Abstract

ANALYSIS OF DETERMINANTS OF BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LEVEL Abstract Purpose: This study aims to analyze the determinants of customer satisfaction in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Wirobrajan, focusing on factors such as tangible elements, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and overall customer satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach: Primary data was collected from 100 respondents who were customers of BSI KCP Wirobrajan, Yogyakarta, using an accidental sampling method. The research employed a Likert scale questionnaire to gather data on tangible elements, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and customer satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis was applied to examine the relationships between these variables. Findings: The study reveals that tangible elements, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy positively influence customer satisfaction in Bank Syariah Indonesia. The results underscore the importance of these factors in shaping the overall customer experience and satisfaction levels. Research limitations/implications: While the study contributes valuable insights, it is essential to acknowledge the limitations. The research is specific to BSI KCP Wirobrajan in Yogyakarta, and variations may occur in different regions or with different research objects. Additionally, the study is based on primary data collected through a questionnaire, which may have inherent biases. Practical implications: The findings of this research have practical implications for Bank Syariah Indonesia in enhancing customer satisfaction. By focusing on tangible elements, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, the bank can improve its overall service quality, leading to higher customer satisfaction and loyalty. ANALISIS DETERMINAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN NASABAH BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA Abstrak Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan kepuasan nasabah di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Wirobrajan, dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor seperti elemen nyata, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan: Data primer dikumpulkan dari 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan BSI KCP Wirobrajan, Yogyakarta, dengan metode accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert untuk mengumpulkan data tentang elemen nyata, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Analisis regresi berganda diterapkan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel ini. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa elemen nyata, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah di Bank Syariah Indonesia. Hasilnya menggarisbawahi pentingnya faktor-faktor ini dalam membentuk pengalaman pelanggan secara keseluruhan dan tingkat kepuasan. Keterbatasan / implikasi penelitian: Meskipun penelitian ini menyumbangkan wawasan yang berharga, penting untuk mengakui keterbatasan tersebut. Penelitian ini khusus untuk BSI KCP Wirobrajan di Yogyakarta, dan variasi dapat terjadi di berbagai daerah atau dengan objek penelitian yang berbeda. Selain itu, penelitian ini didasarkan pada data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, yang mungkin memiliki bias yang melekat. Implikasi praktis: Temuan penelitian ini memiliki implikasi praktis bagi Bank Syariah Indonesia dalam meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah. Dengan berfokus pada elemen nyata, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati, bank dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanannya secara keseluruhan, yang mengarah pada kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan yang lebih tinggi. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Muhammadiyah dilaksanakan di PCM Banguntapan Selatan, Bantul dengan target warga persyarikatan Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah dan para da’i Muhammadiyah-Aysiyah yang tergabung dari beberapa pimpinan ranting Muhammadiyah (PRM) se-Banguntapan Selatan. Gerakan dakwah menjadi ruh gerakan Muhammadiyah dalam memajukan dan mencerahkan aspek kehidupan, seperti aspek pendidikan, kesehatan, sosial kemasyarakatan, politik, budaya dan juga ekonomi. Maka, manajamen dakwah menjadi sangat asensial dan vital dalam menghadirkan dakwah Muhammadiyah yang sistematis, terstruktur, masif dan menggembirakan. Manajemen dakwah yang holistik diperlukan untuk menyusun perencanaan berdasarkan data masyarakat, peta/wilayah dan juga tantangan serta peluang. Kemudian pelakasanaan dilengkapi dengan maddah (materi) dan metode dakwah yang mencerahkan dan memajukan. Serta yang terakhir adalah evaluasi untuk mengukur efeketifitas dan dampak dakwah Muhammadiyah terhadap masyarakat yang selama ini telah berjalan. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini diantaranya adalah : 1) Memberikan Pelatihan da’i se-wilayah Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah Banguntapan Selatan Bantul. 2) Memberikan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya manajemn dakwah di Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah. 3) Memberikan pelatihan dan pemahamam keislaman yang sesuai dengan pandangan Muhammadiyah; 4) Memberikan pemahaman tentang peta dan strategi dakwah kontemporer. Hasil dan luaran kegiatan setelah dilaksanakan sosialisasi dan pendampingan yaitu efektifitas dan masifikasi dakwah Muhammadiyah PCM Banguntapan Selatan. Target luaran tersebut mencakup: pertama, tersusunnya manajmen dakwah Muhammadiyah di Banguntapan Selatan dan meningkatnya pemahaman tentang teori dan konsep tablig yang rahmatan lil alamin, universal dan inklusif. Kedua, Meningkatnya partisipasi mubballig Muhammadiyah dalam syiar, tabligh dan dakwah yang berdampak pada optimalisasi dan masifikasi tabligh di daerah PCM Banguntapan Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the differences in sales turnover, the number of workers, the number of goods sold, and the number of customers before and after receiving financing at BMT Artha Amanah Sanden. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The subjects in the study were micro-entrepreneurs who received the financing at BMT Artha Amanah Sanden. Regarding the fundamental issues in microbusiness which are capital and connections, this research is important to show the real form of establishing an effective and mutually reinforcing Islamic economic ecosystem. In this study, a sample of 50 micro-entrepreneurs were selected by the survey method. The data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool used was non-parametric analysis method of the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that: (1) There is a difference between sales turnover before and after financing from BMT Artha Amanah KC Sanden. (2) There is a difference between the number of workers before and after financing from BMT Artha Amanah KC Sanden. (3) There is a difference between the number of goods sold before and after financing from BMT Artha Amanah KC Sanden. (4) There is a difference between the number of customers before and after financing from BMT Artha Amanah KC Sanden.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the perfomance of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of the online SMEs forum in Kebumen Regency. This research involving 2 kind variabels. Independent variabels are capital, technology, and human resource. The dependent variabel is perfomance of SMEs. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression which is supposed by primary data. Respondents in the study amounted to 41 respondents drawn from resesarch survey data and using saturated samples. Based on the analysis shows that : (1) The capital is possitive and significant to the perfomance of SMEs of the online SMEs forum in Kebumen Regency; (2) Technologi is possitive and significant to the perfomance of SMEs of the online SMEs forum in Kebumen Regency; (3) Human Resources is possitive and significant to the perfomance of SMEs of the online SMEs forum in Kebumen Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the determinants that have an influence on savings decisions in regional sharia banks in Sleman Regency. The possibility of a technical sample is the sampling technique in this research. From this technique there were 116 respondents. This research data is primary data with multiple linear regression methods. Research finds that the religiosity variable has no influence on people's decisions to save in Islamic banks. Meanwhile, the variables of trust, level of results and knowledge have a significant positive influence on the decision to save. Meanwhile, simultaneously all the research variables that influence the decision to save at a regional sharia bank in Sleman Regency with a coefficient of 0.630 promise from the results of this research that sharia banks are able to maintain the variables of trust, knowledge and level of profit sharing which are the dominant factors that influence people to save at the k sharia bank.

