Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kepemimpinan demokratis KH. Bahaudin dalam mengembangkan pemahaman shalat berjamaah majelis taklim Pondok Pesantren Ar-Rahmah Sleman Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Observasi digunakan untuk mengetahui keberadaan majelis taklim, sedangkan wawancara dilakukan dengan 20 orang informan yang berasal dari pengurus yayasan, anggota majelis taklim dan jamaah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kepemimpinan demokratis KH. Bahaudin memiliki pengaruh yang sangat baik terhadap pengembangan pemahaman shalat berjamaah majelis taklim Pondok Pesantren Ar-Rahmah dengan indikator-indikator yang meliputi : Pemimpin mengedepankan kepentingan jamaah dengan tetap membedakan antara yang benar dan salah, memberikan motivasi dengan jamaah, keakraban pimpinan kepada anggota tanpa adanya jarak ibarat saudara sendiri dengan berdiskusi, menjalin komunikasi yang baik antar arah secara baik dan ramah, menghargai pengetahuan atau pemahaman jamaah, pemimpin selalu menerima dan menampung semua masukan dan kritikan yang disampaikan jamaah pengajian baik dalam pengajian maupun diluar pengajian, dan bimbingan dan pengarahan kepada jamaah pentingnya shalat berjamaah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of religious education in shaping the attitude of responsibility of the students of Luqman Bandar Tongah Simalungun Islamic Modern Islamic Boarding School. Qualitative method with descriptive analysis is used in this study, while this type of research approach is with case studies or field research that leads to data collection in the field. Collecting data using observation and interview techniques. This research shows the results that the implementation of religious education in shaping the attitude of responsibility of students includes: cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the environment, saving at the cooperative every month, using the official language (Arabic and English), becoming administrators of the student organization, participating in Muhadhoroh (Speech Practice in 3 languages), deposit Tahfidz (memorization) of the Qur'an, following self-defense, and scouting.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the kyai leadership style in developing the majelis taklim Islamic Boarding School Ar-Rahmah Sleman Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative method using descriptive analysis. At the same time, this type of research approach is a case study or field research oriented towards collecting data in the field. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation and interviews. The observation is used to determine the ongoing program of activities, leadership styles and activities with members of the majelis taklim. At the same time, interviews were conducted with 20 informants from the board of foundations and members of the majelis taklim. The results showed that the Kyai leadership style in developing the majelis taklim Islamic Boarding School Ar-Rahmah Sleman Yogyakarta uses a democratic leadership style with indicators that include: The leader makes plans together with members, evaluates ongoing programs, decision making is carried out based on deliberation, respecting the ability or potential of members, the familiarity of the leader with the members without any distance like siblings, having good communication, being able to provide motivation, provide protection, input, guidance, and direction to members to carry out their duties better.

Abstract

Dalam sejarahnya islam memiliki sistem yang dijadikan pondasi kehidupan, menjadi perhatian dunia islam saat ini yaitu mendirikan suatu negara bersyariat islam agar mencapai kehidupan rahmatan lil ‘alamiin. Namun menurut Abdullahi Ahmed An-Na'im, spirit Islam mengandung gagasan seperti itu. Islam sangatuniversal, oleh sebab itu kebebasan Agama sangat diutamakan dan penghormatan atas Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) pun juga dijunjung tinggi. Islam dalam bayangan Abdullahi Ahmed An-Na'im berbeda dengan bayangan orang-orang yang pro-syari'ah atau Negara Islam. Dengan caranya sendiri, Abdullahi Ahmed An-Na'im ingin menunjukkan bahwa ide keselamatan dan kesucian tidak hanya berhenti di tataran teks atau ajaran normatif agama (Islam). Ia mengafirmasi bahwa ajaran keselamatan dan kesucian tersebut harus menjadi bagian dari kenyataan sosiologis di lapangan. Hal ini tentu sangat menarik jika ditelusuri. Abdullahi Ahmed An-Na’im menyoroti dari aspek sosiologis bagaimana akibat masyarakat dan mengkaji ulang historis masa lalu tentang negara berlandaskan pemerintahan netral ke dalam analisa konkrit mengenai implikasi dan penetrasi serta dalam negara dan syariah dalam konsep secular. Pemikiran yang berkembang adalah pemisahan antara Islam dan negara sehingga terjadi pertentangan dikalangan sarjana muslim dan organisasi muslim yang mana mereka masih memperjuangkan syariah untuk ditegakkan di suatu negara, akan tetapi pemisahan tersebut bukan berarti pemisahan dalam kategori privasi atau lingkupan sendiri tapi malah menuju kerangka hubungan yang baik antara islam dan politik, memungkinkan penerapan prinsip-prinsip islam dalam kebijakan dan perundang-undangan resmi, tetapi tetap tunduk kepada perisai-perisai hukum yang jelas.

