Abstract

Pelarangan sementara Tiktok Shop oleh pemeerintah bertujuan untuk menjaga kesenjangan pendapatan antara pedagang online dan pedagang offline agar tidak terjadi kesenjangan sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meruppakan data sekunder. Data yang didaptkan tersebut dinalisis dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, seleksi data, reduksi data, dan pernarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1). The ban on Tiktok shops by the Indonesian government is due to unhealthy competition because Tiktok shops are not pure e-commerce but are also social media, prices are unreasonable, large quantities of imported goods, and so on which only benefit a handful of parties. 2). The government's aim is to ban Tiktok shops so that demand and supply in offline shops remains stable and MSMEs, which are the heart of the Indonesian economy, do not die. 3). The prohibition carried out by the government is in line with the fifth principle of Pancasila values, specifically emphasizing justice and equal distribution of income for offline traders and MSMEs.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, namely an approach that describes the main problems with descriptive methods comprehensively and in detail. The data used in this is secondary data that researchers obtain from credible sources, namely scientific journals, books, scientific magazines, and various other sources that are commonly used in every scientific research. The existing data is analyzed by the stages of data collection, data selection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The result in this article show the existence of a food estate policy in creating modern agriculture and making Indonesia a food independent country can be realized as long as all existing concepts can be implemented properly. Abstract

In measuring the good or bad financial behavior of each student sampled through an online questionnaire, researchers measured it using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool with the standard that the higher the influence of student Financial Behavior in each country that is the object of research influences Investment Decisions, the better the Financial Behavior of a student (Sugiyono 2019). This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that makes previous research the spearhead in building argument construction in the article being worked on (Jonathan Sarwono 2016) & (Abdurahman 2016). The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires with the same 10 questions for each student who was the object of the sample in the three countries.

Abstract

Public service is a system, meaning that citizen forums or the public as applicants or users of services must be given the broadest possible access to the problem-solving and decision-making processes in the provision of public services. The principle of openness plays a crucial role in establishing quality public services. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This approach was chosen because it aims to deeply understand how citizen forums play a role in overseeing public services, as well as the dynamics of interactions between citizens and the government within these forums. The research results have found that citizen forums have a strategic role in overseeing public services, namely as a forum for public participation, a mechanism of social control, a medium for dialogue and collaboration, and a driver of transparency and accountability. However, the success of citizen forums is highly dependent on the capacity of citizens, support for government policies, and the political will of officials to be open to public criticism and input.

Abstract

One of the most important components in realizing health development in realizing the 2045 golden generation in Indonesia is the availability of health infrastructure. Therefore, the Ministry of Health is disbursing a health welfare budget of 5% of the APBN and APBD to cities and districts, which is expected to play a role in helping improve health infrastructure and superstructure for the community, especially communities in villages where the development and provision of health facilities is not evenly distributed. As for appropriate and targeted health infrastructure, village communities can influence the implementation of health programs in the village. Uneven implementation of health infrastructure can cause difficulties for individuals to reach the necessary health facilities. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to determine the urgency of the influence of providing health infrastructure in improving the quality of life and health of people in villages so that they can create the 2045 Golden Generation in Indonesian. In obtaining the data used were observation and literature review. This service activity is an educational and outreach effort to the people of Garung Village, Sambeng District, Lamongan Regency, East Java. This effort was motivated by the lack of knowledge about the provision of health infrastructure in villages which is very useful for improving the quality of life and health of the community. As a form of the author's thinking, several efforts and breakthroughs are offered, namely; 1.) Accessibility of Health Service Infrastructure, availability of medical personnel, supporting facilities, quality of service, and regional disparities are factors that influence the provision of health infrastructure in villages. 2.) Knowledge, community views, education and health infrastructure are factors that can influence village communities in obtaining information to improve the quality of life and health of the community so that they can create the 2045 golden generation Indonesian generation.