Abstract

Persoalan sampah merupakan masalah domestic yang dihadapi setiap warga Masyarakat termasuk Masyarakat di Mergangsan Lor Yogyakarta. Sebagai kota wisata dan budaya maka persoalan sampah harus bisa ditangani dengan baik untuk menjaga citra Yogyakarta sebagai kota tujuan wisata domestic dan internasional. Citra Yogyakarta sebagai kota pelajar dan kota budaya harus diimbangi kesadaran Masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan abdimas pengelolaan Masyarakat berbasis komunitas pada jamaah masjid Al-Ikhlas merupakan salah satu strategi dalam membangun kesadaran Masyarakat untuk ikut bertanggung jawab dalam ikut mengelola sampah dengan baik untuk mewujudkan kota Yogyakarta sebagai kota budaya yang bersih dan istimewa. Metode kegiatan yang diterapkan yaitu melalui diskusi, presentasi, dan demonstrasi dengan tujuan memberikan informasi tentang pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan benar sehingga dapat membangun budaya yang bersih dan sehat lingkungan. Hasil dari kegiatan abdimas pengelolaan sampah ini memberikan manfaat yang positif bagi Masyarakat untuk merubah persepsi bagaimana sampah yang selama ini memberikan kesan sesuatu yang tidak bernilai bisa diolah menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomi disamping dapat mengurangi produksi sampah agar menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the level of efficiency in Islamic Banks. The sample data used are all Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia from 2013 to 2019 with a total of 84 objects of observation. The dependent variables used in this study are Operational Costs to Operational Income (BOPO) and independent variables, namely Third-Party Funds (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Short Term Mismatch (STM), Inflation, and the BI Rate which is obtained from the monthly data reports for Islamic Commercial Banks published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The analysis method used is the Error Correction Model (ECM). Based on the results of the ECM analysis, it was found that in the short term DPK, CAR, and FDR had a negative and significant effect on BOPO. STM and inflation variables have a negative and insignificant effect on BOPO and the BI Rate variable has a positive and insignificant effect on BOPO. Meanwhile, in the long term DPK, CAR, FDR, STM, and BI Rate have a negative and significant effect on BOPO. Then for inflation has a positive and significant effect on BOPO.

