The existence of standard paddy fields in Eastern Langsa Subdistrict of Langsa continues to experience changes, from paddy fields to non-paddy fields caused by economic growth and increasing population. The purpose of this study was to determine the area of raw paddy fields in East Langsa District and determine the factors that influence changes in the area of raw paddy fields based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS). This research uses on-screen image interpretation techniques combined with field surveys, and uses analytical overlays to find out the conversion of raw paddy fields in 2014 sourced from the Agricultural Extension Agency of East Langsa covering an area of 1,447 hectares and a paddy field area of 2019 results from the interpretation of satellite imagery covering an area of 867.67 Ha, in the last 5 years the conversion of paddy fields was 557.33 Ha (39.90%). If calculated on average, the annual converted paddy fields are 115.46 Ha (7.98%). The factors that cause conversion of paddy fields are four, namely: (1) Demand for land, (2) Conditions of paddy fields, (3) Encouragement to be converted, (4) Distance to the central government of Langsa City, (5) Changing boundaries

Teaching the concept of law to university students during the pandemic requires various efforts to foster an active participation of students. There are several strategies that can be carried out by optimizing communication technology in the division during the Covid 19 pandemic. To observe how a university implemented the teaching and learning concept of law, this study is conducted. This study was descriptive research with a qualitative approach as methods. The study was conducted through interview and observation. The data from interviews and observation was analyzed using three main steps, namely data reduction, verification, and data display. The study has resulted some findings: 1) communication technology as a means for education in the concept of rule of law in the academic community during the pandemic purposed to teach students about rights and obligations as good citizens, and 2) the campus had a role to provide the concept of a law state through student campus activity programs. Besides, the way out to deal with educational obstacles was also presented and discussed. In conclusion, the concept of a rule of law during a pandemic was to improve the quality of programs during learning within the Covid 19 pandemic.

Assessing the thinking of a character is one of the attempts to decipher history in the form of biography that is necessary as a value-based subject matter in social studies, which is historical consciousness and wisdom about how we should treat life. This article uses a historical approach to analyze Hamka's personality in his youth until he becomes chairman of the MUI. Hamka is known as a rhetorical figure, firm, flexible and independent mindeness. A flexible personality coupled with his charismatic figure, friendly, humble attitudes and names known to everyone make him acceptable to all. The character of Hamka and how the characters are formed are values that are very useful for students to understand in Social Studies.

This study aimed to determine the interactive-based learning media to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools. This type of research was literature study. The results showed that interactive-based learning media to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools can increase motivation in learning by the emergence of independent characters as a part of the character in the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools. It was also seen as a facility in active learning for students to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools as well as to lead to a tendency to have a good character component. In addition, this learning media eased students to understand learning in term of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools by the emergence of the character of critical and creative reasoning. The use of the interactive –based learning media could build conducive and enjoyable learning atmosphere. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui media pembelajaran berbasis interaktif untuk memperkuat profil pelajar pancasila di Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian ini ialah kualitatif studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jika media pembelajaran berbasis interaktif untuk memperkuat profil pelajar pancasila di Sekolah Dasar dapat 1) Meningkatkan motivasi dalam pembelajaran dengan munculnya karakter mandiri sebagai bagian karakter dalam profil pelajar pancasila di Sekolah Dasar. 2) Menjadi fasilitas dalam belajar aktif bagi siswa untuk memperkuat profil pelajar pancasila di Sekolah Dasar ialah mengarah pada kecendrungan kepemilikan komponen karakter yang baik. 3) Memudahkan siswa dalam memahami pembelajaran untuk memperkuat profil pelajar pancasila di Sekolah Dasar ialah dengan munculnya karakter nalar kritis dan kreatif. Penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis interaktif dapat membangun suasana pembelajaran yang kondusif dan menyenangkan.

Student organization as a place to develop the talents of the students in the form of aspirations, ideas, and creativity to provide opportunities for students to be able to nurture their sense of organization. In student organizations, students are met with certain conditions that bring on pro-social attitudes. The purpose of this study is to analyze, describe, and assess the pro-social behaviour of students through student organizations. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data is done by using the model of Miles and Huberman. This study results that students involved in student organizations have social behaviours such as empathy, social responsibility, and low egocentrism. The factors that affect student Pro-social attitudes are the environment, knowledge and personality. Mankind as the main source in the organization should be able to develop individuals with certain criteria. Coaching intensively and encouragement over the ownership of Pro-social attitudes for students are solutions to the emergence of the smart and good citizen.

