Abstract

Character education is becoming an increasingly important aspect in facing moral and ethical challenges in the millennial era which is characterized by social complexity and technological advances. In this context, developing effective character education strategies is a top priority in modern education. This research aims to explore character education strategies that are relevant and effective in facing the dynamics of the millennial era, as well as to analyze their impact on student character formation. The research approach used in this study is literature analysis. Data was obtained through a review of various literature sources, including scientific journals, books and research reports relevant to the theme of character education in the millennial era. The results of the literature analysis show that effective character education strategies in the millennial era include a collaborative approach between schools, families, communities and other institutions, integration of technology in learning, and strengthening traditional values. The collaborative approach ensures consistency and depth in character formation, while the integration of technology enables the delivery of character values in a way that is attractive and relevant to the millennial generation. Strengthening traditional values such as integrity, honesty, empathy and responsibility remains an important foundation in character education in this era.

Abstract

Kurikulum pendidikan digital telah menjadi fokus utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mengubah pengalaman belajar siswa. Artikel ini menyelidiki perkembangan, implementasi, dan dampak pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan digital dalam konteks pendidikan. Kami menjelajahi pendekatan kurikulum yang inovatif, teknologi yang digunakan, serta metode pengajaran yang terkait dengan kurikulum digital. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana kurikulum pendidikan digital mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi, mempromosikan interaksi aktif siswa, dan mendukung pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individu. Fokus utama adalah meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan mempertimbangkan hasil belajar siswa, motivasi belajar, dan pengalaman belajar yang lebih mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan digital telah berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan memungkinkan siswa untuk mengakses konten pembelajaran dengan lebih mudah, meningkatkan kolaborasi, serta mempromosikan kreativitas dan pemecahan masalah. Kurikulum ini juga membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan digital yang kritis di era digital.

Abstract

This article departs from the central issue that Indonesia is currently again faced with the issue of religious radicalism and ethnic sentiment. The roots of the Pancasila ideology, namely nationalism, religion and communism, which are the basic values ​​of the nation's ideology and philosophy, are starting to be opposed to one another. Religious people once again put forward the issue of communism as the source of the nation's problems. Meanwhile, lay people and academics tend to see the politicization of religion in it. This also had an impact on national-local ideological turmoil. The assumption that Pancasila is not yet fully understood and fully supported at the local level, so it is full of conflicts and interests, makes the author interested in raising this title. Minahasa, as part of Indonesia which has a Christian majority, feels that it has contributed to the process of becoming Indonesian. Using a descriptive-analytical method, this article aims to describe the ideas of Sam Ratulangie - thinker, fighter and futurologist from Minahasa - about being Indonesian, then analyze them to obtain the contribution of Minahasa ideas and thoughts to Indonesia. This article ultimately concludes that Minahasa plays a very important role in the process of becoming Indonesian.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini mengeksplorasi potensi, tantangan, dan strategi pengembangan wisata religi di Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, sebuah wilayah dengan kompleksitas historis dan spiritual yang kaya. Menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus ekstraktif, Kegiatan Pengabdian ini menganalisis data sekunder dari berbagai sumber dokumenter untuk memahami dinamika pengembangan pariwisata berbasis religi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Minahasa Utara memiliki warisan budaya unik yang melintasi transformasi kolonial dan pascakolonial, dengan situs-situs sakral seperti Waruga dan Kaki Dian sebagai pusat perhatian. Kegiatan ini mengidentifikasi lima dimensi kunci: konteks historis-sosiologis, potensi ekonomi, tantangan kelembagaan, strategi berkelanjutan, dan implikasi budaya-spiritual. Hasil analisis mengungkapkan perlunya pendekatan holistik yang menghormati kompleksitas budaya, melibatkan masyarakat lokal, dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Rekomendasi utama mencakup pengembangan infrastruktur, interpretasi budaya, dan kolaborasi lintas pemangku kepentingan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman mendalam tentang pengembangan pariwisata berbasis religi yang berkelanjutan dan memberdayakan.

Abstract

The study purpose was to analyze the innovation of Batik Bomba design as contemporary clothing representing the cultural identity of Central Sulawesi. Batik Bomba, with its distinctive motifs such as Sero Tangga, Bomba Mawar, and Taiganja, reflects deep local values of harmony, perseverance, and prosperity. This research aimed to explore how traditional batik designs could be revitalized through innovation, technology, and sustainability to create fashion products that are both modern and culturally meaningful. The study also sought to assess how these design transformations contribute to cultural preservation and creative economic empowerment within local communities. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method conducted at the Department of Fashion Design, Universitas Negeri Manado. Data were collected through observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation involving two participants—students originating from Central Sulawesi who have knowledge of traditional Batik Bomba motifs. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that integrating traditional Batik Bomba motifs with contemporary design techniques successfully produced innovative and marketable fashion concepts. The application of modern technology such as Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and digital printing allowed precision and creativity, while sustainable practices using natural dyes supported eco-friendly production. The study concludes that innovation in Batik Bombadesign effectively bridges traditional artistry with modern fashion trends. This approach not only preserves cultural heritage but also enhances the creative economy of Central Sulawesi. Future development should focus on expanding global marketing strategies and strengthening collaborations among artisans, designers, and cultural institutions.