Abstract

Character education is a process of formation and habituation in a systematic or directed manner so that humans have character, character, psychological traits, manners, personality, and morals in accordance with the rules, norms and values that have been applied or agreed upon in society, religion and the state. While the Qur'an is discussed to describe the relevance of character education which is widely stated, especially in surah Luqman verses 13-19 as a personality builder. The purpose of this research is for people to know that character education which is a guide in life is in line with the Qur'an so that people emphasize the character that forms a good personality based on religious teachings to be applied to life. This study uses a qualitative approach. The method used in this study is the reference search method or literature study. The results of this study indicate the relevance of character education which can be found in surah Luqman verses 13-19 as forming personality which includes: being grateful to Allah SWT, devoted to both parents, caring attitude to help and help, Commands to do what is ma'ruf (good) and prevent those who are Munkar (bad), be patient, don't be arrogant, and don't be arrogant.Keywords: character education, al-Qur'an surah Luqman verses 13-19, forming personality

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menyusun referensi pada proposal penelitian di Jurusan Administrasi Niaga. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi jumlah daftar pustaka (DP), jumlah kutipan (Citasi), selisih antara DP dan Citasi (Selisih), serta kesalahan dalam format daftar pustaka (KFDP) dan format kutipan (KFC). Analisis menunjukkan adanya variasi yang signifikan dalam DP dan Citasi di antara 20 sampel mahasiswa, dengan DP rata-rata sekitar 27,5 dan Citasi rata-rata sekitar 24,95. Evaluasi Selisih (DP - Citasi) mengindikasikan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa cenderung menggunakan lebih banyak DP daripada Citasi. Penelitian juga mengungkapkan variasi yang signifikan dalam KFDP, yang menjadi masalah utama dalam penulisan referensi, tercatat pada 18 dari 20 sampel. Kesalahan dalam KFC, meskipun jumlahnya lebih sedikit, juga memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap integritas penulis. Rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa termasuk pelatihan intensif dan sumber daya yang ditingkatkan guna memperbaiki pemahaman aturan format dan mengurangi kesalahan. Wawancara dengan mahasiswa menyoroti tantangan seperti kurangnya pemahaman aturan format, keterbatasan sumber daya, perbedaan aturan di disiplin ilmu, kompleksitas tugas kutipan, ketidakpahaman tentang konsekuensi kesalahan, dan tekanan waktu. Oleh karena itu, panduan dan pelatihan yang lebih terstruktur diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam penulisan referensi secara efektif. Secara kesimpulan, upaya untuk mengatasi tantangan ini melalui panduan yang komprehensif, pelatihan yang intensif, dan adaptasi spesifik terhadap disiplin ilmu dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menyusun referensi. Langkah-langkah ini krusial untuk meningkatkan keunggulan akademik dan memastikan integritas di Jurusan Administrasi Niaga.

Abstract

This study analyzes the quality of financial statements against the report on the realization of the APBDes in Rutong Country for the 2019”“2023 period. Data collection techniques are in the form of interviews and documentation. The analysis was carried out qualitatively with an evaluation approach on four aspects of financial report quality, namely relevance, reliability, ability to compare, and ease of understanding. The results of the study show that the Rutong State financial statements have fulfilled their relevance by providing useful information for decision-making, and reliability through the presentation of accurate figures. The ability to compare is reflected in the consistency of the report format from year to year, while the ease of understanding still needs to be improved through the simplification of technical terms. The study also identifies key challenges in managing financial statements, such as limitations in human resource competence and information technology implementation. This study provides recommendations for optimizing budget planning based on priority needs to reduce the deviation between budget and realization, especially in the field of development and community empowerment. Financial statements should be equipped with historical data to make it easier to analyze trends and evaluate performance. To increase participation, reports are presented with a glossary or executive summary in plain language. Regular evaluations and continuous training for village officials need to be carried out so that financial management is in accordance with standards. In addition, a focus on program efficiency and effectiveness is needed to ensure that budget allocations provide optimal benefits, especially in the areas of development and health, in order to support sustainable development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Rutong State Government over the past five years. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of a report on the realization of the APBDes from 2019 to 2023. The data was analyzed using financial ratios which included effectiveness, efficiency, independence, and growth of the village's original income. The results show that the ratio of financial management effectiveness fluctuates, with most of the years in the category of less effective. The efficiency ratio shows improvement in recent years, although it has not been stable. The level of village financial independence is very low, with the dominance of transfer income in the village income structure. The growth of village real income shows a negative trend, indicating the need for a more sustainable strategy. The recommendations of this study are to optimize the original income of villages through the development of village-owned enterprises, the management of productive assets, and the improvement of village financial management capacity. The implications of the research can be a reference for the government in formulating strategic policies to support independence and sustainable village development based on empirical data

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparative performance of three AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity) as learning media for Accounting 1, based on the Sub-CPMK outlined in the Semester Learning Plan (RPS). The research employs a Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) method, evaluating platform responses using six criteria: accuracy, clarity, coherence, engagement, scalability, and informativeness. The results reveal that ChatGPT scored the highest (96%), followed by Gemini (92%) and Perplexity (91%). ChatGPT excels in clarity, engagement, and informativeness; Gemini shows strength in scalability, while Perplexity performs consistently in accuracy and coherence. This study highlights the importance of adaptive and collaborative AI utilization in Accounting 1 learning to enhance educational quality while ensuring ethical and secure usage.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the development of student religiosity in several activities that take place at SMA PGRI 4 Banjarmasin. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. Observations were used to determine the existence of the vision, mission and goals of SMA PGRI 4 Banjarmasin, while interviews were conducted to determine the ongoing development of student religiosity in several activities. The data analysis is descriptive using a literature review using journals or books so that this research is structured systematically and can be understood with appropriate explanations. The results of this research show efforts to develop student religiosity at SMA PGRI 4 Banjarmasin which includes several activities, namely: Congregational Dhuha Prayer every school day in the prayer room, Reading the Asmaul Husna after carrying out congregational Dhuha prayers, Congregational Dhuha Prayer, Jum'ah at Taqwa which is held twice a month every Friday morning before the teaching and learning process in the school field and KSI (Islamic Study Group) which is held every Wednesday at 14.30-16.00 WITA.