Abstrak Perguruan tinggi memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) salah satunya adalah Universitas Kahuripan Kediri, bukan hanya unggul dalam hal prestasi tetapi juga unggul dalam teknologi yang diterapkan dalam hal penerimaan pembayaran dari mahasiswa dalam rangka menciptakan sistem pengendalian intern. Sistem pengendalian intern dalam hal penerimaan kas akan tercipta apabila virtual account diterapkan di seluruh komponen pembayaran, hal ini belum tercipta di Universitas Kahuripan Kediri sehingga penyelewengan terhadap penerimaan kas masih sangat mungkin dilakukan. Saran yang dapat diberikan agar virtual account dapat diterapkan diseluruh komponen pembayaran adalah membuat tim khusus untuk menangani virtual account dari sisi IT atau helpdesk. Memisahkan bagian yang menginput tagihan, melakukan pencatatan pembayaran (input pembayaran) dan bagian pelaporan. Kata kunci: Sistem; Pengendalian Intern; Penerimaan Kas; Virtual Account Abstract Universities have a very important role in improving Human Resources (HR), one of which is the University of Kahuripan Kediri, not only excelling in terms of achievement but also excels in technology applied in terms of receiving payments from students in order to create an internal control system. An internal control system in terms of cash receipts will be created if virtual accounts are implemented in all payment components, this has not been created at Kahuripan University Kediri so that fraud on cash receipts is still very possible. Suggestions that can be given so that virtual accounts can be applied to all payment components are to create a special team to handle virtual accounts from the IT side or helpdesk. Separate the part that inputs invoices, records payments (payment input) and reports.

Research or research is an activity to investigate to find by answering a problem formulation through the scientific method systematically. The purpose of this study is to describe how students' professional competence in research steps and critical studies in teaching seminars on educational problems in schools, research methods used to use descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation and FGD. The data analysis technique used Miles and Hubeman in the form of data reduction, display and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the professional competence of students in research steps and critical studies in teaching seminars on educational problems in schools was divided into 3, namely before research, during the research process and after the research process. The ability to study critically in deepening the material in the field of study is related to how students construct their knowledge in supporting the professionalism. One indicator of teacher professionalism is self-development through research. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang politik kepemimpinan reformasi birokrasi pemerintah daerah Kota Bandung pada Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada reformasi birokrasi di pemerintah Kota Bandung telah mendapatkan predikat sangat baik dari Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena kepemimpinan Ridwan Kamil yang berhasil membawa Kota Bandung ke arah yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kepemimpinan Ridwan Kamil dalam membangun Kota Bandung melalui reformasi birokrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah keberhasilan Ridwan Kamil memperoleh predikat sangat baik dalam reformasi birokrasinya tidak terlepas dari kepemimpinannya. Kepemimpinan yang dilakukannya adalah memfokuskan kinerjanya pada pelayanan masyarakat berbasis teknologi dan informasi melalui media-media sosial. Artinya, Ridwan Kamil membangun jalur komunikasi yang cepat, langsung, dan tanpa perantara dengan seluruh masyarakat melalui berbagai media sosial. Selain itu, Ridwan Kamil menunjukan sosok kepemimpinan adaptif dan tipikal orang yang terbuka pada ide-ide (ideas) baru serta menghargai pengetahuan. Selanjutnya adalah strategi komunikasi politik yang dibangun mampu meningkatkan kesadaran warga, sehingga upaya penertiban yang dilakukan berjalan lancar dan kondusif tanpa menimbulkan banyak perlawanan dan bentrokan.

Student problem solving needs to be analyzed so that the teacher can know how students solve problems on math problems. This study aims to obtain a description of the problem-solving analysis of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tomini who have high, medium, and low mathematical abilities in solving pythagorean theorem problems. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 3 students taken from 24 class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tomini in the even semester of 2021/2022. The results of this study show that subjects with high mathematical ability can solve well the four steps or indicators of problem solving namely (Understanding the problem, drawing up a plan, implementing a plan and re-examining). A moderately mathematics capable subject can complete 2 steps or indicators of problem solving, i.e. (Understanding the problem, and checking back). On the second and third indicators the subject is not able to solve the problem. Subjects with low mathematical ability can only complete the first stage which is to understand the problem.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pembelajaran dengan pendekatan matematika realistik terhadap hasil belajar matematika ditinjau dari motivasi belajar matematika peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Eksperimen semu atau eksperimen quasi, yakni jenis penelitian eksperimen dimana peneliti tidak mampu mengontrol semua variabel yang diteliti. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan faktorial 2×2 dilaksanakan pada siswa SMK Negeri 2 Palu Kelas X BDP 3 dan BDP 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan pendekatan RME, memiliki prestasi belajar yang lebih tinggi dari pada siswa yang diajar menggunakan pendekatan konvensional. Di samping itu, pada kedua pendekatan pembelajaran, siswa dengan motivasi tinggi memiliki prestasi yang lebih baik daripada siswa yang memiliki motivasi rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara pendekatan pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa, dan terlihat bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran RME sangat cocok diterapkan pada siswa dengan motivasi belajar yang rendah
