively were selected as the research subjects. Learning achievement was collected from Basic Statistic learning achievement test and was analyzed descriptively and inferensially. The results of the research show that the average of male srudents’ learning achievement in Basic Statistics (74,25) is higher than female students’ (66,00). While hypothesis testing shows significancy value of o.oo5, which is lower than α=0.05. It means there is a difference in regard of the average of Basic Statistics learning achievement between male and female students who participate in interpersonal intelligense-based learning system.
