Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kecerdasan majemuk, tingkat kecemasan, motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa SMAN 1 Maros, kemudian menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan majemuk terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa, pengaruh tingkat kecemasan terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa, pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa, pengaruh kecerdasan majemuk terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, pengaruh tingkat kecemasan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, pengaruh kecerdasan majemuk terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa melalui motivasi belajar, pengaruh tingkat kecemasan terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa melalui motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa MIPA SMAN 1 Maros dengan jumlah keseluruhan 684 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah strafied random sampling sehingga dipilih 247 siswa. Data penelitian berupa hasil belajar biologi siswa dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan majemuk berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa, tingkat kecemasan berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa, kecerdasan majemuk berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, tingkat kecemasan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, kecerdasan majemuk berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa melalui motivasi belajar, tingkat kecemasan berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa melalui motivasi belajar. Kata kunci: hasil belajar biologi, kecerdasan majemuk, motivasi belajar, tingkat kecemasan.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative research, namely ex-post facto which is causal. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA PGRI II Tamalate in the academic year 2021/2022. Then choose class XI IPA to be the sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and mathematics learning outcomes tests. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. The results showed that social skills in class XI IPA SMA PGRI II Tamalate which consisted of 45 students were in the medium category, achievement motivation in students was in the high category, mathematics learning outcomes in students were in the medium category, social skills through achievement motivation no significant positive effect on mathematics learning outcomes. With an effective contribution of 0.003 or 0.3% and p= 0.180 > 0.05. This result means that social skills through achievement motivation contribute or have a positive indirect influence on mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an assessment instrument for Fisheries Biology learning using the Quizizz application to enhance interactive and efficient evaluation. The research follows Thiagarajan’s 4-D development model: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. In the Define stage, the study analyzes the need for an assessment instrument, Fisheries Biology content, and student characteristics. The Design stage involves creating the initial Quizizz-based instrument with a focus on validity and readability. The Develop stage includes expert validation, revisions, and trials with students to assess practicality and effectiveness. The final Disseminate stage aims to expand its implementation. Results show that the developed instrument is highly valid and practical for educators and students. It serves as an innovative alternative for digital learning assessment, enhancing effectiveness and student engagement in Fisheries Biology education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of active learning techniques on students' academic achievement through a comprehensive literature review. Active learning techniques, which include methods such as group discussion, simulation, and hands-on practice, are reported to improve students' understanding of subject matter as well as their learning motivation. The research method in this review uses the literature method. The results of the literature review show that students who engage in active learning processes gain a deeper understanding and are able to apply the concepts learnt more effectively compared to traditional learning methods. In addition, this technique is also proven to improve students' critical and analytical thinking skills, which has a positive impact on their academic performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that active learning techniques be integrated into the educational curriculum to encourage maximum academic achievement and the development of essential skills for students.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dan informasi telah memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, memperluas jangkauan globalisasi, dan memiliki konsekuensi positif maupun negatif. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa perlu memiliki kemampuan literasi digital untuk menilai dan mengelola informasi yang diperoleh dari internet. Literasi digital ini sangat penting terutama dalam konteks pembelajaran IPS yang memperhatikan isu-isu sosial. Suatu penelitian telah dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis bagaimana literasi digital diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPS melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan melibatkan guru dan mahasiswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kemudian dianalisis secara interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPS melalui berbagai platform seperti Google Classroom, Kahoot, dan Quizzleet dengan dukungan dari guru dan juga orang tua.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of motivation and discipline in improving student achievement. Learning motivation is an internal and external drive that moves students to achieve learning goals, while learning discipline includes compliance with rules and awareness to organize time and study activities regularly. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with informants selected from junior high school students. Data was collected through observation and structured interviews. The research found this combination of motivation and learning discipline to be a strong synergy in supporting students' learning achievement. Motivation and discipline play an important role in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects. Motivation provides the drive to learn and achieve academic goals, while discipline ensures consistency in learning efforts. The implementation of educational strategies that emphasize the importance of motivation and discipline is expected to help students develop their full potential and achieve high learning achievement.

Abstract

The transformation of aquaculture systems is a strategic need to answer the challenges of increasing demand for animal protein, limited resources, and the threat of diseases in cultivated organisms. This research aims to analyze the role of the integration of genetic engineering and biotechnology in encouraging a change in the cultivation paradigm towards a more efficient, precise, and sustainable system. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review of scientific publications from the Scopus and ScienceDirect databases for the period 2012–2025. The results of the analysis show that the application of technologies such as genomic selection, marker-assisted selection, and CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing is able to improve superior traits such as rapid growth, feed conversion efficiency, and disease resistance. The integration of molecular biotechnology through 'omics' approaches (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics) also supports precise monitoring of organism health and data-driven decision-making. However, the main challenges include ethical issues, limited infrastructure, biotechnology literacy, and strict biosafety regulations. In conclusion, aquaculture transformation through genetic and biotechnology synergy has the potential to accelerate the realization of sustainable aquaculture systems, but requires policy support, research investment, and institutional capacity strengthening for optimal implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in interactive learning on improving students' numeracy literacy. The research method used is a mixed method with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Quantitative data were obtained through numeracy literacy tests before and after the application of AI, while qualitative data were collected through observations and interviews. The results showed a significant increase in students' numeracy literacy scores after using AI, with normalized gain values indicating high effectiveness. In addition, observations and interviews revealed that students were more active, independent, and engaged in AI-based learning, despite obstacles such as limited access to technology and the need for additional guidance from lecturers. In conclusion, AI contributes positively to improving students' numeracy literacy, but optimizing its application requires adequate infrastructure support and combination with conventional learning methods. This research provides implications for the development of AI-based educational technology in higher education.

Abstract

The curriculum plays a major role in the implementation of education at all levels of learning. This research aims to explain and understand the implementation of the independent curriculum in natural and social sciences (IPAS) education in an elementary school. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with research subjects involving school principals and fourth grade teachers. Data collection methods involve interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that elementary schools have succeeded in implementing the independent curriculum and have been recognized as driving schools. The renewal in the independent curriculum involved science and social studies education which was combined into IPAS. Every semester, science learning is carried out using the method of 2 science chapters and 2 social studies chapters, different from the previous year which divided the semester between science and social studies. This approach is taken to prevent monotonous learning for students. The independent curriculum gives teachers and students freedom in learning, while the science and social studies assessments are combined into IPAS, including in report card assessments

Abstract

The main focus of this activity is to provide education to students about the importance of consuming fish. The socialization activity at TPA Nurul Mu'minin began with a preparation stage in the form of a coordination visit to obtain permits and prepare facilities. The opening activity was carried out through the introduction of the implementing team, a speech from the head of TPA, and involved 50 students and teachers. The socialization material included an introduction to types of fish, their nutritional content, and the benefits of consuming fish for health, which were presented interactively using PowerPoint presentations and leaflets. Lead questions were used to encourage active participation from participants. After the material was delivered, a discussion and question and answer session took place, where participants enthusiastically asked questions, demonstrating a good understanding of the material presented.