Abstract

Woloan 1 Village is one of the villages in North Tomohon District, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi. Geographically, the location of Woloan 1 Village is very strategic from Tomohon City, North Sulawesi. When discussing with groups of wood craftsmen to make souvenirs in Woloan 1 Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi, they had a number of problems as well as reasons why regional craft businesses were not developing rapidly. The problem in question is a lack of information and education regarding the marketing of regional craft products in Woloan 1 Village, North Tomohon District. To overcome this problem, an alternative solution that can be implemented is for the author to discuss with village officials who suggest using a digital Village Information System to be able to increase the regional craft business in Woloan 1 Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi so that it can compete with competitors both online and offline. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to see the potential of using the Digital Village Information System in improving the welfare of the craftsman community in Woloan 1 Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi. To obtain the data used were observation and literature review. This service activity is an educational effort to improve the digital village information system to improve the welfare of the craftsman community in Woloan 1 Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi. Selain Pengembangan Kapasitas yang terdiri dari pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Penguatan Organisasi, peneliti meyakini kuat atau tidaknya Pengawasan juga dapat berdampak baik terhadap Kinerja Pegawai karena pengembangan kapasitas yang lebih baik dibarengi dengan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan kekompakan organisasi yang dibarengi dengan pengawasan yang ketat dari atasan. dapat membuat Pegawai senang bekerja, memiliki rekan kerja jika mengalami kesulitan, dan takut diawasi jika melanggar peraturan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori yang menjadikan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya sebagai sumber berharga untuk menemukan variasi baru sebagai batu loncatan untuk menemukan hal-hal baru dalam penelitian selanjutnya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan data primer yang berhasil peneliti peroleh dari sumber yang dapat dipercaya berupa 300 pegawai bank BRI yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Kuesioner disebarkan secara online. Data ini dapat dikategorikan sebagai data primer. Data ini dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan.

Abstract

Kurikulum pendidikan digital telah menjadi fokus utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mengubah pengalaman belajar siswa. Artikel ini menyelidiki perkembangan, implementasi, dan dampak pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan digital dalam konteks pendidikan. Kami menjelajahi pendekatan kurikulum yang inovatif, teknologi yang digunakan, serta metode pengajaran yang terkait dengan kurikulum digital. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana kurikulum pendidikan digital mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi, mempromosikan interaksi aktif siswa, dan mendukung pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individu. Fokus utama adalah meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan mempertimbangkan hasil belajar siswa, motivasi belajar, dan pengalaman belajar yang lebih mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan digital telah berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan memungkinkan siswa untuk mengakses konten pembelajaran dengan lebih mudah, meningkatkan kolaborasi, serta mempromosikan kreativitas dan pemecahan masalah. Kurikulum ini juga membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan digital yang kritis di era digital.

Abstract

Abstract The Jakarta International Stadium, abbreviated as JIS, was claimed by the Minister of PUPUR, the Minister of SOEs who is also the General Chair of PSSI, and the leadership of PT. Rama Prima's work does not meet FIFA standards and must be renovated immediately. This has caused a polemic among the people because JIS has been a symbol of achievement echoed by former governor of DKI Jakarta Anis Rasyid Baswedan. Therefore, this study aims to comprehensively analyze the polemic of JIS renovation from a social and political perspective. From the social side, this researcher uses the theory of Symbolic Interactionism. Meanwhile, from a political perspective, this research relates Anis Rasyid Baswedan as a presidential candidate and Erick Thohir as a vice presidential candidate. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through the library method and analyzed using observation, selection, reduction and conclusion analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the fairness of JIS claims that are not FIFA standards has sparked polemics in the community and it is better if these claims are immediately announced by FIFA. In addition, this polemic is very easily associated with politics because Anis Rasyida Baswedan is a presidential candidate and Erickt Thohir is a vice presidential candidate who has the highest electability compared to other candidates. Abstract

Abstract There are several things that can affect employee job satisfaction in a company such as motivation given by colleagues and superiors, compensation for completing work and certain targets, and strengthened by the commitment that exists in the employees themselves. This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and compensation on job satisfaction with commitment as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach that uses primary data on Bank BCA employees with a minimum criteria of having worked for more than one year spread throughout the islands of Indonesia as many as 250 people. Data is distributed through questionnaires and analyzed using smart PLS 3.0. The research results show that motivation and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Interestingly, after being moderated by the commitment variable, the effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction is increasingly significant.