Abstract

The Yogyakata Special Region Government has made a policy regarding regulations for the Malioboro area, namely regarding Relocation in order to regulate the Malioboro area into an area that is clean from street vendors. This study uses independent variables, namely business capital, length of business, location, working hours, and level of education, while the independent variable uses income. This study aims to determine the business capital, length of business, location, working hours, and level of education on the terraces of Malioboro have an influence on income and to determine the income of post-relocation street vendors. In this study, researchers used primary data and took samples using a questionnaire.The researchers only took 100 respondents after going through the Sloving formula calculation method, from the total population of street vendors on the terraces of Malioboro. The analytical tool method used by the researcher is multiple linear regression which as the dependent variable is income and the independent variables are business capital, length of business, location, working hours, and level of education.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah PPM activities are carried out at PCM Banguntapan Selatan, Bantul, targeting the elderly who live in the PCM Banguntapan Selatan environment. The conditions of the elderly in the Banguntapan environment are very diverse, but one thing that must be underlined is that they are people who need to be accompanied, not only because of physical problems that are getting older but also because of circumstances that are no longer crowded when they were young, when they could still interact with friends regularly. And most importantly, how can we be consistent with religious values? So, a community that can restore happy memories, closeness and enthusiasm in practising religion is a real need. The implementation of this service activity includes: 1) Providing material about Islam and Health; 2) Holding SEHATI gymnastics regularly as a forum. Results: The realisation of the effectiveness of community-based preaching. Second. Increasing understanding of maintaining health from an Islamic perspective with the concept of halal-thoyyiban. Community-based preaching is a preaching method developed by PCM Banguntapan that targets the elderly who live in South Banguntapan, including Potorono, Jambidan, and Wirokerten. This was chosen for several reasons, including the need for a forum to form a community together. This togetherness has created intimacy, joy and has a positive impact on physical and spiritual health.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan di Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah Banguntapan Utara, Banguntapan, Bantul, DIY dengan target muballigh/muballighat secara khusus, dan aktivis cabang dan ranting Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah di PCM-PCA Banguntapan Utara secara umum. Permasalahan mitra yang diangkat pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan tujuan pengembangan kompetensi dan kolaborasi penggerak dakwah di lingkungan PCM-PCA Banguntapan Utara, Bantul. Metode:  Kegiatan pengabdian diselenggarakan berupa pendampingan dalam proses peningkatan kompetensi dan kolaborasi dalam berdakwah, terutama dalam penyelenggaraan kajian dan pengajian di tingkat ranting dan cabang.  Hasil: terwujudnya gerakan dakwah yang dinamis, progresif dan memiliki jamaah pengajian banyak. Kesimpulan:  peran dakwah persyarikatan Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah Cabang Bangutapan Selatan di tengah masyarakat telah berjalan dengan sangat baik. Peran ini memfokuskan pada solusi  persoalan umat dan dan dapat memberdayakan umat menjadi umat yang berdaya dan memiliki daya saing yang cukup melalui dakwah bil hal Muhammadiyah.
