Abstract

Nowadays with the rapid development of technology and the internet in Indonesia, it has had an impact on business changes. One of the main changes in consumer behavior is the increase in online purchases. An example of e-commerce in Indonesia that has been widely used by the public is Tokopedia. This research was conducted to determine the effect of e-service quality, promotion, and electronic word of mouth on purchase intention. The research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were 400 respondents. The research was conducted using probability sampling technique, which was collected through distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents as Tokopedia users in Bandung City. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests (T Test), simultaneous tests (F Test), and coefficient of determination tests. Data processing using IBM SPSS 21 software. The results showed that the eservice quality variable had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Electronic word of mouth variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Then the results showed that the variables of e-service quality, promotion,and electronic word of mouth simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of pedagogy and andragogy in training strategies to improve the competence of vocational/vocational teacher teachers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and document study. The study results show that implementing pedagogy and andragogy in training strategies can improve the competence of vocational/vocational teacher teachers. Pedagogy is used for training novice teachers and andragogy is used for training experienced teachers. The training strategies carried out include: (1) developing curriculum, (2) developing training materials, (3) using information and communication technology, (4) developing learning strategies, and (5) evaluating and assessing training results. This is contained in several sections that are published, namely, implementation, strategy, inhibiting factors, and benefits of training.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia sedang menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan untuk mengikuti perubahan teknologi di tengah arus globalisasi yang semakin cepat. Perkembangan di bidang teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi besar di sistem birokrasi, termasuk layanan administrasi kependudukan yang kini beralih ke sistem digital dengan penggunaan Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD). Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah menerapkan teori komunikasi interpersonal dalam situasi nyata pelayanan publik, sekaligus mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan yang muncul selama interaksi dengan masyarakat berlangsung. Target dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat yang melakukan aktivasi IKD dan membutuhkan dukungan selama proses pelayanan berlangsung. Metode yang diterapkan adalah observasi langsung di lokasi layanan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memahami pola komunikasi antara petugas dan masyarakat berdasarkan indikator keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, sikap positif, dan kesetaraan. Temuan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal antara petugas berjalan dengan baik karena mereka dapat memberikan penjelasan yang jelas, menunjukkan empati, serta mendampingi masyarakat dengan sabar dan terbuka. Sikap positif dan rasa kesetaraan juga menciptakan suasana pelayanan yang ramah dan profesional. Namun, masih ada tantangan seperti kebisingan sekitar, ketidaksabaran dari masyarakat, dan rendahnya tingkat literasi digital. Secara keseluruhan, kualitas komunikasi interpersonal yang baik menjadi elemen kunci dalam kesuksesan pelaksanaan layanan digital kependudukan di Kota Bogor.

Abstract

Laporan ini membahas mengenai prosedur pemungutan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan di Kecamatan Cicurug Kabupaten Sukabumi berdasarkan fungsi Kecamatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mendistribusikan atau menyampaikan SPPT dan melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan pemungutan PBB-P2, mengevaluasi dan monitoring secara langsung dilapangan mengenai pencapaian target PBB-P2, dalam melaksanakan upaya penyelesaian pemungutan pajak yang dilakukan oleh kecamatan dan jika terjadi suatu keterlambatan dalam penyetoran dan tidak sesuai dengan skala prioritas, maka melaksanakan kegiatan pembinaan, merupakan langkah dan upaya yang strategis dalam keberhasilan PBB-P2. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan cara pendekatan deskriptif yang memiliki tujuan untuk menggambarkan realita bagaimana terjadinya prosedur pemungutan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan berdasarkan fungsi Kecamatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa prosedur pemungutan PBB-P2 telah dilakukan sesuai dengan fungsi kecamatan dengan point yang telah disebutkan dalam tujan penelitian ini. Namun, dalam melakukan prosedur tersebut perlu ditingkatkan agar berjalan dengan optimal.

Abstract

Local potential-oriented tourism development is important for increasing income and welfare. In addition to increasing income, this development also aims to attract tourists to visit by enjoying everything that is served and providing comfort and safety at tourist sites. However, Ciwaluh Tourism Village is still low in the application of safety in tourist attractions. Tourism development through this Thematic KKN program is carried out with steps consisting of preparation, implementation and evaluation of activities. The program to be implemented in this activity is the making of warning boards, making rental permit boards, making trash bins and making financial reports. Activities have been realized with outputs in the form of warning boards, rental permit boards, trash bins and books for recording financial reports.
