Abstract

 Abstract. Banking is a very important part of the economy, one of which as an intermediary institution whose task is to raise funds from the community and redistribute it in the form of credit. This research tries to know the factors that influence financing distribution at Bank Syariah Mandiri. The purpose of this research is to know how far the relationship of Third Party Fund (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Non Performing Finance (NPF) to the amount of Islamic banking financing.The sample used in this research is Bank Syariah Mandiri Financial Report 2009-2015 period using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis method used is Multiple Regression with 5% significance level.The results of the overall or simultaneous research of DPK, CAR, and NPF have an effect on financing. In pasrsial or each financing variable is strongly influenced by Third Party Fund, while Cash Adequate Ratio and Net Performing Finance have no effect. Keywords: ; capital adequacy ratio; financing; non performing finance; third party fund Abstrak.   Perbankan merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian, salah satunya sebagai lembaga intermediasi yang tugasnya menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dan menyalurkannya kembali dalam bentuk kredit. Penelitian ini mencoba mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyaluran pembiayaan pada Bank Syariah Mandiri. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), dan Non Performing Finance (NPF) terhadap besarnya pembiayaan perbankan syariah.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan Kuangan Bank Syariah Mandiri periode 2009-2015 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%.Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan atau simultan DPK, CAR, dan NPF berpengaruh terhadap pembiayaan. Secara pasrsial atau masing-masing variabel pembiayaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh Dana Pihak Ketiga, sedangkan Cash Adequate Ratio dan Net Performing Finance tidak berpengaruh.  Kata Kunci: capital adequacy ratio, dana pihak ketiga, non performing loan, pembiayaan

Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi menyebabkan disepakatinya perdagangan internasional, ini menyebabkan berkembangnya industri pengiriman barang di Indonesia. PT. POS sebagai penyedia jasa kurir milik negara mulai memiliki banyak pesaing, sehingga market share PT. POS berkurang dibandingkan dengan jasa pengiriman milik swasta, menyebabkan pendapatan EMS menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas jasa terhadap nilai pelanggan serta dampaknya terhadap citra PT. POS. Kualitas jasa berpengaruh terhadap nilai pelanggan, nilai pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap citra perusahaan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah descriptive survey dan explanatory survey terhadap sampel berukuran 100 pelanggan EMS. Untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap nilai pelanggan serta dampaknya terhadap citra perusahaan digunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas jasa berpengaruh terhadap nilai pelanggan, dan nilai pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap citra PT. POS sebagi penyedia jasa kurir. Faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi citra PT. POS yaitu nilai pelanggan

Abstract

Nowadays with the rapid development of technology and the internet in Indonesia, it has had an impact on business changes. One of the main changes in consumer behavior is the increase in online purchases. An example of e-commerce in Indonesia that has been widely used by the public is Tokopedia. This research was conducted to determine the effect of e-service quality, promotion, and electronic word of mouth on purchase intention. The research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were 400 respondents. The research was conducted using probability sampling technique, which was collected through distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents as Tokopedia users in Bandung City. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests (T Test), simultaneous tests (F Test), and coefficient of determination tests. Data processing using IBM SPSS 21 software. The results showed that the eservice quality variable had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Electronic word of mouth variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Then the results showed that the variables of e-service quality, promotion,and electronic word of mouth simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to ascertain and elucidate the impact of tourist attractions, destination image, and facilities on the decision to visit Punceling Ciwidey. A total of 87,931 visitors to Punceling tourism in 2022 comprised the population of this study; 400 respondents comprised the sample. Verification and descriptive analysis constitute the research methodology. The data were gathered through the distribution of pre-designed questionnaires to respondents whose performance had been evaluated for validity and reliability beforehand. The findings of the conducted analysis indicate that visitor attraction, destination image, and facilities jointly and partially influence visiting decisions in a positive and significant way.

Abstract

Persaingan industri kosmetik di Indonesia semakin pesat diantaranya produk lipstick yang dikeluarkan oleh Revlon yang menawarkan atribut produk beragam. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh  minat beli konsumen produk Kosmetik Revlon Ultra Hd Matte Lip Colour di Kota Bandung terhadap faktor lainnya ,dengan sampel sebesar 385 responden. Metode regresi linier berganda (multiple regesion) digunakan untuk mengetahui signifikansi atau pengaruh antara masing-masing variabel independen yaitu kualitas produk, gaya hidup dan harga terhadap variabel dependen yaitu minat beli.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan adanya pengaruh setiap variabelnya baik secara simultan maupun parsial.
